Oath Keeper Testimonial

BSaux

Barry M Saux:

Testimonial: My name is Barry Saux and I joined the Marines in 1997 and served till injuries prevented further service in2005. I did not serve in the Marines for money or benefits. No I entered because I love America, freedom, and to honor those who came before me that gave me the freedoms I enjoyed.

I took an oath that day I entered at MEPS. I swore to protect my country and Constitution from ALL enemies, both foreign and domestic. I fought to give my children, and those throughout America, the freedom that I so loved. I followed my oath even as it cost me much of myself, because to me this Oath is my word and is me.

I returned from Iraq to see my country, the country I love so becoming exactly what I fought against in other countries. The last I checked I have never been released from my oath to this country and Constitution and thus I must find a way to right the wrongs that I see being done to the people. I will stand till the day I die and fulfill my OATH to America and the Constitution.

I have joined with the Oath Keepers in the hopes that they will find a way to defend the Constitution and America.  I write this because I am not afraid of what they do to me for loving my country. I will stand and I will follow my Oath. I ask those of you who will read this, will you be willing to do the same? What are you willing to give up to keep what our forefathers gave to us? For me, I will give all because that is what my Oath means to me. For those who will refuse to stand, I will stand for you because that is my Oath.

Barry Saux

  1. Semper Fi, Barry. While the last paragraph seems to doubt our resolve, don’t be concerned. You came to the right place. If you have any questions, please contact me through the forum after you get access. Welcome.

  2. Thank you Barry Saux for your service to our country and your continued honor to the oath you took to the US Constitution.

  3. I was Army, not a Marine but this is exactly how I feel, and I have been saying for years. There is NO SWEARING OUT ceremony from our oaths. The day I raised my right hand and took the Oath, among those other young men, I felt a spiritual feeling in my chest I cannot put to adequate words. Upon discharge, they never made me raise my hand to release me of that duty. We are all Oath bound and honor bound to it and one another as brothers.
I stand with Barry Saux. He is one of the few who seem to understand that. A true 3 percenter.
My family has fought for the rights we are squandering, since pre Revolutionary War day. I had kin in the War of Regulation in North Carolina who battled corrupt British Authority for transgressions on their rights, and their sons served in the Revolution. One was with Washington at Valley Forge. later, their descendants fought in the Civil war for Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, and Mississippi. I refuse to be the one who squanders all that toil and sacrifice. I will not bring shame on that legacy. I urge all of you to start spreading the word, contact all your old cohorts, and get them back on board. Particularly you former officers. We need leaders now more than ever.

  4. On November 5 of 1952 two weeks after my 17 th birthday I stood before the man taking the same oath. I was sent to Korea to kill people who had less intent to harm my country the those in power are doing here at home now. The same oath to protect the same constitution with no time limit seems to me to still be active. I am no longer an active member of the Marine Corps but no matter I still consider myself a Marine and the oath is still my word. Semper Fi

  9. Howdy Barry, we have passed the time for talking, and in the very near future our out of control government will come after us. Those of us who survive that first encounter will then be seen as justified in the eyes of the rest of the world as we do what must do to take back our country. I am certain you will understand the distinction when I say that the Feds are prepared to do what they will do, and that we are READY to do what we will do.

Jim, this is not a Christian nation, and it never has been. The Constitution guarantees freedom of religion to everyone even though you Christians denied it to we Native Americans for many years. Now that you know just a little of what it has been like for us then just maybe you will be willing to join us in taking all of our rights back, and not just those of your own people, because I guarantee you that anyone who tries to deprive us of our rights again will not survive what we will do even it means the death of every Native American man, woman and child in the process. But, the difference between us and you is that we will fight for your rights too, because anytime anyone allows the rights of one group or religion to be trampled then they deserve it when it happens to them.

