  1. Barrack Obama is poised to once again wield the pen in the crafting of an executive order regarding the control of firearms issuing directly from his office and no other. Once again, this maverick has seen fit to disregard the lawful charges of both the Senate and the House of Representatives. Our Constitutional mandate is to the Congress. The Congress is to be the only source of legislation that may influence our national affairs. The powers of the two prestigious houses supersede that of the President. In the event of Presidential veto of any law extending from them, such veto of lawful legislation may be overturned by two thirds vote. Presidential power is therefore limited to that of an officer and not a tyrant or despot, a character Obama appears eager to demonstrate .
Having said that, I wish to offer that our Congress having become sufficiently corrupted, has not exercised its powers as dutifully required. They are in measure, no longer representative of the people. This maverick should be impeached, he is a loose cannon in his own right.
Obama is certainly guilty of impeachable offenses if history is to be believed. The fact that Hillary Clinton yet remains a candidate for the office of President of the United States and not under indictment, betrays the Congress for its neglect. It is as though all of them are of the same confederacy which may only result in harm without measure to our citizens.
As for gun control, and Obama’s agency, I wish to draw upon remarks presenting themselves from as early as March,1799. They are found in the correspondence of William Eaton, Counsel of the United States and directed to the Secretary of the United States under John Adams, Thomas Pickering. William Eaton was actively engaged in the negotiation of peace and trade agreements with the Bey of Tunis. An officer of the Bey of Tunis had reproached the United States for not offering a present to the Bey, much as the Spaniards had done in the amount of $100,000, along with other valuable considerations.

    Eaton’s communication is eye opening:

“We told him (the Bey’s representative), on the other hand, the Spaniards had an extensive coast exposed to the ravages of of the Tunisian Corsairs; and were constantly under apprehensions of having their defenseless women and children taken into captivity, and enslaved: this induced their manly expression of friendship. We had no fears of this kind. Our coast was not only far off, but defended by freemen. Every man had arms in his hands always prepared for defense; and if an assault should be made upon them, the assailants would find more bayonets than booty.” Charles Prentiss, The Life of the Late General William Eaton: pg. 79, Merriam and Co., 1815

Let there be no mistaking, the militia are the people. The 2nd Amendment applies directly to the people, and not an alleged regular army as gun control supporters would have us to believe. Indeed, Tho’s. Jefferson’s papers make clear, that the seasonal deficiencies of men, farmers, machinists, trade merchants, made the necessity of a regular army imperative. The militia, though desirable as an adjunct, not being a consideration for our defense except in the gravest of emergencies. when all would be of one accord.
Now, more than ever, we are exposed to the dangers of corruption from within and not only dangers from without.
Americans must not allow any infringement of their right to keep and bear arms!

  2. Nice comment. The only problem I have with it is the restraint to using political speech instead of calling the crimes what they actually are, Treason against the American people.

Impeachment, of which Obama qualified for in his third week in impersonating a US President, is a political answer to a political crime such as Maladministration where a person is kicked out of office and no longer allowed to hold a position of trust again. Though impeachment does not stop the impeached from being prosecuted for the crimes committed while in office, it is not enough for those who have been serving and still alive since Bush 1’s time in office who have been working on the inside to destroy our nation.

What you are holding back from (in my opinion) describing is multiple counts of Treason, Terrorism, First Degree Murder, War crimes – all of them already indicted, but needing prosecution for; theft – ID and other; Impersonation of a US Official (president and quite possibly others – way to tell if so is to give a quick Constitution quiz because the Oath shows a requirement to have at least a basic knowledge of our government and how it works); etc.

When we do not name a crime as what it is, and instead tiptoe around it, how can they take us, “We the People of the several states, seriously as to doing anything, and why would they stop if we do not openly recognize that their actions are criminal in nature?

When we let them change our language – example: “free range kids” which is really the description of all children prior to 2012 or so. See how quickly controlling the language controls behaviors? How many are now being prosecuted, their children stolen, etc just because of that signle word change? One now sees articles almost daily about a parent being charged with the crime of letting a child play in the park while the mom watches from a window, or letting them walk to school, etc; children stolen from them by the Traitors who serve within our governments.

Even we here at Oathkeepers have allowed this to go on. I know, too many fires burning and educating those people to not let this happen is the only answer.

What about the LE who came to a home because the mother had cut herself badly on glass and they called 911 for an ambulance, tried to shoot the SMALL dog for normal dog behavior of coming to see who was coming onto the property and shot the 4 year old daughter instead (shattered her leg but she asked her mom if she was going to die because she was shot). There is NO EXCUSE FOR SUPPOSEDLY TRAINED PERSON TO recklessly endanger lives coming to a rescue situation that required stopping bleeding, not arms, an ambulance not guns; or is this now the requirement to be able to hold the position?

Basically if those that serve within the American governments cannot do the job as the US Constitution requires of them of the position that they occupy, then they must ALL be removed and replaced.

One might consider that Indiana is now allowing people to defend their homes from ALL unlawful invaders with firearms if necessary – basically back to how it was in the 1980’s (Indiana has taken action to “recognize the unique character of a citizen’s home and to ensure that a citizen feels secure in his or her own home against unlawful intrusion by another individual or a public servant.”
http://thefreethoughtproject.com/state-passes-law-legalize-self-defense-police/). Yeah, this changed only in the 1980’s.

What about the criminal way in which our children are being taught to passively accept that they lie down, and one by one stand up to be shot? Yet, we allow this teaching to still go on within our schools.

Please start thinking before one acts while serving within our governments at any position. You are not only lawfully bound to support the US Constitution, but it IS the major contract you serve under above all others, and is the supreme LAW of THIS land. Don’t be used, don’t “just follow orders” or “just do your job” because the Oath makes YOU personally responsible for your actions or inactions and I care not what position you occupy, sooner or later all governmental employees will be held accountable, and some will face Treason charges for just following orders or for just doing their jobs because that is exactly what it is going to take to make America whole again under the US Constitution, please do not let that person be you.

    God Bless!

    Molon Labe!

If there were never intended to be action to defend the Constitution from those who are domestically attempting to destroy its power and authority, why would each Oath require it of those who take the Oaths?

Chief Tecumseh: “When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.”
