Oath Keepers Call to Action: Border Operation

Until a wall, a wall of troops.
And until a wall of troops, a wall of patriot volunteers.

Summary: Oath Keepers is launching Operation Linebacker in our border states of CA, AZ, NM, and TX, to help secure our southern Border with Mexico and to show our support for President Trump taking decisive military action to fully secure the border.  We will be in the air, with volunteer pilots (our “Eagle Eyes”), and on the ground, with volunteer observers (as well as drone operators and remote camera operators) to spot and report to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and to secure border ranches against cartel violence. See below for details of how to volunteer and assist (you DO NOT have to be an Oath Keepers member).

If you cannot personally volunteer on the border, please donate to support those who can

Oath Keepers and Patriots,

Duty calls! We must do all in our power to aid and support President Trump and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in securing our Southern Border with Mexico.

WHY?

In reaction to the orchestrated caravans of illegals, President Trump has stepped up by finally deploying some military assets to assist CBP and has also temporarily moved CBP personnel from the Canadian Border to the Southern Border. Those are welcome and necessary changes. However, they are still not sufficient to actually secure the border as they only strengthen the immediate areas around the entry points where the caravans are. There are still massive sections of the border where illegals cross in large numbers daily. Actually securing the whole border will require a full scale military deployment on the border with Mexico, such as was done by President Woodrow Wilson in 1916 after Poncho Villa’s murderous raid on U.S. soil, along with the building of an effective wall. And until that is done, we need to step in and help, and by doing so, show our support for that full military deployment (and deployment of We the People as the militia, which President Trump should also do), and to show our support for an effective wall.

The cartels are worse than Poncho Villa since he at least went back to Mexico after killing and looting, while the Mexican drug cartels stay in the U.S. and are now taking over border towns, cities, and counties here just as they do in Mexico, while they traffic in illegal aliens and drugs, and while they force women and children into sex slavery here in the U.S., – again, just as they do in Mexico – they are the modern day slavers.

Mexico is a failed narco-state, run by the cartels, especially in Northern Mexico. This is a military invasion by the cartels and a political coup by the domestic Marxist controlled left, which sees open borders and mass-illegal invasion as their ticket to permanent illegitimate political power. This is a matter of national security and also a matter of national survival.

This invasion/coup must be stopped, and with the ongoing failure of the RINO dominated Republicans to finance a wall, stopping it will now require full scale military action, which we strongly encourage President Trump to take under his authority as Commander In Chief. He should deploy the troops en mass and put them to work building the wall using DOD assets and funds. If we can secure the border between North and South Korea as a military necessity, then we can secure the border between our nation and the violent narco-state of Mexico as a military necessity.

We know, from personal observation, that even with the buildup of CPB and the addition of military support assets, that there are still large sections of the border that are very sparsely patrolled by CBP, making illegal entry in those sectors as easy as ever and in many cases even easier than usual as CPB shifts personnel toward the sectors where the mass caravans are attempting to cross.

Therefore, Oath Keepers is launching “Operation Linebacker” to provide volunteer eyes and ears on the border with Mexico, both in the air and on the ground.

Until a wall, a wall of troops.
And until a wall of troops, a wall of patriot volunteers.

WHAT?

To show our support for such a full scale military deployment, and to help stem the tide of illegal invasion until such a wall of troops is in place, we will be boots on the ground and also in the air along the U.S. side of the border with Mexico.

Our primary mission will be to provide additional eyes and ears, both in the sky and on the ground, to conduct surveillance and to spot and report any suspected illegal infiltration of the U.S. to CBP.

Our secondary mission will be to provide security for border ranches and families who request our protection.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

You DO NOT have to be an Oath Keepers member to volunteer, but you will be heavily vetted and you also will be required to undergo a criminal background check.

IN THE AIR: Volunteer pilots needed!

We need volunteer pilots with access to aircraft (fixed wing or rotary) who can fly over border area land. Again, you don’t need to be an Oath Keepers member, just a dedicated patriot pilot. Nor do you need to be prior military or LEO. If you are a licensed pilot and have access to aircraft, you are urged to volunteer. We will provide the aviation fuel.