Here is a case in point with the 2nd Amendment. Until 1968 even criminals were given back their guns when they got out of prison since “The Right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed…”, but LBJ was a bit smarter than most Conservatives, and he knew that most people would think that this particular infringement was okay and made good sense. Now, since so many people didn’t think about that logically the liberals feel justified in trying to take it further, and they are justified because of all of the people who went along with this bad idea that sounded good. So, like it or not, every feleon and ex-felon in the country has the right to keep and bear arms even though many of them are put in prison again for choosing to do so. When it comes to upholding and defending the Constitution we have no right to say that we will do it for one group or religion, but not for another. And, what goes for guns also, in the view of our Founding Fathers, also goes for knives, swords, battle axes, spears and archery equipment as all of these things were still weapons used by the various armies of that day along with rifles, pistols, shotguns and artillery.

Either we enforce it all for everyone, or we have no right to expect others to enforce it for us.

    1. Dr. Alford,
Oath Keepers stands for the Constitution, which means the First Amendment, stating everyone has freedom of religion. You are right when you say this is not a Christian nation. I also agree with you concerning former prisoners, who have served their sentence, getting their Second Amendment Rights back. If you stand for the Constitution, you stand by the Bill of Rights. Those Rights are for ALL, not just the chosen few. While I don’t for a moment agree with Skinheads or racists, they have the Right to speak their mind. I can choose not to listen, and surely not to believe them.
Thank you for your steadfast belief in the Constitution.

  10. Barry’s words pretty much match those I wrote here a few years ago. We are the ones we have been waiting for. How soon till we water the tree of liberty with the blood of tyrants?
What will be the straw that breaks the camel’s back and gets the ball rolling? It certainly was not the labeling of Veterans as terrorists. Apparently is is not the leaving of borders open nor Obama using the Cloward – Piven strategy. Nor the continued attacks against our liberties. Not even the forcing of people of religion to accept sodomites and their behavior… It most certainly has not been the continuous lying by Barack Obama the PRESIDENT of our country who has sold us all into slavery with the TPA.
I have a list of 1090 of his lies well researched and proven. . .
So boys, what will it take? When they start kicking our doors in and our families are massacred as collateral damage?
it certainly has not been our children being poisoned with vaccines the CDC admits are not safe and do cause autism.. It has not been the destruction of American lands by fracking and geo engineering… Nor the now constant bombardment of our skies with metalized fuels called Geo Engineering…. What is it going to take?
Is it any surprise our children are being expelled and arrested for making finger gun signs? For opening lemonade stands. Meanwhile our children are being taught perverse sexuality and tolerance…. What folks what???
If the Bundy Ranch event was not a wake up call and the miners being prevented from mining their own legally owned claims, what will it take?
Will ANOTHER useless needless war that takes the lives of thousands of our young men to make the elite wealthier be the last straw? Or will it be a Islamic attack in the USA by people Obama imported across our broken borders? What will you do then? Kill Muslims and Islamic idiot tools instead of going to the source?
How long will we keep doing the same things and expecting different results. Is this the “By and FOR the People” we are supposed to be believing in? Bend over and let a criminal politician give you an answer for that one.

  11. I thank u with all my heart. son was a marine, other son army, and late husband was army. I will stand with u all the way. GOD bless all who served.

  12. Do you post only those comments that are totally the “party line”?

We do not post various sorts of rants, or posts filled with profanity, or posts which threaten violence, or posts which encourage violence, or posts which are just plain stupid or in whatever way are offensive posts. 1. As a lifetime member of Oathkeepers, a retired USAF LTC and Vietnam Era fighter pilot, lifetime member of the NRA, Air Force Association, I was disappointed that you censored my comment. I took the Oath to stand by the Constitution of this great Republic and expected that my comment would be published; it had no earmarks of which you speak. Sorry, I thought this organization would be fair and balanced !

      1. Well, thank you for getting back with me on this. Also, thank you for your membership and your service to America.
When I answered your question above, I had no idea (and still do not) which comment you were referring to. We (three of us) delete several hundred spams a day here, and it’s highly possible that your submitted post was deleted by accident. Maybe that was the case, but also, maybe it was not the case. I really have no recollection of deleting one of your posts. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Perhaps you’d like to re-submit the post?
Thank you again for being here.

  14. Ditto Bary: Myself, you and so many others hold THE OATH so close to our hearts. I remain confident that our Veteran Brothers and Sisters, along with many civilians, will one day answer the call on our homeland. I believe that day is near. God forbid but the indicators show it will.
