Local news Channel 4, WWL in Baton Rouge is reporting:

BATON ROUGE, La. – Three officers – two from the Baton Rouge Police Department and one from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office – have been killed after as many as seven were shot in Baton Rouge Sunday morning, authorities from the East Baton Parish Sheriff’s Office confirmed.

One suspect is dead and others may be at large, according to the sheriff’s office.  Police could be seen checking the deceased suspect with a robot for explosives.

“At approximately 9:00 this morning Baton Rouge Police officers and East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s deputies were involved in a shooting incident on Airline Highway near Old Hammond Highway. Multiple officers from both agencies sustained injuries and were transported to local hospitals,” said a statement from the sheriff’s office.

Authorities are asking the public to call 911 or local law enforcement agencies immediately if they see anything suspicious. Those in the area are advised to stay indoors.

Two hospitals in Baton Rouge are on lockdown with police guarding the facilities with officers checking vehicles trying to enter the facility.

The officers were shot early Sunday – and – as of 9:30 a.m. – a manhunt was on for the suspect or suspects.

A witness told WBRZ-TV that a man was dressed in black with his face covered shooting indiscriminately when he walked out between a convenience store and car wash across from Hammond Air Plaza. Police closed the streets between the police department’s headquarters and Interstate 12.

Baton Rouge Mayor Holden is asking for prayers for the officers and their families.

Gov. John Bel Edwards issued a statement on the attack.”This is an unspeakable and unjustified attack on all of us at a time when we need unity and healing,” he said.

Earlier, Baton Rouge Police spokesman Sgt. Don Coppola confirmed that several officers were shot by gunfire, The Advoate reported. East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies may have also been among those shot, Coppola said.

Breitbart is reporting:

Gunman opened fire close to Baton Rouge Police Department headquarters
• Three officers slain, three in critical condition
• One suspect is dead and two others are reportedly at large
• The attack comes two days after the funeral of Alton Sterling, a black man killed by police during an arrest
• Two Fridays ago in Dallas, a black militant named Micah X. Johnson shot and killed five police officers and wounded seven

Among the “national news media” Breitbart.com appears to have the best updates, so I recommend you check there often.

A Baton Rouge local on Reddit says the attack happened at a local gas station where the police are regulars, down the street from the Baton Rouge PD HQ.   Shooter reportedly had a semi-automatic rifle.    There is a very active Reddit thread you should also monitor, with many Baton Rouge locals posting.   Locals posting on Reddit say that outside groups are the ones who are most militant and trying to stir up and radicalize the locals.  We saw this in Ferguson and Baltimore too.

Baton Rouge local Redditor Ootika says:

Born and raised in Baton Rouge. I was in town during the shooting. Immediately after the shooting, there were calm and peaceful protests. Local black community leaders were on the news regularly talking about the need to stay calm, that cops aren’t a target, that black lives need to matter to blacks too (look at the murder statistics for Baton Rouge, usually 2 or 3 murders a week. Typically black on black. No protests for those people). I remember tuning into the national news a few days later and hearing talking heads almost complaining about the lack of violent protests. That’s when the out of town groups came in. That’s when I stopped seeing the local community leaders on TV.

One group pointed shotguns at the police. Another group drove around wearing masks and holding posters that said “The purge is happening NOW”. More people came in from out of town. The protests started getting more tense. The police started aggressively arresting people. They brought out the military vehicles and riot guns. The family of Sterling asked for peaceful protests on the news. They warned that outsiders were riling up the community. Now we’re here. Now cops are being killed. What a tragedy.

At least the pundits are happy now.

Another Baton Rouge local, Hochizo, replied:

You’re absolutely right that outsiders have been coming in. My spouse and I live in Baton Rouge, and my spouse is actually in the media. I remember last week, when the protests moved from the store where Alton Sterling was killed to police headquarters, all the local leaders were taken aback. My husband called the people who were leading the original protests to see what was up and they had no idea. The guy said “I don’t know what’s going on. We weren’t protesting tonight. We had the night off. I don’t know what they’re doing right now, but I’m going over there now to try and straighten it out.” This community was peaceful. Angry, but peaceful. And outside people weren’t satisfied with that and came in to change it.

