Mint Leaves: Health Benefits and Uses

Mint is a very useful plant, both for its aromatic and flavor enhancing abilities and for its many medicinal uses. It is easy to grow, and is found in the wild. Outside my door, I have some mint growing, which I needn’t tend except during dry times, when I water it. When it is hot, I sometimes take a leaf and chew on it, which seems to cool me a bit, but most of all, I love mint in a tea, with other healthy herbs. It calms the nerves.
