Obama Demands More Gun Control After Colorado Shooting

Shooting at CO Springs Planned Parenthood; 3 Killed, Suspect Surrenders

2703 Shootings, 440 Deaths Year-To-Date In Heavily Gun-Controlled Chicago

“If we truly care about this – if we’re going to offer up our thoughts and prayers again, for God knows how many times, with a truly clean conscience – then we have to do something about the easy accessibility of weapons of war on our streets to people who have no business wielding them. Period. Enough is enough.” – Barack Obama

If you read all three of the articles listed above, you will get a picture of the outright deviousness of the “gun-control” fanatics; chief among them, Barack Obama. Obama spent many years in Chicago, and his former Chief of Staff, Rahm Emmanuel, is now Mayor there. While Obama demands more gun control, the numbers of shootings and shooting deaths, in heavily gun-controlled Chicago, is insanely high. Obviously gun control limits gun deaths, right? Baloney. Criminals get guns, because they are criminals. A disarmed population is a criminal’s paradise. You know it, and I know it. While the gun-control freaks use every shooting death, it seems, to cry for more gun-control, more, and more Chicago residents die because of that very gun-control.

Hitler, Stalin and Mao all took the guns away from the people. Millions died soon thereafter. Take away a person’s ability to defend themselves, either from criminals or a criminal government, and you have a defenseless person. Gun-control is about making the population defenseless and subservient. It is about complete control. It is not about saving lives.

  1. I would rather take my chances with the garden variety criminal thug, then I would the criminal government.

  2. My opinions are MINE!!! They have nothing to do with Oath Keepers who is merely providing a venue for MY OPINIONS!!!

Obama… you and similar actions by those of your ilk have me seriously pondering the possible need of a Revolutionary War Two to counter what I see to be a growth of tyranny within the USA. Gun control is but a tiny portion of the tyrannical actions I detect that accompany so many alterations within the once-united once-sovereign USA. Far too complicated to describe in a message board post I urge all Americans to shrug off some of our life-long indoctrination pounded into us by a relentless elite-owned media and other institutions and become aware of what has and continues to occur within the USA that I believe is best described as tyrannical actions by tyrants.

I do not believe that the WW 2 vets who initiated the Battle of Athens 1946 would stand to the side and allow the tyrannical events of the past 20 years and more to continue. I fear that the future of the Founder’s Great Experiment may be in danger of fatal corruption and a collapse into a oligarchy/plutocracy with moneyed interests and corporate entities lording over us via their lackey politicians and bureaucrats.

    1. Meriam-Webster online defines: Revolution, revolutionary war: of, relating to, or constituting a revolution ; bringing about a major or fundamental change.

Our government is the US Constitution by way of its defining it is our agreed upon constitutional republic. It delegates the duties to the separate branches and to specific offices within those branches; and it lists (enumerates) the authority that goes with each branch in writing; and lists within the Bill of Rights some of those things that the authority that was NOT granted or delegated by the people to the governments – are retained by the people leaving them above any authority given to the states or the general goverment. It is the Supreme LAW of THIS nation and the contract that BINDS all who serve within our governments – state and general, and that is ALL positions within them.

Those that are occupying positions within our governments are further bound lawfully by an Oath making all they do while serving their personal responsibility.

So the above definiation shows you that it is NOT the people who are revolting, it is the Domestic Enemies and Traitors to the American people, the US Constitution, the USA who are occupying positions – without serving the people or doing the duties assigned to the position and branch as required – within our governments.

Gun Control is Treason against the American people and Dr. Vieira lays it out well here why that is so. http://www.shastadefense.com/Dare-Call-It-Treason-21.pdf

“This is because “gun control”, rightly understood, constitutes nothing less than Treason”, in the strict constitutional sense of “levying War against the [United States]”.

II. “Gun control” is something of a legalistic neologism, the term with its present connotations having first appeared in a statute of the General Government only in 1968. The true significance of “gun control” is best comprehended by contrasting it with “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms” guaranteed by the Second Amendment…”

So we have been in a revolution for decades, but it has been slowy implemented from and by those serving within our governments. They are the criminals trying to change our government.