And I can’t really speak to the national media, but local media is sick of this shit. They don’t like stories like this. These are people they know and interact with. This is their home and it’s in chaos. They don’t enjoy this. Especially because everyone is pissed at them. They’re trying to stay neutral, but as most people know, when you’re really neutral both sides hate your guts. The black community and their supporters think the media is taking the cops’ side and the cops and their supporters think the media is taking the black community’s side. There’s no winning and they’re exhausted. At least we are. We were finally getting some time to recoup this weekend. Got through two episodes of Stranger Things this morning before the phone started blowing up.

Again, this is exactly what we saw in Ferguson, MO too.  Outside agitators came in and looted, burned, and shot at the police, leaving the locals holding the bag.   Natalie, of Natalie’s Cakes and More told us “these people are NOT locals” which explains why they had no problem trashing her bakery and then trying to burn it down later.

LOUISIANA OATH KEEPERS RESPONSE AND CALL TO ACTION:

I am in direct communication with Oath Keepers in Baton Rouge and and our Louisiana chapter leadership (Duncan Simmons, our LA Coordinator, is a retired police officer).   At a minimum our LA chapter will be offering our assistance in protecting officers’ families while the officers are on duty (under our existing “Family Safe” Program and as part of our new “Operation Backstop”) so the officers can focus on doing their job with less fear for their families.  We will offer this protection for police families not just in Baton Rouge, but all over Louisiana, because the threat is all over the state, and we will coordinate with each local police department on what else we can do to help.

In addition, I urge all Oath Keepers members and chapters to do likewise in your local communities nationwide.  Reach out to your good local cops and offer to protect their families whenever they are in danger.  Offer that now, and begin the process of coordinating with your local police on how you can work together to keep the whole community safe going forward. We have credible information that New Black Panther Party extremists in Louisiana intend to hold armed protests in small towns with small departments where they will outnumber the local police.  Don’t think that trouble can’t come to your sleeply little town.  Whether it is racist, Marxist wanna-be cop killers, or a jihadists, bad guys may target your little town specifically because you have few cops and are all warm and sleepy, thinking you are safe.   The interstate is right there …

We will post more updates as information comes in.

For the Republic,

  1. I am an Oath Keeper, but I see this and all other Terrorists attacks on America as an attempt to start a shooting war, in order to declaration Marshal Law. Protecting cops and their families is a good idea, but showing up armed is asking for trouble

    1. You coordinate with the local cops, and do it together. And how else will you do it, unarmed? That would be foolish, under the circumstances. Do it with coordination, and you will be fine.

  2. Troubled times. Unable to envision anything improving inside the USA. Part of me still considers the possible eventual need of what may seem to be an outlandish reaction but if the “system” is broken beyond repair what else could make the required governmental and societal alterations required other then a military coup followed by a military dictatorship based upon the Constitution?

Yes, fraught with possible dangers but is the alternative to stay on the path we are on now? I envision a patriotic officer corps stepping up to the plate and making needed basic alterations and using no-nonsense but fair and equitable actions at all societal levels… including the current hands-off cohort at the uppermost socioeconomic levels who have immense influence upon all USA society and governance. After alterations are made and various negatives such as lack of jobs at livable wages and barbaric thuggery are quelled along with limiting the immense power of monolithic corporate entities and the few folks manipulating various economic systems/scams at the highest levels a transition back to civilian controlled government and further work to bring civility back to the USA.

For many reasons I fear the political process is corrupted beyond repair. I am unable to envision any meaningful change to the systems of command and control over all aspects of the USA using the present state of affairs; from economic to social to… everything!!!

One critical reason is the differences in the citizens of today versus the quality of those present in the USA during its early years. We are a divided people and an elite controlling the many media have much impact upon the masses. Just so MANY aspects of the USA of today is incompatible with civility.

Yes, I could be as wrong as wrong can be but I still fear the future does not bode well for the USA I knew when younger and have watched deteriorate, in my opinion, as the decades flew by.

These opinions are mine are NOT those of Oath Keepers or anybody else within the Oath Keepers organization or anybody else on the planet… unless they specifically agree with me.

