Establishment Exploiting Paris Terror to Mask Own Culpability, Attack Freedom

800px-Reichstagsbrand
Reichstag fire: Government will do what it always does — exploit disasters it makes inevitable to seize more power and suppress those it views as impediments.

“From 2004 to 2014, over 2,000 terror suspects legally purchased guns in the United States,” Christopher Ingraham of The Washington Post asserts. “Given France’s strict gun laws, the terrorists who attacked Paris on Friday may have turned to black market sources for the weapons they used. But in the United States, known and suspected terrorists are allowed to purchase firearms under federal law.”

It’s hardly a new charge he’s dusting off for a convenient occasion—The New York Times was screaming the same hysterical narrative six years ago.  PBS and AP picked it up in 2011, then NPR in 2013

What did Rahm Emanuel say about never letting a serious crisis go to waste?

But then again, WaPo in general and Ingraham in particular being monopoly of violence cheerleaders is an old story, too. And to reiterate what ought to be the first thought for any liberty-minded person, a free society does not infringe on unalienable rights without due process.  As we’ve seen in the past, all it takes to get added to a “terror watch list” is taking a 25-foot giant inflatable pink pig (really!) to protest rallies, and as for unintentional additions, if it took Ted Kennedy and his staff three full weeks to get his name off the “No Fly” list, how long do you think it would take you? Especially with the entire process being kept secret?

And now, like eye-rolling sharks in a feeding frenzy, check out the current Google news feed. The Fourth Estate Fifth Columnists sure are bent on having Americans believe the problem is with what the Founders deemed “necessary to the security of a free State.” What is it we see time and again about “progressives” and Opposite Day?

What happened in Paris was entirely predictable, and in a rational society, would be significantly more preventable.  Combine an influx of members of cultures inimical to Western values with edicts prohibiting citizens from the means of personal defense, and the only surprise is it’s taken this long.

So what else do we see from the media?

We see police state cheerleader Michael Daly ignoring the fact the terrorists were able to get military grade weaponry in spite of draconian French citizen disarmament laws and charging “such a group in America would have had an even easier time acquiring weapons than do their murderous counterparts in France. Thanks to the National Rifle Association and its friends in Congress, simply being on the terrorist watchlist does not bar you from acquiring an assault rifle. One federal database might keep a guy off an airplane while another would clear him to arm himself with enough firepower for a massacre.”

Like they would go to a gun shop for full-autos and “suicide” vests… and like being told they were prohibited wouldn’t tip them off the government was on to them.

It’s insane. Here’s just a sampling of how the public is being manipulated:

French citizens angered by the betrayal of their sovereignty by their government and who want their country back are portrayed by the media as “far right extremists.” This at a time when the Islamic State is bragging it has smuggled thousands of its jihadists into Europe.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who has done more to sell out her people than perhaps anyone since the guy holding down the job in the Thirties and Forties, “responded to the Paris massacre by calling for ‘tolerance’ towards migrants and respect…” Her sentiments were echoed and amplified by Madonna, who also called for giving ISIS terrorists  “unconditional love.”

And the problem isn’t just with “progressives.” It’s also with those the establishment wants us to think of as “conservatives.”

We see presidential hopeful Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham trying to double funding to bring 100,000 Syrian Muslims to the U.S. We see “no commitment” from new Republican Speaker of the House Paul Ryan “to curb the nation’s importation of Muslims on visas.” And now we see Ryan floating additional due process-eviscerating* “mental health” gun bans as an in-your-face to every gun owner who ever voted for him.

A quote from Bill Clinton’s college mentor Carroll Quigley comes to mind:

The argument that the two parties should represent opposed ideals and policies, one, perhaps, of the Right and the other of the Left, is a foolish idea acceptable only to the doctrinaire and academic thinkers. Instead, the two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can “throw the rascals out” at any election without leading to any profound or extreme shifts in policy.

Here’s the thing: When – not if – threatened attacks happen on U.S. soil, odds are they will also happen in “gun free” zones and in areas administered over by “progressives” – just like Paris. But the fallout will cover us all, as Oath Keepers Editor and Midnight Ride Associate Producer Elias Alias noted in his announcement about this coming Friday’s free repeat performance of the documentary:

The goal of the “terrorism” is to tighten government control over our lives. Midnight Ride, the documentary film which examines the four types of Martial Law in the bright light of the Constitution, is indeed an extremely important movie. What the French government has done in response to the attacks in Paris is exactly what the ruling elite in America will do to our society if they can successfully execute a similar attack here on U.S. soil – or – if there is a banking failure of serious magnitude, an EMP, or whatever other calamity may chance to afflict our way of life. All Americans need to know what the Constitution says about “emergency powers” (which are not granted in the Constitution), so that we all may reject the coming police state’s tyrannical control over our lives.