CLICK HERE to donate to help supply our pilots with fuel.

We already have some awesome volunteer pilots who have stepped up but we need more, and we need pilots in each of the border states (CA, AZ, NM, TX).

If you are a pilot who can fly in any of those states, please fill out this form.

Non-pilots who have FLIR, night vision gear, or high quality cameras suitable to air observation who are willing to fly in passenger seats as observers are also encouraged to volunteer. We will train you in observation. Likewise for anyone with training in observation/reconnaissance. Please volunteer to be an observer.

We will coordinate our observation flights with CBP and other relevant government personnel. This will be coordinated by military veteran pilots with considerable experience in joint ground/air operations.

VOLUNTEER DRONE OPERATORS NEEDED!

If you own and operate a drone, we need you! Like aircraft observation, drones are a huge force multiplier for border observation spot and report operations. Drones also allow us to observe with less risk to our ground personnel.

Please volunteer by fill out this form.

BOOTS ON THE GROUND.

We need boots on the ground as well. Mission is the same: spot and report to CBP. We will be posting up in areas where the CBP presence is light, and/or on private property with written permission from the land owner.

Mission is ONLY to be additional eyes and ears to spot and report to CBP. We will NOT be engaged in detention of illegal aliens. Again, the mission is to observe and report ONLY, providing additional eyes and ears for CBP. The only possible exception to that rule will be where we have been asked by a ranch owner to protect the owners and their family as well as their family home from cartel/illegal violence, or if you or another person in your presence is attacked. Clearly you always have the right to lawful self defense and defense of others, but that is only in extreme circumstances when lives are in danger. Otherwise, mission is to only spot and report and let CBP do the rest.

NOTE: We already have land owners who have agreed to let us onto their land for boots on the ground border operations.

For boots on the ground, we prefer that you be prior law enforcement or military with appropriate training for such ground surveillance operations from both vehicles and on foot.
We may make exceptions to that rule depending on your training and experience (such as verifiable prior border observation experience). But whatever your background, expect to be heavily vetted and to have to undergo a criminal background check. We want only cool- headed professionals who can remain calm under pressure.

NOTE: We cannot use anyone with any kind of a criminal record, including misdemeanors (other than run of the mill traffic violations), nor do we want white nationalists or anyone else who discriminates on racial lines. This isn’t about race. It’s about national sovereignty, prevention of cartel human rights violations and violence/terrorism, and the preservation of our republican form of government.

To volunteer, fill out this form.

Our goal is to coordinate closely and carefully with CBP and military support personnel so that we don’t get in their way or interfere with their operations in any way while providing additional eyes and ears to help them by providing accurate, relevant, and timely information on suspected illegal incursion onto U.S. soil from Mexico. We will always focus our efforts where CBP is not or where their coverage is most sparse. This is a serious and potentially dangerous operation, but we are honor bound to do what we can to help secure our border.

If you can help, please fill out this form. If you can’t help in person, please donate to support those who can. Many hands make light work.

CLICK HERE to donate to Operation Linebacker.

In addition to these border operations, we will be coordinating with other groups to hold protests/support rallies on or near the border as well as in Washington D.C. in support of President Trump ordering a full military deployment and calling for Congress to fund an effective border wall/surveillance and security system. Stay tuned for announcements on those events (which anyone can participate in).

Let’s do all we can to help secure our borders and turn the tide.

  1. Mr. Rhodes, I saw you on InfoWars with Alex Jones and on The War Room with Owen Shroyer yesterday. REALLY liked and agreed with everything you said. It was so refreshing to hear someone with an intelligent doable plan of action to handle the border situation.

    We definitely do need armed troops on our Southern border to protect this country. Putting the troops 10 miles into Mexico and cleaning up the mess with the violent cartels down there would be even better. I’m sure there would be many Mexican citizens who’d be very grateful to the United States for eliminating the horrible drug dealers and murderers who prey on their youth and their women.