    1. There can be no such thing as “a military dictatorship based upon the Constitution” That is an oxymoron. The Constitution set up a limited form of government and it nowhere granted the military any authority to take over, even if they had the best of intentions. Now, two points:

      1. The current officeholders have stepped so far outside the Constitution that they have all but destroyed it, and when/if they do destroy the Constitution, that means they have destroyed the compact between the states that delegated certain enumerated and limited powers to the national government created by the Constitution. So, by destroying the Constitution they have destroyed their own offices, and they have destroyed the compact and now we are back in a default position of being sovereign states as we were prior to the Constitution, but now with all powers back in the hands of the people and no more delegation to any national entity. And that would include the US military. The US military would also cease to exist as a legal entity, and each unit and each base would have to put itself under the command of the state in which they are stationed, or if the state government is dominated by communists, then they need to put themselves under the command of the civil patriot leadership of that state, just as the Founding Generation did. But the goal needs to be to reasert the sovereignty of the state and be SCRUPULOUS about the military always being subservient to the civil power, even if that means they officially become part of the state militia and are no longer a national standing military branch. For unit pride, the can still call themselves the US Marines, or Army, etc. but add “of the state of” .

      2. Under the Constitution, it is the MILITIA not the standing Army or Navy, that is tasked with executing the laws of the Union (with the Constitution being the supreme law), and with suppressing insurrection (including a communist one by usurping office-holders) and to repel invasion. So, again, the US military would have to throw their swords at the feet of the states and/or the “good people” of the states and become the militia. Then, and only then, could they take any action to enforce the Constitution and suppress insurrections without risking the unconstitutional destruction of the Constitution by military coup.

All through history, people have been tricked into supporting a military coup to “stop the communist” and ended up jumping from the frying pan into the fire. See Germany, Spain, and Italy, during the 1930s, or Chile with Pinochet, Argentina, etc. It is a grave danger.

I will write more on this within the next few days But those are my initial thoughts.

Get strong, now. Revitalize your state militia and start by starting neighborhood and town watches with real teeth (who’s on your buddy team? Who’s on your fire-team? Who’s on your squad?), and stand up now to defend against these terrorists, and support your local police physically and dirctly so long as they too stand for the Constitution, but if they try to violate it in the name of public safety, you need to stand against them too, unfortunately. The militia is the key and is the answer. Like Dr. Vieira says, it is the only constitutional homeland security. It is necessary for the security of a free state. That is why it is directly mandated by the Constitution itself. NOTHING ELSE is as important. There is no constitutional mandate to have a police department, or even a sheriff department. They are not even mentioned by the Constitution. The militia is.

      Stewart

      1. Excellent answer! That is why I would back you for US President in an honest election.

Under the US Constitution I would put Dr. Vieira within the Legislative Branch (preferably in charge) as he knows the US Constitution and would follow it I believe. But more importantly, he would do his best to see that the others followed it and that is critically important. Hmmm .. .but who for the Judicial Branch then…?

        God Bless All. Stay Safe!

        Cal
If there were never intended to be action to defend the Constitution from those who are domestically attempting to destroy its power and authority, why would each Oath require it of those who take the Oaths?

Chief Tecumseh: “When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.”

      2. One thought I would interject on this subject, if I may. Most all of us know that the constitution does not allow for a standing army. It does however, instruct us to maintain a Navy. Does it not?
Therefore, in my opinion, since the Navy is completely constitutional, as is the militia, and the Marine Corps is/are a division of the Navy.
Doesn’t that makes the Marine Corps the only lawful branch of the current US military as far as “ground forces” are concerned?
How then, or where, should that division of the constitutionally mandated US Navy, be incorporated into the militia?

  3. Bravo Mr Rhodes…This is what makes me proud to be a member of Oathkeepers. Damn fine response.

  4. We need at this time as a Former Marine Veteran that the police need our help and support now that this Corrupt Administration has abondoned them allowing Terrorist Domestic Groups like Black Lives Matter , destroy the fabric of this Republic . Unlike other small groups like LBT, GAY Rights Advocates , and African American Groups , are all small percentage of the population are demanding that the rest of us adhere to their demands . It’s is inconceivable that the majority of Americans are having a hard time understanding , how 9 Unelected Judges can make law telling all the states ,mthats it si law that all states must sanction that gay rights are legal . It’s is the Congress that makes the law not the Justice Department , 3% or less of the population is transgender , we are not going to make businesses make three different kind of bathrooms to accomadate them . LGBT people as well can’t demand shit from anyone , especially a multitude of the population.

