Coalition Of Western States: Press Release: Fire Marshal Resigns

“FBI Agents in Oregon posing as Militia.”

SUBJECT: Assemblywoman Michele Fiore:

“FBI Agents in Oregon posing as Militia.”

The Coalition of Western States represents over 50 legislators and grass roots leaders predominantly in the Western United States dedicated to stopping federal overreach. Nevada Assemblywoman Michele Fiore of Nevada & COWS (Coalition of of Western States) has released a statement regarding the Oregon Standoff. I just got off the phone with the former Fire Chief of Burns, Chris Briels, the Burns Fire Chief from 1984 to 2006. When he retired in 2006 the county asked him to stay on as the county Fire Marshal. According to the conversation I had with Chief Briels today at 12:26pm Pacific time, he disclosed to me that the Sheriff’s office and Judge Grasty has been telling the community that the “militia” have been following and harassing people. Chief Briels observed what he thought was “militia” poking around the Armory and following townspeople so he took it upon himself to pull them over. According to Chief Briels these men posing as “militia” were the FBI. Chief Briels was so upset he has just resigned as the county Fire Marshal. He has gone public with this information.

[End press release]

The above brief press release from the Coalition Of Western States is an apt introduction for this video coverage of Chief Briels as he explains to media why he has resigned as Fire Marshal. His resignation, and the reason why he resigned, is a positively huge gesture of traditional American values at work in the heart of a public servant.

Some public officials have been spreading, or caused to be spread, rumors of “militia men” following local citizens in cars or pick-up trucks, harrassing or frightening people.  Now we learn that plain-clothed FBI agents have been doing that sort of dirty business. Learning just how insidiously corrupt government agents have become, Chief Briels resigned in disgust and has taken this discovery public. In the name of God, I must ask — How can a damned FBI agent do this sort of thing to an American community and face himself in the morning mirror? Why were FBI agents posing as “militiamen” and poking around the local Armory?

This footage is from the Pete Santilli Show.

  1. CORRUPTION SO DEEP ITS APPALLING!! Where is all the mainstream media now? Where is all the state leadership? “Many will follow their evil teaching and shameful immorality. And because of these teachers, the way of truth will be slandered. In their greed, these false teachers will exploit you with tales they have concocted. The longstanding verdict against them remains in force, and their destruction will not be delayed.” 2 Peter 2:2-3 ~ The TRUTH will prevail!

      1. DAY 12. On Jan 4 the Hammonds were unjustly put in a federal penitentiary. Tried by a federal attorney in a federal court by a federal judge by a complaint by a federal employee! All the kings men (and women). The Hammonds were fined $1M, and forced to sign first rights of purchase for their land to the federal government Bureau of Land Management. Absolute indication of initial fraud to take the land. The Federal courts twisted the Anti- terrorist law designed to protect National sovereignty applying it to a dispute between citizens and their government. This is day 12.
Clemency for the Hammonds is the right thing to do. Crimes against the BLM managers must be addressed for their actions against the landowners immediately. Jan 16

  2. American citizens have just learned just how corrupt our entire governmental offices (countrywide) have become. What can be done? Everyone is about to learn …aren’t they.

  3. On scene in Burns Oregon and setting up a protest camp at the RV Park just outside the refuge, it is open year round and the owner manager is a patriot.

  4. I’m not buying this. The chief said he “thought” they were militia? Did they ever identify themselves as any sort of militia? Why?

Did they present the Chief with ID?
Did anybody not expect the whole are to be crawling with feds?

Now I watched the Chief’s speech, and he was pretty calm, and basically resolute and unperturbed. It’s Santilli amping up the hysteria, something he’s been trying to do since say one. The guy is an agitator, a liar and a hack.

    1. And you would be a coward sir, because Pete is here and you are not, so please enough of the bullshit it is getting serious here and the only person reporting the TRUTH needs to be here

      1. Knock it off with the sir crap ok? It’s now been CONFIRMED, by no less than the chief HIMSELF, that the pair never in any way ID’d themselves as militia.