    What do you think about the idea I’ve heard floating around that President Trump does not need approval from Congress to build the wall, that he should use money in the Pentagon budget and have the military (with contractors) construct the wall? This sounds like a good plan to me. Obviously our representatives in Congress are unwilling to seal our Southern border and protect us American citizens and our Republic. So go around Congress. I believe this is a national security issue, and our military should be charged with taking any and all necessary action to protect our country. Does this sound like a viable plan to you? Is it appropriate use of our military budget and personnel?

    Mr. Rhodes, I hope you’ll appear on more news programs to express your views and gain wide exposure for your ideas. I feel certain that many Americans agree with you. Thank you for continuing to serve our country, Sir. May God bless you.

    1. Yes, President Trump has been able to start doing this since his first day in office and has had plenty of funds to do it with since he signed off on borrowing over a trillion dollars in additional debt.
      Also, his attorney general has the authority under the Constitution to work with local law enforcement, if they are willing, to arrest and detain those who are here illegally.
      Local law enforcement, of course, wouldn’t be able to house and feed all of these people, but they wouldn’t need to. They could be placed in tents just as Sheriff Arpaio did with those in his custody.
      Only a small number would be required to be arrested to create enough threat to scare many into not entering these areas and being bold enough to go out in public. This would be a huge deterrent and very effective in reducing the flow off illegals entering our nation.
      There is so much that can be done but isn’t. It is so very sickening to know that our politicians are obviously in someone’s pocket and doing their bidding instead of serving our nation and its citizens.

      1. Rick, you are correct. In fact, here in Texas I was talking to a retired Border Patrol agent who said in the past the Border Patrol would do campaigns where they would arrest and incarcerate (jail) people who illegally crossed the border. The sentences went up each time they were caught crossing illegally. Nobody likes sitting in jail, so these programs were effective in getting the illegals to no longer be so keen on crossing in again.

        Contrast that with the practice of just sending them back across the border, only to have them just cross again. Or even worse, “catch and release” into the interior for those claiming asylum.

        And, yes, local law enforcement could also help. Absolutely!

    2. Thank you. Yes, I have said much the same thing: President Trump, as commander in chief, could and SHOULD use the U.S. military to build the wall using DOD funds. As you said, Congress has failed to fund a wall, so as a matter of national security it needs to be done through the military. And he can do. that right along with the deployment of the military to the border (a REAL deployment, en mass, all along the full length of the border, not just a limited deployment at the ports of entry as has been done so far).

      Congress has failed the American people. And to put it bluntly, the REPUBLICAN controlled Congress failed us. They had two years to get it done when they controlled both the House and the Senate, and didn’t do squat. And I am sure they told Trump they had to wait till after the midterms to play hardball. Well, midterms are over, and they lost the House. But they control it for the next couple weeks, so what is their excuse now?

      Today we see Pelosi and Schumer meeting with the President and acting as if they already run the House. House Republicans have one final chance to do what is right.

      But I don’t think President Trump should wait any longer. He needs to issue the order to the U.S, military to deploy on the southern border with Mexico and seal the border, using whatever resources and methods they need to get it done.

      And what will work is a mix of barriers and boots on the ground, just as is done on the border at the DMZ in Korea, that we have manned since the 1950s. If we can use the U.S. military to effectively seal the border between North and South Korea, we can use the military to secure our border with Mexico, as I have pointed out numerous times.

      And yes, that should include using DOD funds, personnel, and resources to build a wall.

  2. Im Extremely grateful for Oath Keepers. I tell people as often as I can to go to the web site. Urging President Trump for full military deployment to our Southern Border & utilizing the military to actually BUILD the WALL is brilliant!!! They are already being paid so there is no additional labor cost & no delays. It will be done quickly & efficiently. 🇺🇸👍🏻🙏🏻

  3. Mr. Rhodes,

    Thank you for reporting on and organizing this action. It is important to every Oath Keeper, patriot, and caring American. Please continue to let readers know about what Oath Keepers is/are doing to protect our U.S.-Mexico border. We have to stop the illegals, the cartels, the slavers, and those carrying violence and intimidation against our citizens living in the border area.

