Oregon Standoff A Terrible Plan That We Might Be Stuck With

Well, there is whole host of things wrong with this situation, which is why I never supported or endorsed “Operation Hammond Freedom” to begin with.  There is a lot of misinformation out there at this time on the debacle in Oregon, and certain alternative media outlets seem to be conveniently overlooking particular facts.  I suspect that some people in the movement simply want to “kick it off” (a second American revolution), and they don’t care if the circumstances of that kick-off are favorable or terrible (I realize “favorable” is relative, but starting this fight from a much stronger position is more than possible).  This attitude was prevalent among some at Bundy Ranch, as certain groups refused to dig in positions for a real fight in the hopes that they would be “martyred” for the cause.  This, in case you were wondering, is idiotic.

Oath Keepers including founder Stewart Rhodes was the only organization to predict how Ammon Bundy’s vague calls for action on the part of the Hammond Family would actually play out.  They received a lot of ignorant attacks in response, and yet, they were absolutely right.

Ammon, apparently trying to recreate what cannot be recreated, is looking for another Bundy Ranch stand-off.  First, I would point out that such events can’t be artificially fabricated.  They have to happen in an organic way.  Whenever a group of people attempt to engineer a revolutionary moment, even if their underlying motivations are righteous, it usually ends up kicking them in the ass (Fort Sumter is a good example).  Ammon’s wingmen appear to be Blaine Cooper aka Stanley Blaine Hicks (a convicted felon), and Ryan Payne (who claimed falsely during the Bundy Ranch standoff that he was an Army Ranger and who worked diligently to cause divisions between involved parties on the ground).  This was the first sign that nothing good was going to come from the Hammond protest.

I have watched extensive video from the event in Oregon and am privy to accounts from participants.  From the information at my disposal, it would appear that Ammon and team did NOT make clear their intentions to occupy the federal wildlife refuge building except to a select few, inviting protesters to “take a hard stand” without revealing what this would entail until they were already in the middle of it all.  OPSEC?  No, I think not.  Obviously the goal was to lure as many protesters to Oregon as possible to the event in the hopes that they would jump on board with the stand-off plan once they were more personally involved.  Numerous protesters were rightly enraged once they discovered the ultimate motives behind the event.

The plan is basically this – use the Hammond family as a vehicle (yes, this is what is being done) even though they did not want any kind of standoff to result and specifically refused aid.  Occupy federally owned buildings which have little to do with anything of importance and have no symbolic power as did Bundy Ranch.  Elicit federal response.  Wash, rinse, repeat.

Bundy Ranch had many positive elements going for it, which is why it ended the way it did.  This standoff has none of the same elements.  I suppose one could ask, though, why do I care?

It’s true, these people have every right to make positively naive strategic errors and I don’t have to participate directly if I don’t like it.  The problem, however, is that Ammon and friends have decided they want to be the “tip of the spear” (his words, not mine).  I do not think they understand what this means, or they don’t care.  What it means is, even though I think the entire Oregon plan is ill conceived; literally the WORST possible way to launch a fight against federal corruption, if the federal government moves in a heavy handed manner to kill these people, I and many others will have to fight as well by default when a FAR better tactical and social position could have been achieved.  My conscience simply will not allow the rationalization of the deaths of liberty minded people even if their stupidity brought about the circumstances.  And frankly, that pisses me off.

As a student of asymmetrics, I understand that choosing the time, place and circumstances is 95% of the battle ahead against an advanced opponent.  More organization is needed.  More preparedness.  More training.  More public awareness.  The Oregon standoff could steal away what little time we had left.

The Oregon standoff potentially forces the hand of the Liberty Movement, not the hand of corrupt government – the exact reverse of what should be happening.