    1. “We need at this time as a Former Marine Veteran that the police need our help and support now that this Corrupt Administration has abondoned them allowing Terrorist Domestic Groups like Black Lives Matter, destroy the fabric of this Republic.”

You should by now understand that the presidential impersonator was put into place to divide us further as that was where his greatest strength and usefulness lies. As you can see, he has done an excellent job.

The police were not abandoned. This was a deliberate attempt to not only further divide the people and law enforcement, but to also bring them all together with the federal unlawful LE’s as one nation of enforcement against the people. Basically to finish this nation off from a Constitutional Republic as this would do.

Mack and Printz v. United States: “The Framers rejected the concept of a central government that would act upon and through the States, and instead designed a system in which the State and Federal Governments would exercise concurrent authority over the people. The Federal Government’s power would be augmented immeasurably and impermissibly if it were able to impress into its service – and at no cost to itself – the police officers of the 50 States… Federal control of state officers would also have an effect upon the separation and equilibration of powers between the three branches of the Federal Government itself.”

But, what needs to be done is far different if we are actually going to keep our nation and as many of the American people alive as we can, plus keep our nation. I do not think you will like this suggestion(s) – but consider it. Brief summary of where we stand today, and why.

Many who serve within the military, law enforcement, and within other governmental offices within our governments quit taking (for some positions) and keeping their Oaths to support and defnd the US Constitution. They certainly had no idea of what that entails as they had never even read the document that they are bound to with their lives – which tells you just how dumbed down they were/are and it is NOT their fault.

When they stopped keeping the supreme contract they are ALL under which also happens to also be the supreme LAW of this land; add to that they quit keeping the highest law of their state, which is also their second highest contract; our country has gotten more unsafe for all of us, not just LE’s, military, etc. Worse, by not keeping that Oath it is aiding and abetting the destruction of our nation from within and it matters not what position within government one holds.

TSA and cameras everywhere has done nothing to make anyone safer. Sending our military to foreign nations in unlawful wars of aggression have not made anyone anywhere on this planet safer, let alone here in the USA. Lying as policy did nothing to stop real crime, or to make anyone safer, but it did do its unstated intended purpose of making those that serve more untrustworthy, so less trusted by the populace.

Those actions and thousands of others actually made ALL of us less safe because dependency always does (that is another article/comment). Before people would step in to assist police, now they believe they would die at the police they went to assist hands because of all the distrust caused by those who serve within our governments between them and the people – the “thin blueline” BS.

All that has been done in the name of “safety” is a sham. But worse it is *color of law and statutes that is being enforced at all levels AGAINST the people. Statutes do NOT go over the US Constitution, that document is supreme, not any person serving or any legislation they might make that is not “in Pursuance thereof” it, so anytime a law enforcement officer or any other governmental employee enforces an unconstitutional “law” they are working to destroy our nation from within by instead of KEEPING their Oath to the US Constitution – not to a person, office, agency, etc – they then work against our nation. Again, mostly unknowingly but that ignorance is costing us all greatly.

*Color of law. The appearance or semblance, without the substance, of legal right. Misuse of power, possessed by virtue of state law and made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state, is action taken under “color of law.” Black’s Law Dictionary, Fifth Edition, page 241.

Here is where I tick off a lot of people, but it does not make it any less true. If you disagree grab the US Constitution or something that is in Pursuance thereof it and prove me wrong. Because the supreme law of this land is **over and above all other laws/codes/regulations/statures/etc like it or not – and they MUST follow it to be even lawful here in the USA. The highest law of your state is over all other laws/codes/regulations/statures/etc. The only thing it is not higher then is the US Constitution itself – and the US Constitution is a VERY short document but it guides how all laws/codes/regulations/statures/etc here in the USA MUST be to be lawful and the people themselves to be bound by them.

** “The constitution of a state is the fundamental law of the State.” Ware v. Hylton, 3 Dall. 199.

“What is a constitution? It is the form of government, delineated by the mighty hand of the people, in which certain first principles of fundamental laws are established.” Van Horne v. Dorrance, 2 Dall. 304.

