Call to Action! Rally to Support NY Oath Keeper Business Owner Opening in Defiance of Cuomo
Oath Keepers, Three Percenters, and Patriots!
A brother Oath Keeper, Three Percenter, and Patriot needs our support!
Oath Keepers member Robert Minuta will be opening his Casa Di Dolore (House of Pain) tattoo shop in Newburgh, NY this Saturday, May 30, 2020, at 9am in open defiance of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s unconstitutional and tyrannical shut down order, which decreed some businesses “non-essential” and ordered them closed while leaving others, such as big corporate box store businesses, open. Robert will be urging other NY small business owners to follow his example in a mass defiance of Cuomo’s edicts.
Date: Saturday May 30, 2020
Time: 9am Eastern
Location: 784 Broadway (look for the 15 foot American flag flying out front)
Newburgh, NY 12550

We urge all Oath Keepers, Three Percenters, and other patriots who are within driving range to rally outside Robert’s shop this Saturday to put boots on the ground in support of his brave stand against Cuomo. To our knowledge, he is the first NY business owner to open up in defiance of the Governor. Hopefully, the first of many! Rally will begin at 9am, Saturday morning, and will go all day. If you have a mind to get a patriotic tattoo, this is the perfect time to get one done.
There will be other business owners from the community standing with Robert, such as a mobile barber shop that will be cutting hair out front. We also expect some local officials to come out in support of Robert. But above all, we need YOU there.
It is CRITICAL that as many of us as possible show up to support him. The Mayor of Newburgh is threatening to pull Robert’s business license and to prosecute him for whatever nonsense he can dream up. Please show up, boots on the ground, to support your brother.
Anytime a patriot stands up in defense of liberty, we need to be standing right there with him, shoulder-to-shoulder. There is no higher duty.
You should know that Robert drove 350 miles all the way down to Richmond, VA on January 20, 2020 to stand with us and our Virginia brothers at the massive, historic open carry rally to put the Virginia tyrant, Governor Ralph “Blackface” Northam on notice that We the People will NOT comply with his unconstitutional violations of our rights.
Now it is our turn to stand with Robert as he sends the same message to Andrew “Il Duce” Cuomo – We the People will NOT comply!
For the Republic,
Founder of Oath Keepers
PS – Robert is a former emergency medical professional who knows damn well how to keep his tattoo artists and customers safe while carrying out his trade. In fact, he is far more qualified to determine what is safe for his shop, employees, and customers than Cuomo, who has already DIRECTLY caused the deaths of thousands of New Yorkers through his insane orders mandating that nursing homes must accept known COVID19 infected patients, which directly spread the disease to the most vulnerable population. Cuomo is both incompetent and tyrannical.
Here is Robert’s statement of why he is taking this stand:
My name is Roberto Minuta, owner of Casa Di Dolore Tattoo. I have made the decision to open my business in direct defiance of the executive orders issued by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.
I am certain I speak on behalf of countless other New Yorkers, as well as Americans across this great nation, who have been forced to close their businesses with little, or no assistance, and no projected date of permission to re-open. While multibillion dollar corporations earn windfall profits, the backbone of America (small business) remain closed under executive order, many of them reaching bankruptcy – never to open again.
It is my obligation as an American Citizen to resist and defy tyrannical orders that are in complete violation of my fundamental constitutionally protected rights.
Our Declaration of Independence and Constitution laid out the founding principles of this nation, and they both make clear that our government’s entire existence revolves around securing these liberties for we the people.
Knowing the millions of men and women that have made the ultimate sacrifice to establish and defend these liberties, I am ready and willing to face any and all consequences that will be a result of my defiant actions. My civil disobedience, and the result there of, is a small price to pay to defend the rights so many gave their lives for.