Mike Vanderboegh has outlined similar thoughts expertly in this article.  Everything he has written is exactly what was going through my own mind when I heard of the happenings in Oregon.  Ammon Bundy and companions are not the tip of the spear.  Not even close.  What I do fear is that they are cannon fodder beckoning a nationwide government crackdown to which I and others will then be forced to personally respond to with equal f*cking measure.  And all of this on the worst possible terms and at a very inconvenient time (executive actions on gun control mere weeks from now).

And here’s the best part; those of us who remain critical of the clinically retarded maneuver being executed here are going to be called cowards and “keyboard warriors”; it’s a given.  We are all ready to fight for the future of this country, we have been training diligently for it and helping many others along the way.  But, because we do not support two dimensional planning there are those that will say – “Now we find out who the real patriots are!”

Against stupid plan = coward against freedom and action.  Just watch.

If the Feds use brutality to handle the Oregon conflict, it will indeed “kick-off”.  There wont be any way to stop it.  Just don’t get too excited, folks.  This is no Lexington or Concord.  I really don’t know what to call it…

    1. I agree something is off, way off. That was my very first thought before I had read any of the news. It lines up too well to not be extremely suspicious with Obama seeking “gun control” and his lame duck presidency going into his last year in office of 2016. Remember Obama made a “promise” on “gun control” so 2016 will need to go out with a proverbial “BANG”. Smart move OathKeepers!

And while we ‘talk’ and ‘negotiate’…we lose more and more of the west to the federal government, nothing is happening to stop the growth of the fed…states are not on board to nullify unconstitutional laws, to protect the citizens of the states…everyone is looking to change things at the federal level in the federal courts…it’s NOT going to happen. The encroachment continues…they are entrenched and many of us do not see progress from any other source. I agree that this may not be the way to do it, however, I support the intent and pray that no harm comes to anyone. By the way…it’s not a ‘stand-off’, not yet.

    1. If they had come up with a smarter plan perhaps they would be receiving more support. Smart plans attract smart people; stupid plans repel them. I put my full support behind the people at Bundy Ranch because the dynamics at that time MADE SENSE. The Oregon plan does not make sense. Bad plan = no support, at least from me. It’s as simple as that.

      Now, if the feds turn vicious and try to “Waco” these people, then all bets are off, even if I do not agree with the Bundy plan.

      1. Never does a person get to choose the perfect time and place to ‘do something’ against your government, because if you wait for the ‘smart plan’ you’ll never get it. There is no ‘smart plan’ in a situation where your oppenent is the government and contorls corner of the land you are trying to defend and if you are waiting around for something better, you’ll be waiting decades just like we’ve been doing. We’ll I’d rather see something happen, regardless of how ‘stupid’ it might be than give our tyrant in chief another year to bind us in chains even more honestly. You wanna wait for a more perfect plan? You’ll be waiting forever cause it won’t ever happen. The kind of people you refer to as being ‘smart’ are the kind who will never act in the first place since they are overly cautious by nature and lack any true resolve to ‘just do it’.

      2. Your argument is a foolish appeal to emotion rather than logic. No one claimed that we need the “perfect time and place”, but the liberty movement is perfectly capable of planning SMARTER than this. If you are so keen to dive into the first idiotically devised standoff that comes along because you can’t wait to “get some”, then by all means, go to Oregon and waste your life while accomplishing nothing. Send me a postcard.

        I, on the other hand, want it to count for something if the chances of death are high. Throwing away life and opportunity due to impatience and hot headed-ness is NOT going to win this fight. It is exactly what the powers that be want us to do. The Oregon standoff only helps them and makes the movement look weak and mentally challenged in the eyes of the world.

      3. Well said but lets also look at it from a success angle. If you make a move on any opponent you must anticipate their response and have plains to counter. I do not know what plans were set if any but 150 men if that is the number will most certainly die if this administration decides to use force. For example do they have the equipment and knowledge to take control of the drones overhead I sure as heck hope so it can be done! I to do not condone this action of armed occupation. But I fully understand why and just wished it was better planed. I’m sorry but I have not heard one response from Ammon Bundy or anyone in his group counter the media not one, so that tells me no plan just gut reaction or foolishness to think it would end the same as it did at his fathers ranch.

