Anti-Freedom, Anti-Life ‘Progressive’ Continues Democrat Tactics of Obstruction and Subversion

screenhunter_14-sep-25-19-26
Schakowsky: Red suits her in more ways than one.

“Dems walk out before baby-body-parts buyer cited for contempt,” Bob Unruh reports at WND.com. “Democrats on the U.S. House Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives walked out of a committee meeting rather than be present to vote on a congressional contempt citation for a company caught up in the undercover video investigation of Planned Parenthood’s baby body parts trade.”

Obstruction and disruption is a standard “progressive” modus operandi for Democrats who don’t get their way. Abusing their duties and their oaths by resorting to interference and antics, and redirecting the easily and willfully misled (i.e., their constituencies) with red herring talking points have come to be standard operating procedure.  They did it to give cover for the administration’s criminal Fast and Furious “gunwalking” enterprise, and to try and derail Eric Holder’s in-your-face obstruction of justice stonewalling.  More recently, they staged a childish sit-in over demands to impose more citizen disarmament edicts — for which a House leadership with guts would have imposed immediate sanctions –instead of just making noise.

And, of course, when they don’t get their way they turn to their standby non sequitur by screaming “McCarthyism,” or worse, “Racism,” which generally seems to have the same effect on spineless establishment Republicans as a crucifix does on Dracula.

Thankfully, the stunt didn’t work this time, and the committee voted to approve “a report recommending StemExpress, an organ procurement company, and CEO Cate Dyer, be held in contempt of Congress [for failing] to comply with ‘lawfully issued subpoenas.’”

Which doesn’t mean we won’t see more circuses and sleight of mind stunts in the full House, whenever they get around to it. And if Hillary wins, expect administration pressure and media collaboration to render the whole exercise moot.

Barring the type of change that does not seem possible without a credible “or else” consequence, we watching from the sidelines are left with nothing much besides grumbling, and documenting the misdeeds of impostors posing as Constitutional representatives. And the “leader” of this latest walkout is sadly and outrageously what we’ve come to expect from Chicago Democrats.

“Let me have the record reflect the Democrats are refusing to participate in this illegitimate and unsanctioned effort to seek criminal contempt (charges),” Rep. Jan Schakowsky lectured “We refuse to sanction or endorse this exercise by continuing to participate.”

Perhaps, some will argue, challenging how the House has delegated authority to even hear evidence on the matter. Then again, one of the primary functions of government having power in the first place, per the Preamble to the Constitution, is “to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”

It’s tough to argue that it’s not Posterity’s body parts that are being bought and sold.

Perhaps if government ever gets compelled to put the chains it’s supposed to be bound by back on, the whole house of cards will come tumbling down, and all kinds of unauthorized areas they inflict themselves in will once more be off limits.

It’s a sure bet Jan Schakowsky and her fellow subversives won’t like that one bit.

You know how the Democrats are always telling us “Nobody wants to take your guns”? Schakowsky does, and wants “everything on the table.” And she not only has our “assault weapons”[sic]  in her sights, she’s also “against handguns.

“[W]e’re on a roll now, and I think we’ve got to take the — you know, we’re gonna push as hard as we can and as far as we can,” she revealed.

“Oh absolutely,” she replied when asked if the semiauto ban “was the beginning of something larger.”

Does that mean she’s anti-gun? Not at all — like all typical Opposite Day “progressives,” what she’s really against is the true egalitarian power sharing enabled by the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

As far as fellow Marxist elites, look no further than her associations, particularly her “close ties” via the Congressional Progressive Caucus (co-founded by Bernie Sanders!) to the Democratic Socialists of America. We had a chance to see what those subversives are all about when we looked at another extremist DSA mole, Muslim Rep. Keith Ellison. And in that piece, we dug out some old DSA “solidarity” songs, which have since been removed from their website in an attempt to hide them — talk of violently killing people you hate doesn’t play all that well with people you want to call “haters.”

Fortunately they have not been “disappeared” from the Internet Archive. Here are two songs of special interest that every American who considers himself a patriot ought to be aware of:

Are You Sleeping, Bourgeoisie

Traditional American song, sung in rounds to the tune of “Frere Jacques”.