What “We the People” are doing is DEFENDING AND SUPPORTING the US Constitution and our legitimate government by REMOVING AND REPLACING those Domestic Enemies and Traitors to the American people with people who will keep the Oath and the contract that they are under and not try to destroy the USA from within, follow the US Constitution and each state Constitution as required.

Unfortunately that will need to be EVERY single governmental position – state and general – because not one person who serves, took the Oath, and is under the US Constitution as their most important and first duty while serving has done so, except the few that have been murdered, suicided, disapeared, or are imprisoned. That none currently serving can be trusted while we make the chnge of personnel who serve within our governments to remain in the position they occupy.

It is the Militia that can do that duty as it is the ONLY Constitutionally assigned force to enforce the US and state Constitutions, to enforce the laws of the land that are in Pursuance thereof the US Constitution, Protect the country against all enemies both domestic and foreign, and “to suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions”.

The problem has been education. Those that serve within “our” (US) UN Militry and Law enforcement agencies no longer know their duty to our nation. They do not udnerstande that the Oath they take is to the most important “contract” that they are under and that it comes before the orders of any superiors even the presidential impersonator (particularly him); and before the duties of the position they are occupying.

That the people themselves were not being dumbed down quickly enough to let them take our weapons, to not recognize the coruuptions goin g on within our government so they started (back with Bush 1) to import those from nations that do NOT understand our type of government and their responsibilities to it. It still was not fast enough so they threw open our borders knowing that the people would not recognize it is the people’s duty to protect them as – the trained as congress requires the military to be – Militia.. Add to that all the attacks on vets through health, letters threatening to take their weapons, psychologists/psychiatry, etc.

What most veterans themselves do not understand is they ARE the Militia, and they have the full weight of the US Constitution behind their actions for as long as they follow it. They can train others. They can defend our borders, use any weapon necesary, etc. THEY are the one thing that can stop all that is happening by training others and enforcing the US Constitution, state Constitutions.

Clause 15: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel invasions.”

This clause is very straightforward. The militia of each state is entrusted with the defense of the USA and her people, not just with the defense of their state; and they are to be armed with weapons that can repel any invasions bearing modern weapons of war. Congress is required to provide those military grade weapons for the militias in Clause 16.

Clause 16: “To provide for organizing, ARMING, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress”.

If Domestic Enemies and Traitors serving within our governments have refused to do the duties assigned to them by the US Constitution then we can lawfully do it ourselves. But it does not mean that the dumbed down who serve within our government will recognize it as they would not recognize the US Constitution if it walked up and shock their hand, which literally is a crime since they are bound to it.

Oathkeepers have been doing the right thing by educating.

  3. Gun control (their version) equates to that block of cheese left on the kitchen table that seems to get smaller and smaller as the days go by because the rats keep taking pieces during the night…and before long, all the cheese is gone.

If that cheese is all we have left to survive with…we had better stop the rats from getting in the house.

Criminals will always find guns and if there are no guns, then they will use bombs. The only people affected by new gun legislation are legal law abiding gun owners. But anyway….it’s NOT about gun safety, it’s ALL ABOUT the politician’s safety….especially the most corrupt politicians.

  4. I wish to offer my service to all my brothers that wish to submit to a Gun “Confiscation”, if you or a friend intend to comply, lets get in contact as I will be happy to collect you weapons and submit them when the time comes on your behalf. No hassle, no door busting etc., will remove all the embarrassment and handle your weapons in a Constitutional manner.

  5. “Gun control” or any violation by government to suppress or infringe upon, ownership of arms by We, the People short of amending the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, is treason. Those who propose such an infringement or suppression are traitors. It is that simple! If, for example, We, the People were subjected to government control, infringement or suppression of our speech or the media was subjected to having its reporting monitored and censored by government agents prior to being authorized to print or air, we would be rebelling in the streets and anarchy would prevail. The 2nd Amendment is no less important. It is rendered no less worthy. The reason the framers set up our nation as a republic instead of a democracy was so certain rights could never be voted away by a majority of people. Rights are subjected to amendment and not vote by the majority and that is any law, regulation, vote, policy, rule or procedure which infringes on that right. The infringement is null and void and patriots have a duty to contest anything that would attempt to alter our rights short of proper Constitutional authority.