      4. As a former soldier I wonder how much planning went into occupation. The feds may want an altercation to see how many people are either action or talk. We all know they will not hold out long as food and water will begin to disappear.

        Remember this isolated location and Fed’s capabilities will shut down comms so unless a survivor makes it or hard comm cables are in place we won’t get the news until too late. Feds will have hell of time with logistics and bitter cold. Troop rotations in snow will provide locations. Winter whiteout can disable even best surveillance tools so some may come and go.
        I don’t believe we will get a full story from the refuge and I don’t think we will have any survivors. They will shoot the place with a Hellfire- Obama’s weapon of choice and state they blew themselves up.
        It will take months for real story to trickle out and then the immediate Patriot threats to tyranny will be removed by snatch teams in dead of night. once Johnny Public realizes it it may be too late…

      8. Why not start another front, meaning do your own thing? Most tacticians can see that the current takeover plan is weak however that does not mean do nothing. Have another protest rally in Burns heck you can have it in many towns across the nation. Make your points to the media then leave.     2. You are not paying attention. Read the Constitution of the United States of America, it gives you the answers if you can look past your progressive training.

      Start with the Preamble. Who does it say is responsible for those things listed there? What was created by it as a TOOL of the people? Why was it created?

      Preamble: “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

      It is important to understand that the creators are RESPONSIBLE for enforcing it, and is the First branch of the American government with their own assigned duties. The first words say who are the creators, and it is “We the people…”. It does not mention any branch of the general (federal) or state governments that have those duties, only us.

      Notice that we are also responsible for establishing justice, providing for the common defence (Militia), promoting the general welfare, securing liberty for ourselves and our posterity. Not those who serve in our governments EXCEPT as it is put into writing and delegated to those branches and specific positions within the US Constitution and within each state’s Constitution.

      Those are the extra strong, bound with an Oath making it their PERSONAL responsibility contracts that those who serve within our governments are under, and it IS put into writing eactly what is delegated to those positions. It is also to remember to understand that if it is delegated to one branch/position, it is forbidden to any other branch or position except where two are delegated a specific duty together are mentioned as being the task(s), all others are forbidden to do those tasks.

      First, those that serve within the judicial branch are also assigned specific put-into-writing duties.

      Second they can be removed for not using “Good Behaviour” by charges brought by a Grand Jury Investigation/the people themselves/etc, a Grand Jury trial of the people hearing the evidence and deciding the guilt or innocence of those so charged.

      The US Constitution assigns what all judges, state and federal, must do to be allowed to stay in a judicial position, they are:
      — Required to take, and keep an Oath(s), or a combined Oath.
      — Required to “support and defend” the US Constitution and all that is in Pursuance thereof it before the duties of the office they occupy.
      — Required to carry out the enumerated duties assigned to the judicial branch by the US Constitution in a constitutional manner.

      That is “Good Behaviour” for judges. Why? Because the judicial branch was/is to monitor and keep in check the other two branches, along with other duties, and to NOT be under either branches power.

      US Constitution, Article III, Section 1: “The judicial Power of the United States shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.”

      James Madison, Federalist 39: “According to the provisions of most of the constitutions, again, as well as according to the most respectable and received opinions on the subject, the members of the judiciary department are to retain their offices by the firm tenure of good behaviour.”

      Alexander Hamilton: “The standard of good behavior for the continuance in office of the judicial magistracy is certainly one of the most valuable of the modern improvements in the practice of government.”

