Lawyers, Trolls and COWS…An Interview with Assemblywoman Michele Fiore

Author’s Addendum:  I would like to at add some of my thoughts to this article. There has been a huge reaction of fellow patriots who are worried about being indicted and arrested. Please know that, so far, there have been NO substantiated arrests this weekend to indicate that they are moving forward in this manner. If you hear of any, please email me immediately with the details at and/or post them to the comments of this story. I thought it was important to get this information out sooner rather than later as it was coming from a trusted, reliable source and had the possibility of impacting so many of us (including myself and so many of my friends). But in the end it is just information, not intelligence. So at this point we must treat it as hear say. Again, if this does go live, please let me know and I will get it out there ASAP. Until then, I would urge everyone to remain calm and steadfast. Fear is what they want us to be feeling. I apologize for putting it out before it has been more thoroughly vetted, the last thing I want to be is a fear monger.
In Liberty,

I first met Nevada State Assemblywoman, Michele Fiore, at Bundy ranch. She has been part of the mix, and fighting the good fight, since that fateful day in Nevada when the BLM accosted activists at Bunkerville with AR-15’s, attack-dogs, and tasers. We have come along way since then. It has been a rollercoaster ride that has had both its exhilarating victories and painful defeats, we have seen friends and patriots both killed and arrested. Through it all, Michele has gone above and beyond the call of duty, playing the part of advocate, negotiator, and defender. It is vitally important that we support elected officials who are awake to the issues of Constitutional freedoms and have them be a part of these events as they showcase the credibility of the movement. They are able to reach a demographic of the population that we may not have access to, ourselves. They can also effect the local law making process in very dynamic and positive ways.

In this interview we speak with Michele about 3 very important topics to the Liberty Movement as a whole. First, we discuss the unexpected blessing of labor union attorneys stepping forward to help represent our “political captives,” as Michele calls them. The unions, themselves, have had a number of activists arrested under similar circumstances and realize if the powers that be were left unchallenged, it would set the precedent to allow any activists to be incarcerated for the rest of their lives. What’s more, they have offered this legal representation free of charge. This is incredible news for all of us that have friends and family members behind bars.

We then move to the subject of COWS (Coalition of Western States), a coalition of legislators, statesman, and patriots united to stop unconstitutional actions against United States citizens, and the trolling by the mainstream media and other front groups that has suddenly gone into high gear.

To finish this short interview, we move on to the troubling rumors of another round of indictments being handed down. Allegedly, starting tonight through early next week, more of our fellow patriots have the possibility of being rounded up. This time they are looking to bring in those that had brought a gun to the Bundy Ranch standoff. This is particularly troubling as it could potentially include hundreds (if not thousands) of good Americans that put their work, families, and lives on hold, to travel to Nevada in the hopes of keeping another Ruby Ridge or Waco did not happen. This is information Michele recieved from Pete Santali’s attorney at this week’s proceedings.

Please take the time to watch this interview and share it with your like minded friends and family.

  1. I guess if you protest for Constitutional rights your a traitor. But if you are a communist or socialist or a college professor that led the weatherman underground and promote violence your cool and hip like Osama bin Obama.

  2. You see why nice people lose. Hundreds of millions of nice people die because they were nice citizens, or too scared, or helpless to act. They show up to defend what is right and just, only to be demonized then incarcerated. It is true tyranny. We created this by continued passive behavior. Next time play hard ball with the mercenaries. It’s better to take the battle to them than to live like a scared mouse. If you are a LEO, now is a good time to man up, take one for your country; else end up a slave to the creeping cowardly snakes. Read the column on to the right ->>

Read your oath. Get together with others and read your oath together. Our country’s enemy is pervasive.

  3. I applaud any move toward non violent tactics. If you can persuade voters, you can usually get what you want. I think it is fascinating that labor unions are getting involved. Republicans have been anti union for many years, but this election year is changing much. Poor white folks are not going to blindly follow rich white folks in the republican party any more. Unions have been a great tool for working folks to combine their leverage in the past.

  4. Judging from what is being posted on Oregonlive, the animus is pervasive. Every conceivable means to discredit the support for the Hammond’s, ranchers, Bundys, those in agreement with their efforts, and now Sheriff Palmer is used without restraint.
Most of the comments are just vile. It is a bloodlust and the despising of Lavoy Finicum is of such character as to make me ashamed for the posters as they have no ability to be ashamed for themselves.

  5. God Bless Assemblywoman Michele Fiore! An intelligent, courageous, compassionate legislator. We need many more just like her in government. Thank God for all the members of COWS, very smart brave individuals who love America and are fighting to protect our beloved West. We support you all!

The government wants to arrest anyone who was in Bunkerville with a firearm in 2014? Does Washington DC know that OPEN CARRY IS LEGAL in Nevada?

Michele Fiore says that there were about 2000 people there at Bundy Ranch, many of us unarmed. We were there for one reason only: to protect the Bundy family from being murdered by the BLM. Never Ever Forget that it was the BLM snipers who FIRST pointed scoped rifles at the Bundy family at their home, with unarmed women and little children on the ranch. BLM law enforcement assaulted the Bundy’s Aunt Margaret, throwing a 58-year-old cancer patient to the ground, injuring her. They assaulted Davey Bundy for taking pictures of the cattle roundup. The American people went there, after seeing news reports and photos and videos, to prevent a Waco of the Bundy family.