    1. ““Gun control” or any violation by government to suppress or infringe upon, ownership of arms by We, the People short of amending the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, is treason”

You are close, but not quite correct.

No natural right can be amended. It is above and beyond any authority DELEGATED to the governments. It was the people’s right before governments were ever conceived and created. It is put withiin the Bill of Rights to make clear and to remind those that serve within our governments (and the people who have been dumbed down) that it is above and beyond any delegated authority to those governments.

Preamble to the Bill of rights: “Congress of the United States begun and held at the City of New-York, on Wednesday the fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.
THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution. …”

They do not have the lawful “power”. remember that all governmental authority comes from the US Constitution and each state Constitution. that is why each “Executive Order” says “By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America” even when that autjority was NEVER delegated.

“Executive orders are official documents, numbered consecutively, through which the President of the United States manages the operations of the Federal Government. … http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/executive-orders/about.html

Samuel Adams: “Under every government the last resort of the people, is an appeal to the sword; whether to defend themselves against the open attacks of a foreign enemy, or to check the insidious encroachments of domestic foes. Whenever a people … entrust the defence of their country to a regular, standing army, composed of mercenaries, the power of that country will remain under the direction of the most wealthy citizens.
AND THE SAID CONSTITUTION BE NEVER CONSTRUED TO AUTHORIZE CONGRESS TO INFRINGE THE JUST LIBERTY OF THE PRESS, OR THE RIGHTS OF CONSCIENCE; OR TO PREVENT THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES, who are peaceable citizens, FROM KEEPING THEIR OWN ARMS; OR TO RAISE STANDING ARMIES, UNLESS NECESSARY FOR THE DEFENSE OF THE UNITED STATES, or of some one or more of them; or to prevent the people from petitioning, in a peaceable and orderly manner, the federal legislature, for a redress of grievances; OR TO SUBJECT THE PEOPLE TO UNREASONABLE SEARCHES AND SEIZURES OF THEIR PERSONS, PAPERS OR POSSESSIONS”.

William Rawle, whose work was adopted as a constitutional law textbook at West Point and other institutions, and was United States Attorney for Pennsylvania, describes the scope of the Second Amendment’s right to keep and bear arms: “The prohibition is general. NO CLAUSE IN THE CONSTITUTION COULD BY ANY RULE OF CONSTRUCTION BE CONCEIVED TO GIVE CONGRESS A POWER TO DISARM THE PEOPLE (and no other branch was delegated the authority to create legislation binding on the people). Such a flagitious attempt could only be made under some general pretence by a state legislature. But if in any blind pursuit of inordinate power, either should attempt it, this amendment may be appealed to as a restraint on both.”

Justice Story, Associate Justice, Supreme Court wrote: “The next amendment is: “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
The importance of this article will scarcely be doubted by any persons, who have duly reflected upon the subject. The militia is the natural defence of a free country against sudden foreign invasions, domestic insurrections, and domestic usurpations of power by rulers. It is against sound policy for a free people to keep up large military establishments and standing armies in time of peace, both from the enormous expenses, with which they are attended, and the facile means, which they afford to ambitious and unprincipled rulers, to subvert the government, or trample upon the rights of the people. The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them”.

Tench Coxe: “Who are the militia? are they not ourselves. Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birth-right of an American…The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people.”