      Tucker’s Blackstone, Volume I, Chapter 1 on the Oaths, and how the duties assigned to the judicial branch must be carried out: “But here a very natural, and very material, question arises: how are these customs or maxims to be known, and by whom is their validity to be determined? The answer is, by the judges in the several courts of justice. They are the depositaries of the laws; the living oracles, who must decide in all cases of doubt, and WHO ARE BOUND BY AN OATH TO DECIDE ACCORDING TO THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, THE US CONSTITUTION.
      Now this is a positive law, fixed and established by custom, which custom is evidenced by judicial decisions; and therefore can never be departed from by any modern judge without a breach of his oath and the law. For herein there is nothing repugnant to natural justice;…”

      Notice that they are nodelegated the power to “interpret” the US Constitution.

      Third, Do not believe that the jury, or the Grand Jury Investigators, or even the Grand Jury itself are under the judicial branch in any way except to swear in those called forth, etc. Those lies perpetuated by those who serve within the judicial branches of our governments are usurpations, crimes against the American people. They, like the Militia, are the tools of the people themselves to hold those who serve within our governments accountable for their actions while serving.

      John Adams: “It would be an absurdity for jurors to be required to accept the judge’s view of the law, against their own opinion, judgment, and conscience.”

      U.S. vs. Dougherty, 1972: “The pages of history shine on instances of the jury’s exercise of its prerogative to disregard instructions of the judge.”

      16 Am Jur 2d, Sec 177 late 2d, Sec 256: “The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of it’s enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law, and no courts are bound to enforce it.”

      Fifth Amendment: “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

      (Start Grand jury quote)
      “The grand jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the branches described in the first three Articles. It is a constitutional fixture in its own right. In fact the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people”.

      “Thus, citizens have the unbridled right to empanel their own grand juries and present “True Bills” of indictment to a court, which is then required to commence a criminal proceeding. Our Founding Fathers presciently thereby created a “buffer” the people may rely upon for justice, when public officials, including judges, criminally violate the law.” (Misbehavior, “Good Behaviour” requirement)

      “The grand jury is an institution separate from the courts, over whose functioning the courts do not preside, we think it clear that, as a general matter at least, no such “supervisory” judicial authority exists. The “common law” of the Fifth Amendment demands a traditional functioning grand jury.”

      “Although the grand jury normally operates, of course, in the courthouse and under judicial auspices, its institutional relationship with the judicial branch has traditionally been, so to speak, at arm’s length. Judges’ direct involvement in the functioning of the grand jury has generally been confined to the constitutive one of calling the grand jurors together and administering their oaths of office. The grand jury’s functional independence from the judicial branch is evident both in the scope of its power to investigate criminal wrongdoing, and in the manner in which that power is exercised.”

      “The grand jury ‘can investigate merely on suspicion that the law is being violated, or even because it wants assurance that it is not.’ It need not identify the offender it suspects, or even “the precise nature of the offense” it is investigating. The grand jury requires no authorization from its constituting court to initiate an investigation, nor does the prosecutor require leave of court to seek a grand jury indictment. And in its day-to-day functioning, the grand jury generally operates without the interference of a presiding judge. It swears in its own witnesses and deliberates in total secrecy.”

      “Recognizing this tradition of independence, we have said the 5th Amendment’s constitutional guarantee presupposes an investigative body ‘acting independently of either prosecuting attorney or judge”

      The problems we have today are caused by us. We allowed them to reteach history to us and our young.We did not read the US Constitution ourselves when it was no longer taught, nor did we teach it to our children. We did not study the framers and forefathers writings. We basically dumbed ourselves down.

      Ask yourself this, do you read? What do you read, IF you bother to read? How many times a month do youread the US Constitution?
      TV, and other tech items are there to propagate stupidity when used exclusively. There has been subliminals in Television since it was black and white. You watch yo0ur TV, they watch you.
      Smart phones have subliminals, and they will be, if not are, in all “cell” phones. Smartmeters are so harmful, and like cigarettes it was known to be so BEFORE they were rolled out. They wanted them in so that they could create smart cities, etc and know everything anyone does. Yet they did NOT inform you that they cause fires, explosions (gas), and can be used to cut off your electricity, water, gas whenever they want to, did they?
      Why is everything “touch” instead of turn or push a knob? Sends your fingerprints to them.
      Cameras on every traffic light (soon), are already rolled out and being installed. This is not to stop “terrorists”, those implementing these things ARE the *Terrorists.

