The black and white flag on the right is NOT an ISIS flag. It is the flag of the “Anonymous” group. Do a web search and you will see. The ISIS flag has a white circle on a black field. The Anonymous Flag has a white laurel wreath on a black flag. NOT an ISIS flag, stop trying to creat hysteria where there is none

You’re right. The extended forefinger has been used for a variety of reasons, including pointing the way to the latrine as long as history can record. As a Christian, I have used it most of my life as a way to signify whom I love and follow, our Lord Jesus Christ.
The context of this photo is telling. These are not Christians and ISIS has conscripted this symbol as a way to symbolize their allegiance to a common cause. The message is clear and heard.
Keep in mind, if good people stand by while freedom is lost, our children will not know it as we have.