And the “domestic enemies” who will be cracked down on will be patriots, gun owners, veterans, Oath Keepers…

    1. In light of the terror attacks in Paris, the Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon said that like his country and the United States, France and European nations must now favor security measures, wiretapping civilians and “eavesdropping on potential terrorists” over human rights.

“In the United States until the events of September 11, [2001], the balance between security and human rights favored human rights on the issue, for example of eavesdropping on potential terrorists,” he said Sunday night on the local Israeli Army Radio.

Calling Israel a “democracy,” Ya’alon said that his country was “experienced in fighting terrorism, used to it. The Western democracies in Europe will apparently need to include such steps in their countries too to defend themselves.”

The head of the Israeli military said France has not yet been spying on it citizens, further predicting that this was about to change in France and elsewhere in Europe following the Paris attacks.

“Countries fighting terrorism have no alternative in this other than shifting in the direction of security. I assume that we will see a large number of steps [to carry out] inspections: passport inspections, inspections at the entrance to public places.”

  1. The government will continue to crank out “good intentioned” “reasonable regulations” for our own good until we possess not one single God given right. At that point we will no longer be citizens, but subjects to an all controlling tyrannical government. At that point we will be free. Kristofferson was right – “freedom’s just another word for nothing left to lose.” Orwell was an optimist.
    [W3]

    1. First, all LEGISLATION (laws, regulations, codes, etc) is to come from those that serve in the congress and senate, not from any regulatory committee. ALL legislation is delegated to the congress/senate (except where specifically put into writing instances) and is forbiddern to the other two branches or any of the three branches lower minions.

US Constitution, Article I, Section 1: “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

Those laws, regulations, treaties, codes, etc are to come directly from those that are elected to office as the people’s representatives, not from those our representatives were allowed to hire to ASSIST them in their duties, no matter what agency they serve within or what branch that agency is under.

“The government will continue to crank out “good intentioned” “reasonable regulations” for our own good until we possess not one single God given right. At that point we will no longer be citizens, but subjects to an all controlling tyrannical government”

Actually the moment they deviated away from the US Constitution they lost all lawful and legal authority. The contract they are under is the US Constitution. It is also the definer of our government, it delegates the duties to the branches and to specific named-in-writing offices.

Just becasue we allow this to go on, because we do not charge prosecute, remove those who serve in any capacity within our governments does not mean that the US Constitution or our constitutional republic is dead, it means we are a sorry bunch of citizens who deserve everything we get.

The “fight” does not have to be physical, as they have shown us by all the unlawful regulations, etc. It can be us no longer allowing a judge to use foreign law and removing them for Misbehavior, instead of them using “Good Behaviour” while in office as required.

      That is our duty.

Just like removing those who serve within our governments and break their Oath and contracts.

      That also is our duty.

Just like we are NOT protecting our borders from invasion, which is NOT the duty of any else but us as the organized militia.

      There are basically three categories of true *Constitutional Militias per Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15 – laying out the duties for which the general government can use the Militia – and Clause 16 (NOT including governmental military organizations occasionally referred to as the Militia but are not true Militias as constitutionally required) – laying out the duties the general government and each state government has to the Militias;

      1. Those that have not yet officially joined, those that have joined and have a basic firearms training or will be starting such,
      2. Then moving on to military training required by the federal congress and carried out by the state per *Article 1, Section 8, Clause 16; and then
      3. Those trained who are the Organized Militia.

      The Organized Militia has been trained as congress requires the US Military to train. They are the ones used for such purposes as;
      — Training others,
      — Enforcing the US Constitution and each state’s Constitution,
      — Enforcing and keeping the “Laws of the Union” (which are constitutional laws ONLY),
      — Protecting the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and
      — “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”. ‘

*Clause 15: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel invasions.

*Clause 16: “To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress”.

      That also is our duty.

Tench Coxe: “Who are the militia? are they not ourselves. Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birth-right of an American… The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people.”

      THIS is the problem
John C. Calhoun, 7th Vice President: “To maintain the ascendancy of the Constitution over the lawmaking majority is the great and essential point on which the success of the [American] system must depend; unless that ascendancy can be preserved, the necessary consequence must be that the laws will supersede the Constitution; and, finally, the will of the Executive, by influence of its patronage, will supersede the laws …”

The solution is the US Constitution and that WE enforce her.

We are not prosecuting those who serve for any of their crimes, chargiing the presidential impersonator and those assisting him with First Degree Murder, or Treason, *Terrorism, etc.

Nor are we charging others like Panetta and Dempsey for Treason – or those that were there at that senate hearing, yet it is on video of the senate hearing.