      28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.

      There was no delegation to those that serve within the executive branch to create a BLM. The US Constitution says EXACTLY what land those that serve within our general government is allowed to have, what they can BUY more land for what use, etc. It is all in writing.

      Start learning about YOUR duty as the Militia, then train, then make sure that YOU KNOW the US Constitution and your state Constitution so that you can know what is allowed or forbidden. What laws YOU are to enforce. What your duties are as a juror – do NOT let a judge or prosecutor tell you or other jurors what they must do. Learn about the Grand Jury

      Something else to increase your brain power, and that of your kids (if you have any), practice cursive, it is no longer taught for a reason. Take them OUT of public endocrination centers and HOME school them. Your state does not have any lawful right to stop homeschooling, it existed before the state or the general governments.

      This is our problem, and by “using the manual” (Dr. Vieira – this is not a direct quote), the US Constitution, we can solve all of our problems. Not easily, but LAWFULLY.

    3. A new MOTTO or slogan that can be shared by all Constitutional Conservatives, and Patriot and Militia organizations.

      WE will be forced to lead action to abate Leviathan’s overreach and tyranny, or we will all become faceless downtrodden victims of the America hating, American Republic destroying United Nations Agenda 21, and worse.

  3. The pendulum has not yet swung far enough. The pain of tyranny has not yet reached the tipping point. As you see, the majority of people (not patriots) living here are simply too ignorant, too apathetic, and too self indulged to pay any attention to history and why they are useful idiots.     Tell me, please, Brandon, if I’m missing something. Some things are worth dying for, but you seem far too good a man to waste your life on these knucleheads. I’d hate it if you died in vain.

    1. I wouldn’t be jumping onto his funeral pyre, but we simply can’t allow another Waco, regardless of who is involved. That is where I draw the line. There have to be consequences for government if they choose to use brutality against the citizenry. Frankly, the militia movement of the 90’s screwed the rest of us for decades when they did nothing to stop Waco. It would not be about Bundy (or affiliated knuckleheads) at that point. If we allow such an event to take place one more time, then the entire liberty movement will lose all credibility, in my view.

      Of course, my response would be thought out rather than simplistic and reactionary as we have seen in Oregon, so who knows; maybe I’ll live.

  7. Let me first say, I don’t trust ANY ATTORNEY! That being said, I don’t think the timing or event chosen to make s stand will EVER be perfect. So I support these patriots and am somewhat disappointed that your group has separated yourself greatly and publicly. THIS IS ABOUT AGENDA 21 AND WILDLIFE PROJECT(s) and the THEFT OF LANDS. It never was about the Hammond’s only. If I didn’t live check to check, I’d travel there today in support of patriots. I am following online and expressing my support and encouragement.     1. It’s a crappy plan built on poor strategy. It does not really matter why it is happening if the response is doomed to failure. If you are being driven by an emotional argument then it is best to stop and think for a moment. Choose a smarter plan to follow, would be my advice.

      2. It is a plan with no strategy. It is doomed to failure. After the bullets start flying it will be those of us who warned about the foolishness of their plan that will then be forced to clean up the mess afterwards and fight from a position of weakness rather than strength. We are the ones that will have to pay the bills on this.


      No, this is about our government, our legitimate government, the US Constitution and if we are going to allow those Traitors and Domestic Enemies of it, us, our nation to destroy it. Those things you listed are SOME of the attacks on it, on us.

      If you do not even understand what this fight is about, do not understand the difference between Americans defending our nation, our legitimate government, our way of life and starting what could be a full out battle then you do not understand exactly what we are facing.

      What would have been the proper way to handle this and win the backing of the American people who “sit on the fence”?

