Can you Stewart explain to me what this means?
Article 1, § 8, Cl. 15 “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws
of the Union, suppress Insurrections and REPEL INVASIONS;”
I agree with the prosecutions. Those prosecutions should come under the authority of a Grand Jury
controlled by the People who can conduct legitimate investigations, and hand down Indictments.
Again, “To provide for calling forth the Militia to EXECUTE THE LAWS OF THE UNION, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;”
As for those plotting to destroy this Nation I refer you, once again “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, SUPPRESS INSURRECTIONS and repel Invasions;”