“Constitutional provisions and amendments to the Constitution relate to the fundamental law and certain fixed principles upon which governments are founded. Constitutions are commonly called the organic law of a State.” State ex rel. Halliburton v. Roach, 230 Mo. 408, 130 S. W. 689.

“A constitution is designated as a supreme enactment, a fundamental act of legislation by the people of the state. A constitution is legislation direct from the people acting in their sovereign capacity, while a statute is legislation from their representatives, subject to limitations prescribed by the superior authority.” Ellingham v. Dye, 231 U. S. 250.

“The basic purpose of a written constitution has a two-fold aspect, first securing [not granting] to the people of certain unchangeable rights and remedies, and second, the curtailment of unrestricted governmental activity within certain defined spheres.” Du Pont v. Du Pont, 85 A 724.

THIS IS WHY THE OATH IS TO THE US and STATE CONSTITUTIONS — > “The constitution of a state is stable and permanent, not to be worked upon the temper of the times, not to rise and fall with the tide of events. Notwithstanding the competition of opposing interests, and the violence of contending parties, it remains firm and immoveable, as a mountain amidst the strife and storms, or a rock in the ocean amidst the raging of the waves.” Vanhorne v. Dorrance, supra.

Cooley, The General Principles of Constitutional Law, 3rd. ed. (1898), pp. 386-387. (Little & Brown Co.).: “In the construction of these instruments the following rules are actually observed:
      1. The practical construction must be uniform. A constitution does not mean one thing at one time and another at some subsequent time.
      2. The object of construction is to give effect to the intent of the people in establishing the Constitution; it is the intent of the law giver that is to be enforced. But the intent is to be found in the instrument itself. . .”

Next the military. Not one person serving within the US Military except those that are imprisoned for so doing or those that have had fatal “accidents”, etc of any rank is keeping their Oath to the US Constitution. You are the US Military, and your uniforms are the US military uniforms, not those of a foreign entity. Your commanders are US Military, nor foreign. Your supreme directives comes from the US Constitution itself. Not one soldier is to be at war, or sent to another nation to fight unless the ***CONGRESS itself has declared war or unless we are attacked on US soil by foreign, mercenary, etc troops. The US President – when we actually and lawfully have one, and we do NOT now (another article/comment) – is ONLY the ****Commander in Chief when the Militia has been called out or when the congress has declared war, or when we are attacked on US soil.

***US Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 11: “To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water”.

****Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1: “The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; …” (Notice the words before the semicolon; “ when called into the actual Service of the United States” means exactly that is when whoever is serving as a US president then becomes the CoC. Also notice that a comma separates everything as a continuing subject that is listing different items until it stops with a semicolon. New subject different change of direction from the previous.)

All Oath takers first duty to our nation is to keep that Oath. Oath takers are required to support and DEFEND the US Constitution, not anyone else of any rank, nor follow any other order and it matters not who gives that order until the US Constitution is “safe” and being followed. That includes until it is safe from domestic enemies and foreign ones. Anything else is assisting in the destruction of the USA and our legitimate government by “just following orders” and “just doing your job”.

The way it is at this time, for all of oath takers to do what they are constitutionally required to do, they will probably have to get out of a governmental position and join the constitutionally required Militia. It will be paid at the rate as the US military is paid IF there is still money. Otherwise we will need to come up with other ways of payment. It is important here to realize when you read the US Constitution that there is no such thing as a “standing” (permanent) military here in the USA.

Tench Coxe: “Who are the militia? are they not ourselves. Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birth-right of an American… The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people.”

Samuel Adams: “It is always dangerous to the liberties of the people to have an army stationed among them, over which they have no control … The Militia is composed of free Citizens. There is therefore no danger of their making use of their Power to the destruction of their own Rights, or suffering others to invade them…” (the founders would have considered law enforcement part of a standing military because they are governmental in their creation, not bound by election, etc to the people.)