    Thank you, again.

    Dr. C.

  4. This is a great initiative, we need to enforce our border, but at the same time we must recognize that the USMCA (US Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement) is a massive sovereignty destroying initiative that must be killed!

    Look at Chapter 24 on “The Environment” https://ustr.gov/sites/default/files/files/agreements/FTA/USMCA/Text/24_Environment.pdf
    Look at Article 24.2: Scope and Objectives: Look at all the references to “Sustainable Development” and “governance” This language is straight out of UN Agenda 21. See this section: “support implementation of international environmental agreements to which they are a party, and complement the objectives of this Agreement.”
    UN Agenda 21 and UN Agenda 2030 are all about population control and societal control.

    Among the 1,809 pages is the subordination of the United States to international agreements and controls including the United Nations:

     Consistent with other globalist schemes, the USMCA follows the “rules-based system” of compliance to international authorities such as the World Trade Organization, International Labor Organization, a plethora of United Nations conventions including the Law of the Sea treaty, and the furtherance of “sustainable development” which is mentioned no less than six times in the environmental chapter.

    In a bold step toward a potential North American Union, the USMCA establishes a new governing international bureaucracy. Chapter 30 of the agreement establishes the creation of a Free Trade Commission as a regional governing bureaucracy overseeing various lower regional committees. See chapter 30 https://ustr.gov/sites/default/files/files/agreements/FTA/USMCA/Text/30_Administrative_and_Institutional_Provisions.pdf

    Article 30.1: Establishment of the Free Trade Commission The Parties hereby establish a Free Trade Commission (Commission), composed of government representatives of each Party at the level of Ministers or their designees. (These are not elected bodies, they are not accountable to the citizens of America, Canada, or Mexico- this is an effort to force us into a North American Union through economic integration

    And much like the TPP Commission, the Free Trade Commission can make changes to the USMCA without the consent of Congress.

    The problem that we deal with is that most people cannot extend the lines and see what will happen in the future when one starts down a particular path and policy.
    The result of “promoting further economic integration” among the United States, Mexico, and Canada, necessitating the creation of an all-powerful, unelected so-called Free Trade Commission will be nothing less than a North American Union, and that alone should motivate patriotic Americans to vehemently reject the new United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement.

    Far from making America great again, the USMCA is a bag of goodies for globalists and a death certificate for American national sovereignty.

    1. Thanks for the heads-up and the resources. When I looked first at the ustr.gov document, what I noticed is it defines each country/nation separately and states each country/nation follows its own laws so to speak. For example, in the US, it says we still follow having congress enact the laws for ourselves…not the UN and not another governing mechanism.

      I didn’t read the entire pdf yet, but the portions I read still retain our own way by our own laws, not the laws of Canada, nor Mexico, nor the UN or any other treaty making body.

      Unless I missed what you are talking about. Where specifically does it say we/the US will abide by the UN?

      Also, I think it’s possible the words sustainable and other Agenda 21/30 type words were used in order to appease Canada…Trudeau still believes in the NWO and the progressive/socialist/communistic way of the past direction. He’s not yet caught up to where we are headed with America which is back to sovereignty and back to a real Republic. Perhaps Trump’s Administration just used words that placate Trudeau and brought him to the table. None of those words mean anything as long as America follows its own path which the document spells out in the following (quote):

      “statute or regulation means:
      (a) for Canada, an Act of the Parliament of Canada or regulation made under an Act of the Parliament of Canada that is enforceable by action of the central level of government;

      (b) for Mexico, an Act of Congress or regulation promulgated pursuant to an Act of Congress that is enforceable by action of the federal level of government; and

      (c) for the United States, an Act of Congress or regulation promulgated pursuant to an Act of Congress that is enforceable by action of the central level of government.” (end quote)

      HOWEVER, what I noticed in this quote is the use of the words “central level of government” for the US. Why would Trump use those words instead of the word “federal level of government”? The words central level of government are linked to the definition for a UNITARY government.

