Obama Pushes More Federal Oversight of Cops After Dallas Attack on Cops

Obama wants more Federalized control of police, meaning he wants, in essence a National Police Force. No more local control of police departments. In other words, a police state. – Shorty Dawkins

President Barack Obama is harnessing the increasing attacks on police — and the periodic shootings of people by stressed cops — to push his agenda to federalize state and local police forces.

“I want to start moving on constructive actions that are actually going to make a difference,” he said during his evening press conference in Poland when he was asked about the Dallas attack.

Those actions, he said, would  be based on the recommendations of the panel that he picked after the 2014 street riots in Ferguson, Missouri. The panel offered “practical concrete solutions that can reduce — if not eliminate — the problems of racial bias,” Obama said.

The dramatic shootings are an opportunity to push that agenda, Obama said. “If my voice has been true and positive, my hope would be that… [the panel] surfaces problems, it frames them, it allows us to wrestle with these issue and try to come up with practical solutions,” he said.

Obama began touting the panel’s recommendations in March 2015. The report, titled “President’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing Report,” was published in May 2015.

The report urges the federal government to federalize police training and practices, via the use of federal lawsuits, grants and threats to cut federal aid. So far, Obama’s deputies have cajoled and sued more than 30 police jurisdictions to adopt federal rules in a slow-motion creation of a national police system, similar to the slow-motion creation of a federal-run health-sector via Obamacare.

Obama also used the press conference to insulate his federalized police program — and his allies in the Black Live Matter movement — from popular rejection after the five police were murdered by the anti-cop African-American in Dallas.

  1. I will wait for CAL, VIERRA or NAVYJACK to comment on the constitutionality of this before I make a comment but I can say without a doubt that when I showed up at my local town police department with a box of joe, muffins and an arrangement of flowers this morning in honor of their slain brothers in Dallas, They were very appreciative and thankful Just as I am for their service to this community.
Danville NH is a very small and quiet town. Not too much major crime here but if there is a cause for alarm, our chief and his officers are all over it. some of the nicest people you could ever meet REALLY….!
It was hard to hold back the tears when I told the young female officer who received the goodies that the flowers were in honor of their fallen brothers in Dallas. It pains me that there are others out there who would see these fine fellow citizens as targets. Fellow citizens is after all…What they are.
I would like to extend to all Oathkeepers the importance of doing what I did today. We should not have to wait for Stewart to place a call to action to do the same. We are, after all, THE GAURDIANS OF THE REPUBLIC. Lets set forth to make the effort to show our fellow citizens what we stand for in the wake of the horrible tragedy of our slain brothers in arms.
I would like to tell all of you that the feeling of doing right in the face of tyranny is a wonderful feeling. I don’t mean to blow my own horn but I have been out of work for over 6 months and I am as broke as a wagon that has fallen of a 500 foot cliff but I managed to scrape together 35 bucks to show my appreciation for the fine job my local department is doing. I encourage all of you to do the same. Its worth it. Trust me.

  2. “President Barack Obama is harnessing the increasing attacks on police — and the periodic shootings of people by stressed cops — to push his agenda to federalize state and local police forces.”

Show me where in the US Constitution that a presidential impersonator, or even a real US President that did meet all of the 3 requirements, and then also got honestly elected has the lawful authority to take over any part of a state, particularly the LEA’s. Here is some words concerning this very type of unlawful action.

U.S. Supreme Court CAHA v. U.S., 152 U.S. 211: “Generally speaking, within any state of this Union the preservation of the peace and the protection of person and property are the functions of the state government, and are NO PART of the primary duty, at least, of the nation. The laws of congress in respect to those matters DO NOT extend into the territorial limits of the states, but have force ONLY in the District of Columbia, and other places that are within the exclusive jurisdiction of the national government.”

Considering that U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of this land, and the contract that all who serve within our governments are Oathbound to follow. It is very important to understand that the ONLY crimes assigned to the federal government in the Constitution for law enforcement purposes are Treason, Piracy, Counterfeiting, and International law violations. Since those are the only crimes assigned to those that serve within the federal government, they are FORBIDDEN to be sticking their noses into what is the states jurisdiction. (I’d say pardon my attitude but screw it, I am sick and tired of this. it is really important that you read Dr. Vieira’s stuff online and offline. He says it much better then I can.)

WE do NOT have a federal government anymore at this time because the only authority they have is delegated, in writing, and all found within the US Constitution. When those that serve within our governments – state and federal – do not do their duty as is constitutionally assigned, when they do NOT take and/or KEEP the lawfully required Oaths, we no longer have a legitimate government in place, we have usurpers, traitors and *terrorists when threat of force or force is used against the American people.

