A top investigator at Judicial Watch is warning…

By Dan Lyman    10-19-2017

A top investigator at Judicial Watch is warning that the United States is teetering on the verge of becoming a failed state, due to a virtually unaccountable federal government and profoundly corrupt deep state entity at its heart.

Chris Farrell, Director of Investigations and Research at the watchdog group, addressed the explosive developments and revelations pouring forth regarding the Obama administration, Hillary Clinton’s State Department and Eric Holder’s Department of Justice and their deep collaboration with the Russian government and business entities.

“We’ve gone so far beyond the pale – as a country, we have slid off the edge,” Farrell said. “It’s [the deep state] really a giant socialist organ operating, that protects itself – you see offense after offense, and you find out that laws are for the little people, the Clinton gang walks away.”

“People said, ‘Hey, where’s the Department of Justice investigation? Where’s the FBI?’ Half of the time, they’re complicit.”

Farrell addressed the dangerous nature of the on-going ‘Russian collusion’ witch hunt targeting the Trump administration, as it is essentially an inversion of justice that should have been exacted upon Obama administration officials, who have been embroiled in a scandal of epic proportions via the sale of 20% of US uranium to Russia in a deal involving mass-scale bribery and money laundering – and likely more serious crimes such as espionage and treason, which the Sessions DOJ is now reportedly investigating.

“This is evidence that we are becoming a failed state, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that,” Farrell said. “We have a paralyzed Justice Department and FBI, we have key leaders either unwilling to do anything or they themselves are personally compromised – these are all symptoms or evidence of a failed state. That’s where we’re going, and we’re doing it fast.”

“This level of corruption… this is not an exaggeration – we are at the edge of becoming a failed state because there is no real accountability, there are no consequences, and the general public sees this. They know what’s going on.”

Sources are predicting a possible upcoming Wikileaks document dump that could put more nails in the Clinton coffin, revealing further evidence of Hillary’s deep ties to Russia and her involvement in election rigging – not President Trump.

  1. I guess this is what I mean Shorty, will they wake up soon enough and then have the guts to do anything?

  2. ““People said, ‘Hey, where’s the Department of Justice investigation? Where’s the FBI?’ Half of the time, they’re complicit.””

Exactly. This is the reason why the US Constitution REQUIRED a Militia of the several states to be the ones to
    — Enforce the US Constitution (supreme Law of this nation that all other legislation is required to be in Pursuance thereof in order to be Lawful) and each state’s Constitution (hihgest Law of the state except in the rare instances of conflict),
    — Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
    — Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
    — “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.

By that requirement all other agencies, people, groups, contractors, etc are FORBIDDEN to do those things. Accountability in government is supposed to reside with the people, and enforced by the Militia. All governmental enforcement listed in the above list is required to done ONLY by the people themselves as the Militia – trained as the Congress requires the military to be trained, and educated in the US Constitution and their own state’s Constitution because those are the ONLY things that is a supreme and high commander for the Militia. That does not mean that the Militia is to take DIRECT orders from the US President or state Governor, they are. But ALL orders and actions MUST be weighed against the US Constitution and state Constitutions (when applicable) before any implementation or action is taken. If the required implementation or action is not in Pursuance thereof the US Constitution it is REQUIRED to be refused. (Read the US Constitution and the debates, etc)

Richard Henry Lee: “Whereas, to preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them; nor does it follow from this, that all promiscuously must go into actual service on every occasion. The mind that aims at a select militia, must be influenced by a truly anti-republican principle; and when we see many men disposed to practice upon it, whenever they can prevail, no wonder true republicans are for carefully guarding against it.” (1788, Initiator of the Declaration of Independence, and member of the first Senate, which passed the Bill of Rights)

George Washington: “It may be laid down, as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every citizen who enjoys the protection of a free government…, but even of his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency.” (“Sentiments on a Peace Establishment”, letter to Alexander Hamilton; “The Writings of George Washington”)

This refusal requirement is to be taken by all who serve within our government – LE, military, civil employees, etc – when an action is not in Pursuance thereof the US Constitution. It matters not what branch, what office, what agency, what contractor, etc that you work for, if it is a government job or duty, then all involved are required to take the Oath and to KEEP IT.

Then regarding the stifling of speech of the whistle blowers, etc; that too is NOT a power that was delegated to those who SERVE WITHIN our government.

John Adams: “Liberty cannot be preserved without a general knowledge among the people, who have a right… and a desire to know; but besides this, they have a right, and indisputable, unalienable, indefeasible, divine right to that most dreaded and envied kind of knowledge, I mean of the characters and conduct of their rulers.” (A Dissertation on the Canon and Feudal Law (1765))

Patrick Henry, American colonial revolutionary: “The liberties of a people never were, nor ever will be, secure, when the transactions of their rulers may be concealed from them.”

Mark Twain: “For in a Republic, who is “the country?” Is it the Government which is for the moment in the saddle? Why, the Government is merely a servant – merely a temporary servant; it cannot be its prerogative to determine what is right and what is wrong, and decide who is a patriot and who isn’t. Its function is to obey orders, not originate them.”

Archibald Maclaine said during North Carolina’s ratifying convention: “If Congress should make a law beyond the powers and the spirit of the Constitution, should we not say to Congress, ‘You have no authority to make this law. There are limits beyond which you cannot go. You cannot exceed the power prescribed by the Constitution. You are amenable to us for your conduct. This act is unconstitutional. We will disregard it, and punish you for the attempt.’”

Alexander Hamilton, Federalist 33: “…If the federal government should overpass the just bounds of its authority and make a tyrannical use of its powers, the people, whose creature it is, must appeal to the standard [The Constitution] they have formed, and take such measures to redress the injury done to the Constitution as the exigency may suggest and prudence justify….”

Patrick Henry, Virginia Convention, 1788: “You are not to inquire how your trade may be increased, nor how you are to become a great and powerful people, but how your liberties can be secured; for liberty ought to be the direct end of your government.” (as quoted by Thomas M. Moneure, Jr., in “Virginia’s Great Dissenters”, printed in the March, 1999, issue of American Guardian, pp 38-40)

Justice William O. Douglas, dissenting, Colten v. Kentucky, 407 U.S. 104 (1972): “Since when have we Americans been expected to bow submissively to authority and speak with awe and reverence to those who represent us? The constitutional theory is that we the people are the sovereigns, the state and federal officials only our agents. We who have the final word can speak softly or angrily. We can seek to challenge and annoy, as we need not stay docile and quiet.”

This is exactly WHY the framers required the people themselves torain as the Militia, educate themselves in the US Constitution and their own state’s Constitution, so that accountability of those that serve is NOT held in the same hands as those that need to be held accountable for their actions.

  3. Well, half the country is fine with the left getting away with everything. They have no moral code, so the ends justifies the means. Our government, schools, cities, states…authority positions have been filled with communists and islamists, and those who have come here from other countries are more comfortable with that type of government than our own. Nothing will come of any investigation toward the left. Witnesses die, evidence is lost, “intentions” are called good, timelines are coincidence, on and on. Then the public gets blamed for this all happening for how they voted. Well, wolf one or two. That’s the choice we keep having. Trump was our last hope to keep the Republic, and the swamp has swallowed him.
When your government and judges are infiltrated while you work and tend to your life, don’t blame us for having no control over our government. Even the good guys up there in government can’t change it.
So in the end, the clintons and all the rest will be exonerated so they have a clean bill of health for 2018. The whole “investigation” is a sham designed just for this.