      So, Canada’s statement for central level is accurate, but the US’s statement should say federal level of government, shouldn’t it?

      America is NOT a unitary government.

      Something is wrong with that for sure!

      1. Linda- See this well written article: https://www.thenewamerican.com/world-news/north-america/item/30208-new-nafta-text-of-u-s-mexico-canada-agreement-usmca-revealed

        “Sustainable Development” is mentioned no less than 6 times in the Environmental Chapter of USMCA- this sets us up for UN Agenda 21 which is all about population control and societal control. We are being set up for the complete destruction of America via this trade agreement which FORCES us into a North American Union, and forces compliance to a slew of unconstitutional International Treaties and to the United Nations. While we are all focused on the Mexican border, the people who drafted the USMCA are laughing at us because the USMCA obliterates us as a country and forces us into a long planned North American Union Collectivist Dictatorship very much like the European Union which is a collectivist dictatorship!

        Chapter 30 creates a (so called) “Free Trade Commission” no different than the European Commission, Congress has no ability to change any of their decisions. The USMCA is NAFTA on STEROIDS, it expands on the worst aspects of NAFTA, it expands on all the Sovereignty destroying parts of NAFTA:

        This is excerpted from the article above which I encourage all Oathkeepers to read: (https://www.thenewamerican.com/world-news/north-america/item/30208-new-nafta-text-of-u-s-mexico-canada-agreement-usmca-revealed

        In total, the USMCA is a whopping 1,809 pages —1,572 pages for the treaty itself, 214 pages for annexes, and 23 pages for side letters. In comparison, NAFTA was over 1,700 pages long — 741 pages for the treaty itself, 348 pages for annexes, and 619 pages for additional footnotes and explanations.

        Once in force, the agreement will have a 16-year life, after which it will automatically be terminated unless the countries agree to renew the agreement for another 16 years. According to Article 34.7 of Chapter 34, entitled “Final Provisions,” the “Agreement shall terminate 16 years after the date of its entry into force, unless each Party confirms it wishes to continue the Agreement for a new 16-year term.” In other words, if the USMCA goes into effect in 2019, the agreement would not terminate until the year 2035 unless it is renewed for another 16 years, at which point it would not expire until 2051.

        However, the United States, Mexico, and Canada will have an opportunity to review the agreement every six years, at which time they can decide whether to renew it or not, or propose changes. If during the review, the head of state of one of the countries expresses a desire to remain in the agreement, their agreement will be given an automatic renewal. Countries also have the opportunity to withdraw from the agreement with a six-month written notice. Even if one country withdraws, the agreement remains in effect for the other countries.

        According to Article 34.6, “A Party may withdraw from this Agreement by providing written notice of withdrawal to the other Parties. A withdrawal shall take effect six months after a Party provides written notice to the other Parties. If a Party withdraws, the Agreement shall remain in force for the remaining Parties.”
        Submission to International Authority

        Consistent with other globalist schemes, the USMCA follows the “rules-based system” of compliance to international authorities such as the World Trade Organization, International Labor Organization, a plethora of United Nations conventions including the Law of Sea treaty, and the furtherance of “sustainable development,” which is mentioned no less than six times in the environment chapter.

        One example of the USMCA’s complete subordination to international authority can be found in Article 24.18 of the new environment chapter, regarding fisheries, which states in part:
        3. Each Party shall base its fisheries management system on the best scientific evidence available and on internationally recognized best practices for fisheries management and conservation as reflected in the relevant provisions of international instruments aimed at ensuring the sustainable use and conservation of marine species.

        The footnote below for that section defines what exactly those “international instruments” are, stating:
        These instruments include, among others, and as they may apply, United Nations Convention on Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), the United Nations Agreement for the Implementation of the Provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of December 1982 relating to the Conservation and Management of Straddling Fish Stocks and Highly Migratory Fish Stocks, done at New York, December 4, 1995 (UN Fish Stocks Agreement), the FAO Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries, the 1993 FAO Agreement to Promote Compliance with International Conservation and Management Measures by Fishing Vessels on the High Seas(Compliance Agreement), done at Rome, November 24, 1993, the 2001 FAO International Plan of Action to Prevent, Deter, and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated (IUU Fishing), and the 2009 Agreement on Port State Measures to Prevent, Deter, and Eliminate IUU Fishing.