      Start with court charges, prosecutions. Yes, I know you are probably one who believe the LIE that judges are in office for life. No, they are in office for life IF they maintain “Good Behaviour”. So wht is good behavior?

      The US Constitution assigns what all judges, state and federal, must do to be allowed to stay in a judicial position, they are:
      — Required to take, and keep an Oath(s), or a combined Oath.
      — Required to “support and defend” the US Constitution and all that is in Pursuance thereof it before the duties of the office they occupy.
      — Required to carry out the enumerated duties assigned to the judicial branch by the US Constitution in a constitutional manner.

      That is “Good Behaviour” for judges.

      Yes “We the People…” can remove them, but they get a Grand Jury trial just as we are supposed to all get.

      So if we get a judge that does not honor the contract for the position that he/she holds, we remove them LAWFULLY and constitutionally. That is the first hit on our side, and it puts the ball back into the Traitors court. They will either accept that loss, or not. Our next actions will depend on what they do. But we will have the moral high road and the full backing of the US Constitution.

      What we must do at all times MUST enforce our US Constitution to be lawful.

      Yes, it will be difficult, but that is our chosen government, and it is time to REPLACE the people who are serving within it at ALL levels as we go about cleaning up the mess we let happen. It is time to start enforcing it as it requires. But that does mean that YOU Need to read it, learn it, understand at least the basics.

      Abraham Lincoln: “We, the people, are the rightful masters of both congress and the courts – not to overthrow the constitution, but to overthrow men who pervert the Constitution”

      Benjamin Franklin: “In free governments the rulers are the servants, and the people their superiors and sovereigns. For the former, therefore, to return among the latter was not to degrade but to promote them.”

      Like this;

      Justice Potter Stewart: “The 4th Amendment and the personal rights it secures have a long history. At the very core stands the right of a man to retreat into his own home and there be free from unreasonable governmental intrusion.”

      There is NO lawful entering a persons home without a warrant here in our nation. It does not matter who or what position in government said that it is “okay”. They do not, did not ever have the DELEGATED authority to proclaim such an action and EVERY law enforcement agency should have known that from their Oath and the US Constitution. This action on law enforcements side was done to make them unwitting accomplices in the destruction of our legitimate government, and they willingly and eagerly embraced it.

      The Oath they took, the directions within the US Constitution on how those things MUST be handled here in America was totally disregarded because it was more difficult to do their job lawfully and properly. They were/are being USED in the destruction of our nation as that position whatever the name it was called has always been used throughout history.

      Oathkeepers, CSPOA, etc have been educating them as they can, along with the serving military as to the Oath, the meaning of it, their responsibility to it and the US Constitution to who their allegiance belongs – NOT to any person whatever position they serve within.

      But if YOU do not bother to learn these things, then you are not working for your nation, your country, your freedom.

      Rawl (regaarding the Militia): “the powers not delegated to congress by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people [quoting the 10th Amendment]. What we are about to consider are certainly not delegated to congress, nor are they noticed in the prohibitions to states; they are therefore reserved either to the states or to the people. Their high nature, their necessity to the general security and happiness will be distinctly perceived.” “In the second article, it is declared, that a well regulated militia is necessary to a free state; a proposition from which few will dissent.       By now you know how to tell what powers are delegated, and this lets you know WHY that is important. We did not give away all our powers, we delegated some to the states, and some to the general government, and for the purposes named within the Preamble to the US Constitution. For example we dod not delgate any authority over the tyoe of weapons we may ahve and carry, or how many of them we may have, or if they may only be guns. Since WE are the Militia, we are REQUIRED to know and understand all weapons of war so that we can defend our nation.

      Tench Coxe, Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788: “Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American… The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state government, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people”.

      Hope this helps you to understand the bigger picture and why we must make careful choices of when we engage the Traitors – we let it go on too long, and now we must tread carefully so that we can restore our nation.