Cockrum v. State: “The right of a citizen to bear arms, in lawful defense of himself or the State, is absolute. He does not derive it from the State government. It is one of the high powers delegated directly to the citizen, and is excepted out of the general powers of government. A law cannot be passed to infringe upon or impair it, because it is above the law, and independent of the lawmaking power”

Nunn vs. State: ‘The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.’ The right of the whole people, old and young, men, women and boys, and not militia only, to keep and bear arms of every description, and not such merely as are used by the milita, shall not be infringed, curtailed, or broken in upon, in the smallest degree; and all this for the important end to be attained: the rearing up and qualifying a well-regulated militia, so vitally necessary to the security of a free State. Our opinion is that any law, State or Federal, is repugnant to the Constitution, and void, which contravenes this right”.

Andrews v. State explains, this “passage from Story, shows clearly that this right was intended, as we have maintained in this opinion, and was guaranteed to, and to be exercised and enjoyed by the citizen as such, and not by him as a soldier, or in defense solely of his political rights.”

The New Hampshire ratifiers called for a guarantee (the Second Amendment) that: Congress shall never disarm any Citizen…”.]

The Pennsylvania minority at its ratifying convention demanded a guarantee of a very broad right to arms, that: “the people have a right to bear arms for the defence of themselves and their own State or the United States, or for the purpose of killing game.”

Joel Barlow, Revolutionary War veteran, wrote “Advice to the Privileged Orders, in the Several States of Europe”, successful diplomat, and American whose political writings were debated on the floor of Parliament said of the US Constitution: “… not only permitting every man to arm, but obliging him to arm.”

Alexander Hamilton, Federalist 28: “ there exists a right of self-defense against a tyrannical government, and it includes the people with their own arms”
“If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no recourse left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government… if the persons intrusted with supreme power become usurpers… The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource; except in their courage and despair… The people, without exaggeration, may be said to be entirely the masters of their own fate… If their rights are invaded… How wise will it be in them by cherishing the union to preserve to themselves an advantage which can never be too highly prized! (being armed)“

  6. Nuff said RON. Never let a good thing go to waste. If my neighbor will not stand up for the sacrifices endured by those gallant men and women who won our freedom so long ago, Then I will take those arms and redistribute them to those who will.
Who among you will answer the call….????
When I think of those men who marched barefoot in the snows of valley forge and would not give in to tyranny, My heart soars with the eagles in honor of the brave souls who gave all to achieve freedom and liberty and gave birth to the most sacred document ever known to man. The constitution of the United States of America.

  7. Just my opinion, I would highly recommend good night vision scope or scopes. Or even better thermal scopes. I know they are insanely expensive, but when they come for you I can bet dollars to donuts that they will come at night and if you don,t have this you are out of the fight and might as well give your weapons to Ron.

  8. I never thought I’d see this come to fruition …but FINALLY (on here) I find myself reading about what I’ve been screaming for years. lol…and I love it. (Yeah, night scopes aren’t a bad accessory at all, but then again, one nuclear burst and it ain’t worth beans). I (imho) have no doubt that “the good will prevail). I also realize this is going to come at a tremendous loss of lives, but either way that shall happen (if Islam won we’d all be beheaded shortly or shorter). I’m glad to see that veterans are starting to wake up to the fact that they are The Militia (not something that was ‘done away with’ long ago, but something that still exists ….”they” just don’t want you to know NOR organize “it” (that includes Congress). *wondering if I could put in for a Cobra Gunship and have it delivered next week …I’ll need it for patrolling the southern border). Has anyone received letters from Congress telling us “militiamen” to prepare for battle and train as many as possible for an up and coming invasion from within and without? No, and until we fix it you never will………………………………….

  9. Sorry …forgot to mention that there are PLENTY of “instructions” on the web of how to take a “night vision camera” (much, much cheaper) and adapt it (and even increase the power) …if there is no way you could ever get into a thermal scope maybe you CAN get into one of these (used would be better than new too!) …. (Thermal Imaging ….that’s more $$ than many have invested in their cars these days)!

  10. EQUORIAL, Ya they are expensive, about $3000 min. but without them you really don’t stand a chance. Im not saying that every one in your squad needs one, designated marksman and a hand held 2nd generation.for patrol parachute flares to blind the enemy buy at any boating store, along with smoke bombs. Lets face it, if your going to swing at the big boys you need some big boy toys.