        Toward a North American Union
        In a bold step toward a potential North American Union, the USMCA establishes a new governing international bureaucracy. Chapter 30 of the agreement establishes the creation of a Free Trade Commission as a regional governing bureaucracy overseeing various lower regional committees. Article 30, section 1, of the agreement states, “The Parties hereby establish a Free Trade Commission, composed of government representatives of each Party at the level of Ministers or their designees.” Article 30, section 2, outlines the various functions and powers of the Free Trade Commission as follows:

        1. The Commission shall:
        (a) consider matters relating to the implementation or operation of this
        Agreement;
        (b) consider proposals to amend or modify this Agreement;
        (c) supervise the work of committees, working groups, and other subsidiary
        bodies established under this Agreement;
        (d) consider ways to further enhance trade and investment between the Parties;
        (e) adopt and update the Rules of Procedure and Code of conduct ; and
        (f) review the roster established under Article 31.8 (Roster and Qualifications
        of Panelists) every three years and, when appropriate, constitute a new
        roster.

        The Free Trade Commission requires the United States, Mexico, and Canada to “establish and oversee a Secretariat comprising national Sections.” All three countries will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a “permanent office of its Section and be responsible for its operation and costs.” The role of the Secretariat will be to assist and promote the work of the Commission, provide administrative assistance to any dispute-settlement panels, and to cover the costs and expenses for panelists, assistants, and experts involved in a dispute-settlement proceeding.

        Beneath the Free Trade Commission, the USMCA authorizes all three countries to establish the following subordinate committees:
        • Committee on Agricultural Trade,
        • Committee on Rules of Origin and Origin Procedures,
        • Committee on Textile and Apparel Trade Matters,
        • Customs and Trade Facilitation Committee,
        • Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade,
        • Committee on Government Procurement,
        • Committee on Transportation Services,
        • Committee on Financial Services,
        • Committee on Telecommunications,
        • Committee on Intellectual Property Rights,
        • Committee on State-Owned Enterprises and Designated Monopolies,
        • Environment Committee,
        • Committee on SME (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) Issues,
        • North American Competitiveness Committee,
        • Committee on Good Regulatory Practices, and an
        • Advisory Committee on Private Commercial Disputes

        The specific functions for each committee are outlined in their corresponding chapters. Nevertheless, all of these committees are to be comprised of representatives from the governments of all three countries. The committees are responsible for overseeing and helping to implement the agreement in their particular area. They will also be tasked with addressing any issues that arise under their area.

        Committees will meet regularly or on an annual basis, and they are supposed to help encourage or foster greater cooperation and trade among all three countries in their given areas. Committees can also propose changes or revisions to the chapter in the agreement that corresponds to their area. All of the committees’ work, discussions, findings, and recommendations are to be submitted to the Free Trade Commission for consideration.

        And much like the TPP Commission, the Free Trade Commission can make changes to the USMCA without the consent of Congress. In fact, the agreement completely undermines Congress’ Constitutional Article I, Section 8 power to regulate trade with foreign nations, such as Mexico and Canada, and to impose tariffs on them should the need arise, as in the case of national security.

        The Free Trade Commission would also have the power to consider or adopt any changes to a country’s scheduled tariff commitments by accelerating the elimination of tariffs or by making “adjustments to the Tariff Preferential Levels established in Chapter 6 (Textile and Apparel Goods).”
        Among the most revealing and unsurprising aspects of these transnational committees, which underscores the value of the USMCA to the Deep State, is the stated objective of the North American Competitiveness Committee.

        In the USMCA’s Chapter 26 on competitiveness, all three countries agree to establish a Committee on Competitiveness, or a North American Competitiveness Committee, with “a view to promoting further economic integration among the Parties and enhancing the competitiveness of North American exports.” In other words, the committee’s objective is not about making the United States, Mexico, and Canada more competitive with each other, but making the three of them as a bloc more competitive with the rest of the world, hence its function to promote “further economic integration” between the three countries.