Santilli isn’t a reporter. He’s variously describing himself as Bundy’s media rep. He’s been wrong several times, crying wolf over pending raids, and misidentify the Sheriff as a former BLM employee. He’s a drama queen, and if he can’t be involved in any, he’ll just create some out of thin air.

Shit getting thick? They aren’t surrounded. They aren’t cut off. They have shelter, power, electricity, and warmth. (courtesy the taxpayer) They come and go. Supplies are coming in. The have III% Idaho interposed between them and any threat.

Thick? The only thing that is thick is Pete Santilli’s head.

      2. Let’s get some things straight here please. Of course the FBI undercover agents did not identify themselves as “militiamen”. They just ACTED as if they were. Their activities were obviously designed to reinforce in the media the sick story put out by the Sheriff and Judge, both of whom are wired into the local corruption and “Good Ol’ Boys” local network which supports this insane re-jailing of the Hammonds.

In light of the fact that the Sheriff and Judge had been telling the media that citizens there were frightened when citizens noticed that they were being followed in their cars, and that citizens were seeing strangers parked outside citizens’ homes observing citizens’ movements on their own properties/homes, it is extremely alarming to discover that the men who were frightening the citizens were actually FBI undercover agents. All the agents had to do to reinforce the propaganda being put out by the Sheriff and Judge was dress in civilian clothing and cruise around in unmarked cars. Notice that at least two times some citizens had reported suspicious activity by strangers at the armory. Why were undercover FBI agents snooping around the armory? Could they have been preparing a false-flag raid on the armory so they could blame it on the militia? Never underestimate the psy-op tactics of modern-day American Intelligence agencies.

Part of Fedgov’s tactics these days includes managing public perception, a task in which they employ the media. Having undercover agents riding around posing as militia plays well with the BLM’s plan to unjustly harass the Hammond ranchers. Gaining public support in the government’s game-plan to demonize the patriots as “dangerous militiamen” is at least a tangential op to bolster the government’s stance in the public perception. And far out, it was working until the Fire Marshal caught two of the idiots lying about being at the armory.

Now all that smoke-screen put up by the government has just gone up in smoke itself and here you come trying to do damage control by attacking Santilli. Let me first share my agreement about Santilli. He is a blustering ham who loves to sensationalize everything. He is an excitable boy and I have very little respect for him as a journalist. I recall well his ruckus with General Paul Vallely a couple of years ago when Santilli found (I am presuming that he read my report) my work on the 7th Psychological Warfare Group’s report on “MindWar”. Santilli jumped to conclusions which yet may land his butt in court with a lawsuit by the General, because Santilli let his mind leap to an unfounded association between a Colonel Aquino (who was an officer working for Vallely in 1980 at 7th Psy-Op Group and was a declared Satanist) and now-retired General Vallely. Since both Vallely and Aquino had signed off on the now-notorious “MindWar” document of 1980, Santilli in his haste accused General Vallely of being a Satanist. In my writings on that I made it quite clear that Vallely was not a Satanist, but Santilli’s imagination got the best of him and he wrongly asserted that Vallely himself was also a Satanist. On General Vallely’s own website the General has threatened to sue several “journalists” for spreading that lie. You may read about that here by scrolling down a ways:

So I am keenly aware of Santilli’s impulsiveness. However, I appreciate facts well enough to overlook character flaws in people like Santilli and sometimes Alex Jones when they are dishing out facts which are being repressed by mainstream media. The fact of the matter here is that Santilli is on the ground there at Burns and he was the dude who filmed the ex-Fire Marshal’s public statement which is now going viral across the World Wide Web, and lo and behold, Santilli’s camera recorded the truth as the ex-Fire Marshal reported his findings about undercover FBI agents being active at Burns. Santilli’s camera did not lie or distort a single thing in Briels’ statement, and that is what we need to be talking about here instead of the nature, character, personality-flaws, and run-away imagination of Pete Santilli.

