Gun-Grabbers Off-Target on Threat of ISIS Call to Arms against Non-Muslim Americans

Gun-Grabbers Off-Target on Threat of ISIS Call to Arms against Non-Muslim Americans
“Progressives” would have you believe the best way to deal with Islamic terorists on American soil is for citizens to disarm.

“The Islamic State militant group (ISIS) on Wednesday published a propaganda video that showed a one-legged fighter, purportedly American, ordering Muslims living in the United States to use the country’s flexible gun laws to carry out mass-casualty attacks,” Newsweek emphasized.

“Take advantage of the fact that you can easily obtain a rifle or a pistol in America,” the presumed traitor identified as Abu Salih al-Amriki urged. “Spray the kuffar [infidels] with bullets so that their fear of the Muslims rises, and they continue to reveal their hatred towards Islam.”

al-Amriki’s message is emphasized by a tactically-placed photo of semi-auto rifles for sale at a Las Vegas gun shop ( to evoke the Mandalay Bay shootings no doubt) and a confirming statement designed to spook the herd from Nicholas Rasmussen, outgoing director of the National Counterterrorism Center.

“We find ourselves in a more dangerous situation because our population of violent extremists has no difficulty gaining access to weapons that are quite lethal,” Rasmussen told The Washington Post.

Constitutionally-recognized freedom is the problem according to the Obama-appointed insider. It helps to consider that he’s a career policy wonk with a B.A. in social studies from private liberal arts college Wesleyan University, and a Masters in Public and International Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton.

This isn’t the first time gun-grabbers have exploited jihadi threats against Americans.

Writing for the “progressive” Huffington Post in 2008, gun-hater John Rosenthal of Stop Handgun Violence cited a “How Can I Train Myself for Jihad?” manual titled, “How Can I Train Myself for Jihad” that “singles out the US for its easy availability of firearms and states that al-Qaeda members in the US can ‘obtain an assault weapon legally, preferably AK-47 or variations’.”

And in 2011, Media Matters and others were making great hay out of an ignorant video-taped call for jihad by Al Qaeda spokesman Adam Gadahn:

“America is absolutely awash with easily obtainable firearms. You can go down to a gun show at the local convention center and come away with a fully automatic assault rifle, without a background check, and most likely without having to show an identification card. So what are you waiting for?”

No you can’t, but you don’t expect the truth to get in the way of the totalitarian lobby agenda, do you?

Left unsaid is what this country is doing welcoming in those who mean to destroy it. Suggest that maybe we ought to hold things up until we can come up with safeguards and not only get accused of being a racist, a xenophobe and an Islamophobe, get ready for Obama-appointed federal judges to rule that  such precautions are “antithetical to American principles.”

Proving once more the truism that for “progressives,” every day is Opposite Day, what they don’t find antithetical are infringements on the right of the people to keep and bear arms.  Their solution…? Forget about the mission statement articulated in the Preamble about “insur[ing] domestic Tranquility, provid[ing] for the common defence … and secur[in]g the Blessings of Liberty,” and focus instead on eviscerating the one thing the Framers considered “necessary to the security of a free State.”

Instead they want to let our enemies in and disarm their countrymen.  There’s a plan.

  1. Oh. I get it. Your local terrorist is going to go down to the nearest gun shop, fill out the paper work, and b e OK’d by the Feds. to purchase a “semi” automatic weapon. When he/she most likely has access to a fully automatic one? Lets not forget the explosives they no doubt possess.
I fail to be amazed at just how stupid the gun grabbers seem.Let’s let every ones sister’s brothers cousin come in to the country, especially for a war zone, and turn them loose.
Mean while back on the farm, they would like all the people who were BORN HERE, to disarm. Put up a “gun free zone” sign, and you will be safe, they say. Put up a “Moron free zone” sign, and I be it doesn’t work too well either. It’s really too bad that we saw fit to kill every creature that “Eats the dumb ones”………………………..

    1. Well said! leave the borders unsecured, and then flood us with military age male Muslim “refugees” from nations with a high percentage of support for ISIS, and then propose that precisely because we have a large pool of potential jihadists now inside the gates, that the only answer is to disarm the native born Americans who are not potential jihadists. Frankly, that was likely the plan all along. Create the “crisis” of ticking time bomb future terrorists in our midst, and then declare that because of that crisis, we must scrap the right to bear arms in America. As if that would actually stop terrorists, but that is a separate point. France has some pretty stringent victim disarmament laws, but that didn’t stop the jihadists there from bringing in select-fire AKs that they used both to attack the Charlied Hebdo editorial staff and in the Paris mass attack. Those AKs were very much illegal and banned in France, but that made no difference. Same would be true here. If millions of illegal aliens and tons of drugs can, and do, flood across our open borders, then so can any kind of weapon the jihadists would want, including not just select-fire AKs, but also RPGs, mines, grenades, and surface to air missiles. All they need is the cash to pay for it, and the cartels will be happy to provide the merchandise.

  2. Don’t these jackwads understand that we are the only people who are in a position to keep their worthless asses alive?

  3. A Washington State resident known here as “Charlie Brown”, asked me what to do about the planned disarmament in his state. My response was, as it will always be, to look towards the 2nd, and its true meaning in law. It is so very important to understand the dynamic of that amendment, and its position in both the Federal and State Constitutions. So I contacted a friend who is an attorney, and knows this topic better than I could hope to, to see if he would chime in.
His response; Start talking to people about what is a true “republican form of government”, and “a free State”…then ask what the Constitution says is “necessary” for the security of a free State”…then talk about what that “necessary” thing is, who controls it, and why…and go from there.
I’ve made an effort to do so over the past few years on my website. I’ve contacted representatives in my home state. I’ve contacted so-called pro-2nd groups in order to try to enlist their help, and I’ve spoken on the topic. I will keep trying, but speaking the truth is much more effective when you have a group of Oath Keepers who might be willing to understand the full extent of the oath they’ve taken, and how to properly apply it. Perhaps, as Oath Keepers, we need to focus more on the first Thirteen words of the 2nd while we dispense the news that we should all recognize as a plan to make us an impotent society.

    1. Thanks Nick, you know I am much more concerned about the state of the Republic with Rogue state governments than I am with a bunch of Muslim. We need to get our enemy within, out before we take on too many other fronts. Cant the President being the head of the military put his foot down on these traitors? America will never be great again with out God and security from within. IMHO “The highest story of the American Revolution is this:It connected in one indissoluble bond the principles of civil government with the principles of Christianity.”

    2. I would strongly suggest everyone read the previous regimes list of enemies and take pause on each of them to consider the ramifications that many in this land of ours paid for with their lives and loss of wealth as executed by our various government agencies and those politicians at large. And think back as far as President Eisenhower so warned. This is not to be taken lightly as states like Washington move quickly to turn their state into a rich mans’s sport. Only the rich will afford any comforts and pass.

  4. Our treasonous governor elect in New Jersey is vowing to sign all the anti firearms bills that Christie vetoed. The dems in the senate and assembly are putting the bills through again so that he can push even tougher laws down our throat. He also vowed th fight HR 38 in court and if he loses, he is going to ‘ invoke’ the Supremacy clause of the Constitution and continue to enforce NJ’s laws regardless of the outcome.

It is amazing how they pick and choose the items from the Constitution like it is a buffet.

  5. Diversity and multiculturalism; the destroyer of unity among the populace while assisting tyrannical ruling elites with dividing and conquering the masses and assisting their ongoing agendas of placing an ever-increasing amount of wealth and power into their evil cohort.