“At that point we will no longer be citizens, but subjects to an all controlling tyrannical government. At that point we will be free. Kristofferson was right – “freedom’s just another word for nothing left to lose.””

“The Bill of Rights is a born rebel. It reeks with sedition. In every clause it shakes its fist in the face of constituted authority… It is the one guarantee of human freedom to the American people.” Frank I. Cobb (1869-1923) American Journalist

John C. Calhoun: ““The very essence of a free government consists in considering offices as public trusts, bestowed for the good of the country, and not for the benefit of an individual or a party.”

Thomas Jefferson:“I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves, And if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power.”

George Washington: “The preservation of the sacred fire of liberty, and the destiny of the Republican model of government, are justly considered as deeply, perhaps as finally staked, on the experiment entrusted to the hands of the American people.”

Henry Clay (1777-1852) U. S. Senator, Speaker of the House of Representatives: “An oppressed people are authorized whenever they can to rise and break their fetters.”

Those serving within our governments at all levels have broekn their Trusts, and their Oaths, and their Contracts. It is as it always is, up to us what we are going to do about it besides wait and prepare. The Grand Jury is ours, as is Grand Jury investigations. We need ask no permission to form and use either. Anymore then we do need ask permission to use the Militia to defend our legitimate government, enforce our laws, defend our borders, etc; this country is OURS, not those that serve or those that want to conquor us.

  2. It is quite clear everything we have seen in the last 7 years and more, indicate deliberate acts to create events to push us to a state of martial law. Now we see the Paris attacks and we know we already have jihadi’s in this country and many more on the way. Just within this last week 14 have been caught trying to infiltrate within our borders. Some in South America, some in Texas at the border and some in the Bahamas as well as Europe. All immediately after the Paris event. This is not any coincidence. It is all very deliberate and is being allowed to happen just as our borders have been allowed to remain wide open for years now ! So how many have gotten thru and or already here ? We are being setup for catastrophe and martial law by our own government and nobody is speaking this truth !

So I ask you what will happen and what will be the immediate response when even a small attack happens with CONTUS ? This explains all of BHOs many PO’s and potential control mechanisms already in place as well as all of the hoarding by our government in recent years. It also explains many other strange events in recent years by our government, like JH15 which is ongoing into 2016. I am very concerned about these developments for many reasons and have watched it all unfold. I have written about it all many times and many simply do not listen and blow it off. It is now becoming a reality right before our eyes in living color. I hope enough will pay attention to avert any worse case scenario, but I am a bit pessimistic and disappointed with my fellow citizenry, for a lack of concern or even rational cognizance to any of it at present ? We must defer to our Constitution and Bill of Rights for guidance and governance and try to extol all citizens to demand accountability and order under these guide lines and boundaries ! Currently there is a heightened awareness of some of the matters. But far too much cry for more restrictions and or widening of secrecy and spying methods and other infringements of personal liberties to supposedly protect us ? That is a complete canard because we do not enforce the ample and abundant laws already on the books. They are only enforced very selectively and for political purposes many times that are the exact opposite of protecting citizens ! They are used to create the many double standards we have all seen in in recent years that drive us closer to a created outcome of martial law. It is all quite deliberate and nothing less ! All the pieces of the puzzle are in place and simply waiting for the right events to unfold. Some of those pieces have a racial component and some are more discreet. But they are all in place and waiting for the catalyst to be presented !

  3. We all know that we are on their list for rapid suppression so when the time comes then we know that there is nothing left to do except to sell our lives dearly since they will not allow us to live through it anyway. And, we know that if we die well then we will inspire others to resist equally well until the tyrants are overthrown. But, until that inevitable day arrives we should continue to take care of the sheeple, and help them wake up when we can.

At this time ISIS and the tyrants who have created and funded them are the “dragons” of our day, and whether we live or die in the process of dealing with them we are the chosen ones for this task. Here is a song that deals with this thing. So, enjoy it. We are here. There is no one else better able to do the deed:

  4. SO, how were the terrorists allowed to smuggle weapons into France,?? this is important intel.
Bush invasions created much of the suffering / death .
Zionists control the U.S. Government policies and in their own way unknown to most.
Iraq / Afghanistan / Libya posed no threat to our National Security nor al Assad and demon Hillary
says she wants our soldiers in Syria ..INSANE..
we are our own worse enemy, dumbed down..

  5. Look at the pictures of thousands and thousands of military age men running away from a fight for the countries future. Will you run away or turn and fight for your country? Who wants hundreds of thousands of cowards poring into the their country. If they all ran (even unarmed) at ISIS positions they could overwhelm and kill them all. The thing in Syria could be over an hour.

  6. “And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand? . . . The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If……if……We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more—-we had no awareness of the real situation…….We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