That is correct, we do NOT have a federal government. It is bad enough when we do not have a legitimate and lawful president because the person could not meet the whole 3 requirements (Only three), but everyone ignores that and acts like and addresses/refers to him as if he was. He is not. READ the US Constitution, it backs up what I am saying.

They have no lawful authority to represent us anywhere, foreign or domestic. So who are they? Because they have no lawful authority they are Domestic Enemies referred to in the oaths, they are *Terrorists and Traitors. They have NO authority to send the US Military out anywhere – domestically or foreign. They have not right to use force anywhere within or without of the USA. They have no lawful authority to create laws, regulations, etc. They have no lawful authority to give or sell American land, American arms, water, etc. Think not, read this definition once again.

*28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.

Then re read the US Constitution as it is the contract that they are under and in writing it lays out exactly what they are ALLOWED to do, required to do, and what they are forbidden to do. If it is not in that document then it is forbidden to those that serve within the federal government.

St John Tucker: “The congress of the United States (that would be what we today call the “feds” since branches who are forbidden to use the authority delegated to the legislative branch are using it) possesses no power to regulate, or interfere with the domestic concerns, or police of any state: it belongs not to them to establish any rules respecting the rights of property; nor will the constitution permit any prohibition of arms to the people;…”

Mack and Printz v. United States: “The Framers rejected the concept of a central government that would act upon and through the States, and instead designed a system in which the State and Federal Governments would exercise concurrent authority over the people. THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT’S POWER WOULD BE AUGMENTED IMMEASURABLE AND IMPERMISSIBLY iF IT WERE ABLE TO IMPRESS INTO ITS SERVICE – and at no cost to itself – THE POLICE OFFICERS OF THE 50 STATES… Federal control of state officers would also have an effect upon the separation and equilibration of powers between the three branches of the Federal Government itself.”

Justice Sandra Day O’Connor: “The Constitution does not protect the sovereignty of States for the benefit of the States or state governments as abstract political entities, or even for the benefit of the public officials governing the States. To the contrary, the Constitution divides authority between federal and state governments for the protection of individuals. State sovereignty is not just an end in itself: “Rather, federalism secures to citizens the liberties that derive from the diffusion of sovereign power.”

James Madison, the “Father of the Constitution”: “The States then being the parties to the constitutional compact, and in their sovereign capacity, it follows of necessity, that there can be no tribunal above their authority, to decide in the last resort, whether the compact made by them be violated; and consequently that as the parties to it, they must themselves decide in the last resort, such questions as may be of sufficient magnitude to require their interposition.”

Thomas Jefferson: “The several States composing, the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government; but that, by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a general government for special purposes — delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving, each State to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self-government; and that whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force: that to this compact each State acceded as a State, and is an integral part, its co-States forming, as to itself, the other party: that the government created by this compact was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself; since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution, the measure of its powers; but that, as in all other cases of compact among powers having no common judge, each party (the people) has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress.”

It is just Treason and *Terrorism raising its ugly head once again against all Americans.

      1. Kris Ann Hall is awesome.

The “Strong Cities Network” is Agenda 21 in action. Any person serving within our state and federal governments in any position who assists with the SCN are working against our legitimate government and we need to start compiling lists of those to be charged with treason.

Loretta Lynch (as is Obama) is a traitor to the American people. BTW, when she broke her Oath to the US Constitution, IF she even took it as required, she committed a felony and the crime of Perjury. Assisting in foreign intervention with the American government IS treason.

  3. The ‘President’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing Report’ is a case of garbage in, garbage out. They knew what he wanted and they gave it to him. He announced what he wanted in 2008 when he said:
“We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

This ‘policing report’ is more of the same from the people that brought you the 2011 DHS document that warned that the threat of domestic terrorism has nothing to do with Islam, it has to do with white guys that don’t like the government and resent the fact that a black guy was elected President.

    Garbage in, garbage out.

  4. Thank you CAL. I figured the imposter in chief was just up to his usual illegal doings.

Nice comment Elmo. Im sure a well regulated militia would love the job but somehow I don’t think that is what the traitor in the oval office has in mind.

    1. This garbage is designed to hamstring the next president. Trump should strike it as soon as he takes office. This will supply endless narrative for the press on civilian casualties and damage the war on terrorist. It will make it near impossible to go after the jihads in their hiding places.
