I disliked boiled dandelions, (boiled spinach, also), but I find fresh dandelion greens in a salad quite palatable. The flowers can be eaten, too. Just pick one and pop it in your mouth. One worker bee a female lives 6 weeks to produce 1 1/2 tsp honey from millions of flowers. Need more weeds and flowers.