Are you sleeping, Are you sleeping,
Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie,
And when the revolution comes,
We’ll kill you all with knives and guns,
Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie

Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie, See How They Run

Usually sung in rounds after “Are You Sleeping, Bourgeoisie”. Sung to the tune of “Three Blind Mice”.

Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie,
See how they run,
See how they run

And when the revolution comes,
We’ll kill them all with knives and guns,
Bourgeoisie, Bourgeoisie

Remember, in addition to those who own capital, bourgeoisie as a whole includes the middle class. Sounds like fertile ground for more blood-soaked killing fields, doesn’t it? Any questions about why this oath-breaking Schakowsky hag and her fellow domestic enemies don’t want you to have a gun?

Or how the people of Illinois’ 9th Congressional District can be so damned oblivious and/or dependent and/or corrupt and/or just plain stupid to keep giving this monster power over their (and our) lives?

And yes, of course, when it comes to Hillary, she’s with her.

  1. Looking on the bright side, Jan Schakowsky’s husband, Robert Creamer, will never (legally) be able to own a gun. He was found guilty on a felony conviction of fraud after it was discovered he was kiting checks from the ‘public interest’ group he headed.

But not to worry. He’s completely rehabilitated now. He’s a lobbyist for a public interest group. And in his spare time, he helps the Democrats ‘craft’ historic legislation like the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

When asked for comment after the conviction, Rep. Schakowsky said “In my heart, I know that these mistakes do not define or diminish this good man, or the good work that he has done over the last 40 years or that he will do in the future”.

      1. ceefour, do you mean personal interest in, for instance, Obamacare having been engineered to divest non-Muslims of their assets, and give those assets (and thus, America) to Obama’s favorite people, the Muslims?

I don’t know anyone who isn’t interested in that, once they realize how the math works.

  2. There will be a reboot, and when it comes it must include a provision to outlaw “Progressivism” & the other false religion known as “Muslimism”…both deadly concoctions antithetical to our Constitution and love of liberty. And there will be no “grandfathering” to protect those who conspired against us in the name of these two evils. Now might be a good time to consider leaving “our” soil…if you catch our drift…

  3. Assume, for the sake of discussion, that they DO succeed in mandating even private gun sales go through an FFL. How do they expect to enforce such a statute? Do they actually expect the majority of gun owners to comply with such an edict? Are they truly that naive? They ignore the law any time it suites them. Do they think those of us in flyover country are any different?

    1. The whole of it is to make everyone a felon which happens right after a traffic ticket, or similar event that can be escalated. Remember, there are plenty of $$$ signs for prosecutors and law enforcement for felony convictions; hence thereafter all firearms are confiscated, resulting in discovery that more felony charges can be brought. It’s an elevator shaft straight to hell.

  4. All I can say is what kind of political district within the United States of America would support such an anti-American, anti-freedom, “progressive” bigot such as this repulsive representative in District of Corruption? How can such a travestylike this happen in a free country in the 21st Century? UFB, this is UFB! FUBAR would be another apt description.

  5. Isn’t this really just a farce to avoid facing the matter ? Isn’t that what they always do when caught in a matter that they cannot defend ? Unfortunately as pointed out , the Reps many times are very weak to follow up or impose any real sanctions. Don’t want to be called any names now do they ?

  6. Regardless of how you cut it up, hash it out, add, subtract, divide or translate it into 50 different languages, Soetoro Sobarkah, the UN and the Progressive Marxist Global Elite Marxists are moving ahead at “battle speed”, to not only come after our firearms, but to take over this entire Sovereign Constitutional Republic…..if Clinton wins….stand double ready, they are coming.

  7. There are not many people in Congress that has a real moral compass anymore. Get elected , satisfy my Ego , Push the Progressive( aka Socialist ) Agenda , Fund raise for the next election because the true Narcissistic enjoys screwing with people’s minds and the perks are great, Then work on building your fortune for the nest egg over and above their Salary and Healthcare for life, then comes the speaking fees and the book deal and influence peddling till death does it job. That should be a Job requirement to run >>Serve 6 or 8 years then die.<<