        USMCA will not help the United States, Mexico, or Canada be more competitive individually or boost any one of three countries’ economies. The Deep State does not wish for the United States alone to be competitive with the rest of the world, or maintain global economic dominance; instead it must surrender its sovereignty — along with that of its neighbors — to a new supranational body that will supposedly protect “North American” jobs, industry, and economy.
        Rather than putting “America first,” as President Trump has repeatedly promised, or to “Make America Great Again,” his new NAFTA, the USMCA, demotes the United States to second tier in pursuit of making North America great. The USMCA makes North America great at the expense of the United States and its national sovereignty.

        Under this scheme, the United States will be required to surrender its sovereignty in order for a chance to be a member of the winning team. Americans have been lied to and duped by their government into believing that their elected leaders are working in their interest, only to subordinate America’s interests to those of North America. It’s only a matter of time before the same charade is pulled on North America in order to integrate it with the world’s other regional trade blocs (i.e. the European Union, African Union, Union of South America, Eurasian Economic Union, RCEP, TPP, T-TIP) into one world economic union and commission, under the auspices of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization.

        I encourage everyone to look around their site and also learn about stopping a Article V Convention of States which is being aggressively promoted along with lies to deceive citizens into believing it is good for America.
        Please consider joining the John Birch Society and joining or forming a group nearby if you are truly concerned about our nation and want to help take it back.

    2. In this country the US Constitution is SUPREME. Whatever does not follow it (in Pursuance thereof) is NOT lawful and binding on the American people, nor binding on our nation, but is “null and void”. Why is it that so many are either not aware of this or ignore it? Follow the US Constitution and the actions are LAWFUL. Breaking or going against the supreme Law and supreme contract for all who serve within our government are the actions of domestic enemies and/or traitors.

      Consider this, the money was received, and the actions to build that fence still has not occurred.

      SECURE FENCE ACT OF 2006. Ratified by Congress, signed into law in 2006. (Oct 26, 2006 signed by G. Bush) Supported and voted for by Dems & Repubs. DHS received 1.2 Billion to fund the wall that was never built. Where is the money? So why was this already planned in, voted for, funded but not built wall used to agitate the people?

      “This bill will help protect the American people. This bill will make our borders more secure. It is an important step toward immigration reform.” President George W. Bush, 10/26/06

      Today, President Bush Signed The Secure Fence Act – An Important Step Forward In Our Nation’s Efforts To Control Our Borders And Reform Our Immigration System. Earlier this year, the President laid out a strategy for comprehensive immigration reform. The Secure Fence Act is one part of this reform, and the President will work with Congress to finish the job and pass the remaining elements of this strategy.

      The Secure Fence Act Builds On Progress Securing The Border
      By Making Wise Use Of Physical Barriers And Deploying 21st Century Technology, We Can Help Our Border Patrol Agents Do Their Job And Make Our Border More Secure.

      The Secure Fence Act:
      Authorizes the construction of hundreds of miles of additional fencing along our Southern border;
      Authorizes more vehicle barriers, checkpoints, and lighting to help prevent people from entering our country illegally;
      Authorizes the Department of Homeland Security to increase the use of advanced technology like cameras, satellites, and unmanned aerial vehicles to reinforce our infrastructure at the border.

      Comprehensive Immigration Reform Begins With Securing The Border. Since President Bush took office, we have:
      More than doubled funding for border security – from $4.6 billion in 2001 to $10.4 billion this year;
      Increased the number of Border Patrol agents from about 9,000 to more than 12,000 – and by the end of 2008, we will have doubled the number of Border Patrol agents since the President took office;
      Deployed thousands of National Guard members to assist the Border Patrol;
      Upgraded technology at our borders and added infrastructure, including new fencing and vehicle barriers;
      Apprehended and sent home more than 6 million people entering America illegally; and
      We are adding thousands of new beds in our detention facilities, so we can continue working to end “catch and release” at our Southern border.