Justice Story, Associate Justice, Supreme Court wrote: “The next amendment is: “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
“The importance of this article will scarcely be doubted by any persons, who have duly reflected upon the subject. The militia is the natural defence of a free country against sudden foreign invasions, domestic insurrections, and domestic usurpations of power by rulers. It is against sound policy for a free people to keep up large military establishments and standing armies in time of peace, both from the enormous expenses, with which they are attended, and the facile means, which they afford to ambitious and unprincipled rulers, to subvert the government, or trample upon the rights of the people. The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them”.

Samuel Adams: “Under every government the last resort of the people, is an appeal to the sword; whether to defend themselves against the open attacks of a foreign enemy, or to check the insidious encroachments of domestic foes. Whenever a people … entrust the defence of their country to a regular, standing army, composed of mercenaries, the power of that country will remain under the direction of the most wealthy citizens.
And that the said Constitution be never construed to authorize Congress to infringe the just liberty of the press, or the rights of conscience; or to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms; or to raise standing armies, unless necessary for the defense of the United States, or of some one or more of them; or to prevent the people from petitioning, in a peaceable and orderly manner, the federal legislature, for a redress of grievances; or to subject the people to unreasonable searches and seizures of their persons, papers or possessions”.

Not only that, there is not constitutional authority delegated for those that serve within our governments to have a “law enforcement” agency. Sheriffs are the only one, and that is because they have almost always been here in the USA. Those who serve within our governments – state and federal – are REQUIRED to use the (regulated – trained) Militia.

The Militia is every single able-bodied American and those lawfully and constitutionally allowed to be here. But the Militia that can
      — Enforce the US Constitution and each state’s Constitution,
      — Enforce and keep the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
      — Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
      — “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.
are required to be trained as the US Military is to be trained, educated in the US Constitution (short document) and in their state’s Constitution becaues they are bound to those douments and must follow them first.

George Washington, “Sentiments on a Peace Establishment”, letter to Alexander Hamilton; “The Writings of George Washington”: “It may be laid down, as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every citizen who enjoys the protection of a free government…, but even of his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency.”

Tench Coxe: “As civil rulers, not having their duty to the people duly before them, may attempt to tyrannize, and as the military forces which must be occasionally raised to defend our country, might pervert their power to the injury of their fellow-citizens, the people are confirmed by the next article in their right to keep and bear their private arms”.

Gage: “The opposing an arbitrary measure, or resisting an illegal force, is no more
rebellion than to refuse obedience to a highway-man who demands your purse, or to fight a
wild beast, that came to devour you. It is morally lawful, in all limited governments, to resist
that force that wants political power, from the petty constable to the king…. They are rebels
who arm against the constitution, not they who defend it by arms.” “A Freeman,” PA. EVENING POST, June 27, 1775, at 2. [Vol. 7:2]

This last comment was backed up by more modern courts here – John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529 where the Court stated: “Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might show that no offense had been committed.” That is the way it is supposed to be here in the USA. Basically, if you cannot do the job constitutionally, then you cannot do the job.

And here – Plummer vs. State: “You may go to the extreme of taking an officers life if he is committing an unlawful arrest.”

So what would make everyone safer, harder for the enemies of our nation – domestic and foreign – to keep these “false flags” (yes lives are lost, but they are engineered because to those who serve wthin our government you as an LE or military are nothing but fodder to be used as best suits THEIR needs in the destruction of our nation. If it works better for them that a few, a dozen, or hundreds of LE’s or military die then so be it. To them, YOU are NOT important. But to us, to true Americans, you are our families that are being used, murdered – be it in wars in foreign nations or here in the USA.

Basically, following and enforcing the US Constitution, your state Constitution makes law enforcement, military and the people safer. That is what it all boils down to. Doing so does not allow for those who are working against our nation to use us against each other as we then know what the REAL laws of our nation are and in following them secure not only our own safety, but the safety of our nation.

Getting us back on track here in America will be difficult, but not impossible. If you know the US Constitution, keep your Oath at all levels of government, and hold those who serve within our governments at all levels accountable. Know and teach the US Constitution, your own state Constitution as the supreme and highest contracts that they are that you are under. It stops you, me, them from being used against each other. It lets us defend each others backs when necessary. It will take a bit to earn each others trust, but follow the US Constitution and it will happen. Ground up all.

And No judges are NOT above the law. They are bound to the US Constitution and are also only allowed to serve for as long as they use good behavior.