Though I agree with this article at face value, as a native Oregonian I will first support my brothers in Burns, then and only then, will I support the OATH KEEPERS “hands off” approach to the situation. The time has come for ALL Americans to either “S**T, or get off the pot”, period! Our country is being torn apart daily as we sit by and argue over who’s RIGHT and who’s WRONG in this mess. If “WE THE PEOPLE…” continue to sit and wait on the enemy (FED’s) to make their move, we will become slaves in our own country. CHANGE is absolutely needed now! The question is, Do American Constitutional Patriots continue to sit on their ass’s arguing about right and wrong while the FED’s continue to take our rights and liberty away? This isn’t about right or wrong anymore, it is about the continuing loss of our freedom in America!

Those of you who are so eloquently versed in and of the U.S. Constitution I request that you and I, and all the others get together. Cal, with all that you know it SEEMS that you could direct me as to exactly HOW I go about ENACTING the Rights that I have in reference to ARRESTING my state Governor, LEGALLY! How do I go about dethroning an OBVIOUSLY CROOKED judge? It is obvious to me that ANYONE who talks ‘gun control’ who has taken an Oath is my ENEMY!
    Can we hold something like a ‘2nd Continental Congress’ and come up with an action to ACTUALLY remove just one of these criminals, LAWFULLY?! Until we DO something LAWFULLY with AGGRESSION to one of these tyrants they will NEVER relent!
    I wanted to ACT when I witnessed Ruby Ridge and Waco on ‘television! I am a Viet Nam veteran who, at the time, was led to believe that I was OVER reacting!!!

    1. Robert, this should give you plenty to study on. The NLA as far as I can gather are working on indictments to be presented. The Common Law Grand Jury is a powerful thing of the people of the States, have fun perusing the website.

    1. I suppose if they had planned ahead they could have set up an HF Ham radio network which cannot be blocked by the Feds. They could have put out updates around the world and received messages with a small 100 watt radio, a rechargeable deep cycle battery or lithium battery, and a backpackable antenna. Cost: Approximately $1500. Unfortunately it seems they did very little planning and isolated themselves in a strategic shoe box..

  14. I think the largest issue with the Hammond debacle is the fact they are ignoring the 5th amendment double jeopardy clause.

    to stage the protest at a federal wildlife reserve building, rather then on the steps of the courthouse, demanding that their rights be recognized is the hugest mistake in this particular folly.

    the Hammonds already served their sentence, as given in a court of law. the judge had no right to send them BACK to prison.

  15. I am reminded of Easter Rising in Ireland. To many, the occupation of the post office in Dublin seemed foolish. It was peaceful for the most part. The revolutionaries went in, waved a flag and stayed. There were other forces that were also supposed to occupy equally important establishments throughout Ireland, but communication failed and the poor fellows in Dublin ended up acting on their own. Not until their leaders were martyred and hung, after surrendering, after the British blew up half the city and killed innocent women and children in an attempt to remove them from the Post Office, did these brave young men make a difference. Four years later Ireland drove the British from away, shamed because thousands of British troops could not defeat the guerrilla warfare of the volunteers. Some say Easter Rising, as ill thought out as it had been, played a part in the Independence of an oppressed people. History will explain this someday.

        If she can not, or if she will not do it, then no good can probably come out of this situation and an “organized swift containment of the reckless Federal usurper murderers” may very well be the greatest challenge that patriots in our lifetimes have ever had hurled at their feet in front of them.

        What are our contingencies going to be and what are we equipped to handle logistically?

        Who will “properly warn Leviathan” of the dangerous consequences of Federal overreach and murder??

        Will we have communications up and running? Will we have sympathetic military outreach? Will we have portable power, food & water,large scale transport, medical supplies, camp and hospital equipment, larger more capable weapons, buses, trucks, cash, ammo?

        “Will we have some kind of a real alternate plan of swift forceful action and resupply already in place in advance if Leviathan recklessly murders these protesters?

        Or is physical action officially “off-the-table” if the usurping Leviathan murders the protesters in cold blood?