Santilli got the job done, whether he is a real journalist or not, and you have to admit that fact. Dude, sometimes we have to rise above surface-level flaws in human beings and take only the truths they offer while leaving their personality traits out of it. Santilli shot the film that has blown away any claim the FBI had for being on the moral high ground. The FBI is caught deceiving the citizens of Burns, and Santilli filmed it. For that I send him salutes, and if it will help calm you somewhat, I’ll suggest that Santilli elevate his scrutiny of his own egoism and quit making leaps of faith based on loosely-connected associations in his imagination. But no matter how Santilli sees himself, your attack on his character is to no avail, and only exposes your wish to do some damage control over what the ex-Fire Marshal has just given the world. I’m not surprised that you’re left with only the “shoot the messenger” card to play here, but I’m not impressed with your effectiveness in your effort to redirect public attention from the guilty FBI onto an outspoken and easily-spooked video journalist. Nice try, but no cigar on this one.

Regarding your note that the militiamen are not surrounded, please keep in mind that special ops warriors have been placed there and Fedgov is talking about how to end this “sooner rather than later”. Fedgov does not know just how to handle this one, not yet, but you may rest assured that Fedgov is growing weary of having to sport black eyes given to the BLM by cowboys and ranchers.
And that is at the root of your problem with Santilli, I would think.
So the pair of undercover agents this ex-Fire Chief/now-resigned Fire Marshal has outed not only were not claiming to be militia, they also were not claiming to be FBI agents either. And in fact, they lied to the Fire Marshal. They even denied that they had been at the armory and the Fire Marshal reminded them that he had just followed them from there. That is serious business, as I’m sure you will agree.

        Elias Alias, editor

    2. Stephen,
No, the FBI agents did not confess to what they were doing. Instead, they lied to the Fire Marshall several times. So Fire Marshall Briels took down the license plate on their car and had the plate numbers traced. The license plate turned out to be an FBI license plate for undercover use.

Stay tuned. This thing is going to grow much bigger and the levels of corruption are being uncovered day by day. When the Sheriff told the media that citizens are disturbed by strange men following their cars, or parking outside their homes and watching families, the world assumed that the trouble-makers were “militiamen”. Now we see that the trouble was coming from FBI tactics.

(And one should never think for even a minute that the FBI is the only Intel group at Burns, Oregon, right now. Don’t forget about CIA and DIA and GeoINT “human terrain mappers. Note: I am not *saying* that other agents from an assortment of interested US Gov agencies and departments are on the ground there at Burns, Oregon, at this time — But I am saying that such is the more likely scenario and the possibility of that being the case now is more probable than hypothetical, in my own analysis. Our beloved government has devolved into police-state perceptions and pathological behaviors which infiltrate, spy upon, observe and report on every phase of “ABI” — “activity based intelligence”. They were practicing just that sort of monkey business with their heralded JADE HELM 15 Unconventional Warfare military training exercise this past summer, 2015.)

      Elias Alias, editor

      1. Elias, I think we can expect ‘undercover’ FBI agents to lie. It’s no surprise really. I think we can expect them to be poking their noses around too.

In short, the feds are acting like feds. The point of the story, or how it’s been represented, is that they were impersonating militia, The chief has since corrected the notion.

That being said, we know every manner of state and federal is there, even if just for practice. And since they seem to be in wait around mode, they probably get bored too. That doesn’t mean benign.

Being observant and suspicious is one thing. Letting these guys occupy too much space in or heads is another.

Meanwhile, we have to consider this:

        What does Militia look like?

Outside of perhaps a visible weapon, they can look like anything. The uniform of the militia is whatever you happen to be wearing at the moment. And the bag of flesh and bones that contains your warrior spirit may not match the militia prototype some have in their mind’s eye.

And the chief’s preconceived notions lead him to believe 2 undercover FBI men were actually militia.

