Stay Alert, America: The Worst Is Yet to Come

Stay alert, America.

This is not the time to drop our guards, even for a moment.

Nothing has changed since the election to alter the immediate and very real dangers of roadside strip searches, government surveillance, biometric databases, citizens being treated like terrorists, imprisonments for criticizing the government, national ID cards, SWAT team raids, censorship, forcible blood draws and DNA extractions, private prisons, weaponized drones, red light cameras, tasers, active shooter drills, police misconduct and government corruption.

Time alone will tell whether those who put their hopes in a political savior will find that trust rewarded or betrayed.

Personally, I’m not holding my breath.

I’ve been down this road before.

I’ve studied history.

I know what comes next.

It’s early days yet, but President-elect Trump—like his predecessors—has already begun to dial back many of the campaign promises that pledged to reform a broken system of government.

The candidate who railed against big government and vowed to “drain the swamp” of lobbyists and special interest donors has already given lobbyists, corporate donors and members of the governmental elite starring roles in his new administration.

America, you’ve been played.

This is what happens when you play politics with matters of life, death and liberty.

You lose every time.

  1. History does indeed repeat. However, I do think he is appearing to soften his rhetoric for the period between now and January 20th. If after that, he snakes those who put him in office, then we, America can say we were played. Meanwhile the left is coming right out front to bring down our nationalism. It’s a global take over right on daily news coverage.

  2. I remain cautiously optimistic about President-elect Trump. I don’t know if he plays Chess, but he just might because I see some serious strategic moves.

In Chess one eventually plays all pieces with the understanding that several will be sacrificed. Playing several moves ahead, the decision of sacrifice is made well before it happens.

Personally, I believe President-elect Trump is populating his Chess board, knowing WHO will be sacrificed. The tactical rather than strategic pieces are those who were not supportive of him and have not earned trust; only extreme caution.

In my opinion, he is (hopefully) an excellent strategist and will in short-order Checkmate the opposition (i.e. Commies, Marxists, Globalists, Neocons, RINOS, Demoncrats, et al.)

I really fear for his life, especially the period prior to December 19th.

  3. I don’t know about the rest of you but I thought Trump had a look of shock on his face after his meeting with the criminal in chief. He looked as though he had just learned a very uncomfortable truth. Then he started rolling back on his to-do list. More likely than not, we just got ourselves butt banged by the elite once again. I seriously doubt anything will change for the good.