      This Act Is One Part Of Our Effort To Reform Our Immigration System, And We Have More Work To Do “

      1. Cal- “The Supreme Fence Act” and the “USMCA” are ILLUSIONS intended to mislead people. See the text of the USMCA here https://ustr.gov/trade-agreements/free-trade-agreements/united-states-mexico-canada-agreement/agreement-between

        While we are all focused on our southern border, the globalists are LAUGHING at us via the USMCA- the US Mexico, Canada Trade Agreement. This monstrosity is NAFTA on steroids! It preserves and WORSENS all the sovereignty destroying parts of NAFTA and force us into a long planned North American Union collectivist dictatorship, please don’t take MY word for it, check it out!

        It creates a “Free Trade Commission” (Chapter 30) that will implement changes to our country that congress won’t have ANY CONTROL OVER, and it sets us on a slippery slope into the long planned North American Union Collectivist Dictatorship.

        The John Birch Society are very strong supporters of our Constitution. They have done a superb job of dissecting the USMCA so we can all see how dangerous it is! Please see this article https://www.thenewamerican.com/world-news/north-america/item/30208-new-nafta-text-of-u-s-mexico-canada-agreement-usmca-revealed

  5. I just donated to Operation Linebacker and would participate if I weren’t pinned down running a small business. I hope Oathkeepers will join me in opposing the Sovereignty Destroying USMCA. I provided detailed information in my previous message. While we physically enforce our existing borders, we must simultaneously stop the USMCA which goes a long way towards ERASING our borders much in the way that the “Common Market” set the people of Europe up for the destruction of their sovereignty via the creation of the European Commission. The Free Trade Commission created in Chapter 30 of the USMCA would be a regional governing bureaucracy that would not be accountable to Congress!

  6. Thank God for men like you! You are truely Patriots! Be very careful! God will guide you every step of the way! Praying for all who participate in this dangerous task!

  7. Mr. Rhodes,

    This is awesome to utilize multiple Aircraft for Intelligence gathering. While I am currently performing these same duties both for the Oath Keepers and ‘other’ parties, additional aircraft assigned to smaller grid patterns will provide much needed additional sets of eyes! A Co-Pilot/Observer is highly recommended by this Writer. A Pilot flying @ 500′ altitude has his/her hands full, especially in single engine Aircraft maintaining their altitude especially around the mountainous areas with unpredictable up and down drafts. I encourage the general public to kindly donate $5.00 or $10.00 as Avagas and Type A jet fuel is now very expensive! While our Military and Border Patrol are doing outstanding jobs, there simply are not enough of them to fully get a clear picture of what is headed their way.

    1. George, you are absolutely correct. It takes a spotter/observer in the second seat to do the observation of the ground while the pilot focuses on flying. That’s why we have called for observer volunteers along with pilots.

      As you said, the Border Protection agents, and the few military who are deployed at some points on the border, do the best they can, but there are not enough of them. They need our additional eyes on the border to spot and report to CBP.

      Be safe out there, and thanks for all you do!

  8. This is one of President Trump’s tweets today, mentioning possibly having our military construct the border wall (I feel encouraged!):
    “People do not yet realize how much of the Wall, including really effective renovation, has already been built. If the Democrats do not give us the votes to secure our Country, the Military will build the remaining sections of the Wall. They know how important it is!”
    .
    Here’s the article on Fox News today:
    Trump threatens to have military build border wall if Pelosi, Schumer won’t budge

    .
    In practical terms, I think that in order to build the 30-foot wall — a sturdy wall such as one of the prototypes which were built near the border last year — it would require the Pentagon to contract with one of those companies bidding. A construction company would have to provide the material and perform the actual labor — as I’m sure skilled construction workers would be needed — and manage this large project. As a taxpayer, I am perfectly fine with expending Pentagon funds to give a contract to a construction company to build the 30-foot border wall. Some troops would perhaps be needed to patrol and keep the construction workers safe from assailants — from both sides of the border (cartels, environmentalists, angry open-border advocates, etc.).