      2. Your logic is flawed and your confusion is showing. It’s okay, because I’ll help you see the light.
First, yes, I agree with you that FBI agents lie. They deceive, prevaricate, under-state, over-state, misguide, influence, and even coerce using blackmail and bribery often to achieve their purpose. All of that sort of sanctioned behavior is evil, and it’s done to bolster the concentrated powers in Washington D.C. It is wrong to deceive, it is wrong to lie, and it is wrong to violate one’s Oath to the Constitution. So I have no mercy on FBI agents who lie to or deceive the public, especially when their activity is to empower corruption within our seats of governance. You should join me in being ashamed of what these FBI undercover agents were up to.

No one to my knowledge has asserted that the two agents the ex-Fire Marshal exposed were claiming in any way to be “militiamen”. I never got that impression, and am not sure where you got it. The fact is that they did not have to openly state that they were militiamen, all they had to do was go about in civilian clothes in an unmarked car and ACT as if they were out-of-towners snooping around and following people. That is all they had to do to convey the reinforcement of the lies that the Judge and the Sheriff were promoting through the media. Your slip is showing.

You are concerned that we may be letting “these guys occupy too much space in our heads” . I’m here to say that what we’ve learned about the undercover activity of the FBI is hugely important and our heads should be filled with an inspired resentment that our government agencies would resort to trickery and deceitfulness to manipulate the public perception. There went the moral high ground right out the government’s window. That kind of activity is purely evil. It is a sort of Psy-Op. I’ll explain.

The government’s position is that the nasty militiamen who have taken over some allegedly-Federal property are the “bad guys”. But the Bad Guys are not doing anything bad other than occcupying some allegedly-Federal property. The Bad Guys are not harassing the public, are not following citizens, are not snooping around the armory, are not parking outside citizens’ homes — sooooo, our dear UNcle Samuel needed to stir up public resentment that the militiamen had intruded into Burns’ community as unwelcome visitors and trouble-makers. That is how the Fedgov wants the public to see any militiamen, and you know that as well as I do.

So to accomplish their psy-op they let their undercover plain-clothes agents circulate around town while the Judge and Sheriff were making allegations that those very out-of-towners were militiamen. I do have some ignorance, but I’m not asleep. It is rudimentary observation, a reasonable grasp on history, and general awareness in action, to see through this.

It is also informative to see you in here trying to do damage control. Please remind your handler that you guys have lost this round and no amount of damage control can get it back for you. The FBI is caught being and doing just what the dark underbelly of that agency has been doing since way back in the 1950s with their COINTELPRO games, which the Senate exposed in the early 1970s. They are caught, and all they can do is sit down and chew on that fact — or, of course, Fedgov may consider other options, such as doing a Waco job on the militiamen at the Refuge. Did you ever take time to see this all the way through? Highly recommended.

You need to side with the people. The Federal government is completely out of control, has gone bonkers and berserk, and is now being used by the globalists to take our great nation down and assimilate us into their precious little socially-engineered new world order. What you are seeing at Burns, Oregon is a direct outcome of hidden pressures and leverages by NGOs working in concert with BLM, USFS, F&W Service, EPA, and other unlawful Federal creations — all under the guidance of the United Nations’ “Agenda 21” program. The globalists want ranchers and farmers off the land. Government enforcement agents should be schooling themselves on the threat to the Constitution posed by those unseen forces and decide to honor their Oath and side with the People.

I do not expect you or anyone else to believe me. When I quit college and joined the Marines and volunteered to go fight communism in Viet Nam way back in 1965, I allowed myself to be indoctrinated into the mindset of a U.S. Marine who would unquestioningly follow orders. Turns out, as I learned much later in life, I was on the wrong side and should have been helping the protesters stop that damned massively evil war crime perpetrated by our own bought-and-paid-for U.S. government. I would love to think that some young warriors on the BLM/DEA/ATF/FBI payroll might find some reason to question the authority of the idiots who would turn the force of government against American citizens. But I ain’t holding my breath, because as a Marine I know well how entrenched the programming, conditioning, training, and pressuring of government indoctrination can be. But be aware — the Internet is helping countless Americans wake up to the fact of government lying, deception, corruption, and treason against the American people and the world at large. Consider which side you should choose to support in coming tense times. Consider well. Consider the fullest meaning in that Oath. Consider the status of your soul in the next awakening, the awakening in which you shall meet your maker.