The BLM liaison to the Bundy family told Ryan Bundy via a phone call before the BLM arrived, “You know, this could easily turn into another Waco.” That is exactly what the BLM was expecting as a very real possibility. And that is something which no one wanted to see. We don’t want to Ever Again see those horrifying images of a TANK on American soil punching a hole into a wall and firing and incinerating innocent women and children alive. A very sad day in American history. Maybe they think we’ve forgotten. We have NOT!

The Bundy Ranch situation is exactly why we need these lands turned over to the States, as was supposed to be done one year after Statehood, per each State’s Enabling Act. The federal government ILLEGALLY kept land which is STATE land, for all the Western States. Give this land to the States as the Enabling Acts provide, and this problem of federal overreach goes away. It was done before. It’s only after the Civil War that the federal government failed to turn the land over to each State one year after Statehood, as required in each State’s Enabling Act. It is time — actually far beyond the time — for this to happen.

Mr. Van Tatenhove, Thank You Sir, for bringing us this informative interview with this courageous legislator, Michele Fiore. My next Congressional Representative! We’re voting for you, Michele Fiore! And will be donating to your campaign and volunteering on your campaign to send you to Congress to represent Nevada’s 3rd District. We admire you and support you. Thank you for everything you’re doing. God bless you! God bless all members of COWS!

    1. Amen AM! Well said. We are looking at pure evil. All those at Bundy Ranch, at Oregon and the Hammonds in our prayers.

  6. There may be attorney’s working in the Hammond’s behalf. The Hammonds have however distanced themselves from the occupiers in general and the Bundy people in particular. My thoughts are, they are already imprisoned and they do not desire additional charges levied against them. The fact that further indictments may be forthcoming, is evidence their fear may be justified.

  7. “The government wants to arrest anyone who was in Bunkerville with a firearm in 2014? Does Washington DC know that OPEN CARRY IS LEGAL in Nevada?”

  8. If I remember correctly, Cliven Bundy’s federal complaint read that there was 270 supporters “in the wash” and 60 of them were “armed” and it was the taking of the cattle that they refer to as the “mass armed assault”.

  9. If we are going to win the war we need to organize, educate and stand together when these oathbreakers come to arrest or attempt to intimidate our members. If you wear a badge and act outside of your lawful parameters, you are no longer law enforcement.. you are just another thug with a gun. These villains make good officers and sheriffs look like the bad guys. It’s high time we take the battle to them.

  10. Just wondering ; The BLM are known felon’s ; How come they get too carry long gun’s while committing another felony ; I thought their was a added on sentence , when a criminal uses a gun while committing a felony ? How come that Federal prosecutor doesn’t seek indictments against the BLM ?

  11. I think this COWS issue could have been handled better if the ranchers’ case had been made a standing issue on Facebook across the nation years ago. Pebaps with more public knowledge of this across the USA, things would not have advanced to the point of desperation that they did. It is a safe bet that patriots in other parts of the country were mostly unaware of the rancher vs. fed problem in the western states. I am looking in from the outside on this and am mostly speculating.

  12. Will the Oath Keepers make a stand when the FBI comes knocking on the door?? I find it amazing that the mere possession of a weapon while standing against tyranny is now considered conspiracy and is punishable as a crime. KrisAnne Hall is correct when she says that the government does not need to disarm us. They just need to shut down our right for redress. You cannot speak out because you can no longer gather. If you gather then you are deemed an enemy of the state. If you are deemed an enemy of the state you will be imprisoned and your firearms will be confiscated.
Stewart Rhodes and Richard Mack were at Bunkerville. Just how is the membership going to react is these gentlemen are put in cuffs??
There is NO verbal or sign waving defense against tyranny!! The tyrants have proven that there is a law for every occasion. If there isn’t a law then one will be made up. The government cannot afford for those who oppose them to ever walk free again.
Those who stand with the government against liberty and freedom will gladly see you dead or behind bars for the balance of your life.
The horse left the barn a long time ago!! Now many very good men and women will pay dearly.
I am heartbroken at the loss of my country. At least the original Patriots had the balls to take a firm stand and announce by their actions on April 19, 1775 that the bullshit would no longer be tolerated!!

  13. Here’s an interesting video from Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), as he questions BLM Director Neil Kornze. Mr. Gosar is clearly one of the good men serving in Congress!

“Want to watch a bureaucrat squirm under questioning? This morning I called out the Director from the Bureau of Land Management on his misleading answers about coordinating with the White House to quietly lock up more public lands in Western states. Under the guise of creating national monuments, the Obama administration and its environmental allies are sabotaging important energy development, grazing rights, water rights and other recreational activities with the stroke of a pen, regardless of local input from communities affected by these designations. I refuse to allow this abuse to continue and demand answers on behalf of the millions of Americans harmed by these double-dealing land grabs.”
    — Representative Paul Gosar
