Wild Edible and Medicinal: Watercress

Hedge Living has a video on Watercress, a highly nutritious wild plant found near springs and streams.
From the video description:
Watercress is one of those wild edibles I can show most of the year. Here in Wisconsin it grows about 11 months out of the year, while just a little further south it grows all year long. Watercress likes its feet wet and is best picked from a free flowing spring so you don’t pick up any parasites from the water. It is one of the most nutritious wild edibles we have.