    3. [Two sentences deleted by Elias Alias, editor] To the patriots on site we need pictures of these FBI phony Americans. Get the names and addresses of the BLM people and photo ID, They have no problem with photographing the militia members so turn around is fair play. The corruption in the government is so wide spread that it will take a lot of sacrifice and time to root it out.

I believe the people are ready to listen and to act the way our forefathers hoped we would to protect our freedom, our property, our families, and our friends and neighbors. And don’t for a minute think the corruption stops at the Federal level, it prevails all the way down to the state, county, and city mayors and city councils.

  5. Why does this suprise anyone? I wouldn’t be surprised if there are UC DHS agents within many OK chapters.

  6. I miss GORDAN KAHL Bring back POSSE COMITATUS Gordan didn t take no SHIT Gordan is turning in his grave

  7. As far as I am concerned I believe the govt. of the u.s.a. has been out of control since it took up arms against and invaded the soverign sourthern states of the C.S.A. The south was, I believe, within their constitutional rights, when they no longer consented to be governed by the usa, to simply cut their ties and leave. they were of course forced back into the union at the point of a bayonet. nothing has changed.

  8. The judge needs to go to jail, the entire Democratic Party needs to be dismantled.. The old school Democrats, you know the few that still love our country can start a new party, without these piece of s$$t COMMUNISTS dressed up as Democrats, WE THE PEOPLE NEED TO MAKE ALL OF THEM ACCOUNTABLE, this crap has gone too damned far.. 2 innocent men sit in prison, why ?? Because they refused to sell their land to the Federal Government, this is wrong, it’s unconstitutional, all of them belong behind bars.. Start with the judge and the Sheriff, arrest them..

    1. I don’t get it, aren’t the Hammond’s in prison for arson? And shouldn’t the sheriff arrest this group for breaking and entering?

  9. if u do not understand every militia group and outlaw mc are embedded with cops your crazy and should be removed as a member

  10. “Plain clothes FBI agents” Such an odd statement since the FBI does not have a uniform other than the special assignment units such as their SWAT teams or SCUBA units.
Unless everyone has a singular perceived notion that all agents of the FBI must wear a 3piece suit or similar I don’t grasp that statement above.
This story has several problems in it other than having agents pose as militia members which in and of itself is what exactly. Does the militia members have a certain code of dress that separates them from us regular folks?. I figure you dress for the area and weather you are in if you want to work there or survives the climates there, wherever there is.

    1. When they are not violating our laws, they don’t mind wearing their gear in public. This is what the public sees:

But when they’re in their infamous “COINTELPRO” mode, they try to blend in with the social norms of the “human terrain” in which they’re spying. Like, as in, wearing plain clothes.

(And btw, pay attention to the guy in the center of the above pic. The world will learn more about him in coming times.)

The deal is that the judge and Sheriff have been telling the media that “militiamen” have descended on Burns and are agitating the local residents by following them in their cars and parking outside their homes as a general form of harassment. Now we learn that the “militiamen” who were doing such things were FBI agents posing as militiamen. When two of them were caught red-handed by the Fire Marshall, they tried to lie their way out of it, but the Fire Marshall took down their license plate and it turned out to be an FBI license.

It’s not really very difficult for me to see what’s been going down at Burns. And because the illustrious FBI has such a remarkably documented history of malicious law-breaking on behalf of a centralized government and its policies, it is also very easy to project what the FBI will be doing next.

It’s all Psy-Ops, media-preps, and the never-ending programming of the public perception. It is done to a loyal citizen base which has been lulled into a false perception about our now-rogue federal government.

  11. The gov at every level is corrupt, it is time for Americans to understand that. I support Bundy. Would you try to achieve justice by pleading your case to the robber who robbed you? No you would not. That is where we are with all gov today. One day they will be judged by G-d. 2 Timothy 4 1But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. 2People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— 5having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.

6They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over gullible women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, 7always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth. 8Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these teachers oppose the truth. They are men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. 9But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone.

  12. Great work on the part of Harney County Fire Chief Briels! You have my utmost respect and gratitude, Sir! I’m so glad he followed that suspicious car and talked with the occupants and then followed through by running the plate.

What struck me in the video of the PPN meeting with the FBI is how a couple of the agents had full beards — not clean shaven with crew cuts — and looked as though they could easily blend in with the people of Burns, or could pretend to be militia members.

So were these federal operatives (FBI, DHS, SOC, whoever they really are) casing the armory for a possible false flag to be blamed on the militia? Unbelievable! So the Sheriff office’s press release about harassment and intimidation of citizens and vandalism was perhaps issued to put the idea of scary outsiders (militia men) with malicious intent roaming around town into the minds of people, setting the stage for a false flag event. Thank God Chief Briels may have thwarted their plans.

But I wish Chief Briels had not resigned. We need good moral men and women in positions of authority. Now the corrupt people can put one of their own cronies in that position. But a news report said that his resignation must be approved by the County Commission, whose next meeting is Jan. 20, so perhaps that meeting will provide Chief Briels with a platform to discuss the possible corruption going on in Harney County.

Many many thanks, Chief Briels, for honoring your Oath to our Constitution and doing the right thing. The people of this great nation applaud you for your courage. God bless you, Sir!

  13. Since when do fire chiefs have access to law enforcement data systems ?? Why would an undercover FBI agent stop for a fire truck ??? Or do they give the fire chief a cop car to ?? He publicly admitted to a class C felony of impersonating a police officer , Fire Chiefs don’t have authority to pull people over . Whole thing smells funny.

    1. “American”- hmm. Best return to school and learn to read and understand what was published and what was said, before making false statements. “Class C felony”… ??? You sound like a traitor lawdog on the side of the tyrants. Begone from us, as Sam Adams said. Lick the boots of your masters and fawn over your chains.

    2. If you pay close attention you’ll learn that the ex-Fire Marshal simply followed the car with the two suspicious dudes until it stopped. He did not pull them over, and he was not driving a fire truck. Sheesh!
Regarding who has access to government lists, well, since DHS created its Fusion Centers to interface local law enforcement with State and Federal enforcement agencies and (now) the U.S. military, anyone can get info on anyone. The ex-Fire Marshal has been in that County for many years and knows all sorts of public service people including LEOs. If you don’t know how things work amongst We The People, well, I’ve not got time to educate you.
What “smells funny” here is your failed attempt to cast disparaging interpretations of reality into the minds of readers at this website. You lose. The People win.

  14. Law enforcement breaking every law in the book and acting like scumbags may be news to him, but I have known this for many years. I could write a book on it but I know what these people are capable of. The media are in bed with law enforcement, that’s why they won’t report on it. All I can tell you people is good luck fighting these scumbags and watch your ass’.

  15. Coalition of Western States is an unconstitutional alliance. Article 1 Section 10 Clause 1
Nevada amended their State Consitution by ex post facto law to start a pissy fit about federal land. Michelle Fiore belongs to COWS. She belongs In Court being charged with Sedition after this Bundy Standoff nonsense.

Third. That the people inhabiting said territory do agree and declare, that they forever disclaim all right and title to the unappropriated public lands lying within said territory, and that the same shall be and remain at the sole and entire disposition of the United States; and that lands belonging to citizens of the United States, residing without the said state, shall never be taxed higher than the land belonging to the residents thereof; and that no taxes shall be imposed by said state on lands or property therein belonging to, or which may hereafter be purchased by, the United States, unless otherwise provided by the congress of the United States.
[Amended in 1956. Proposed and passed by the 1953 legislature; agreed to and passed by the 1955 legislature; approved and ratified by the people at the 1956 general election. See: Statutes of Nevada 1953, p. 718; Statutes of Nevada 1955, p. 926.]

    1. Thank you for your post. I see Art 1 Sec 10 of the US Constitution bans Ex Post Facto laws. I do not know to which constitutional amendment by Nevada you refer that violates that law.
I ask you to provide that information if you would.
