Held at Veterans Park, Canon City, CO (located on the south side of Highway 50 between 1st and 4th Street, west end of town)
Parking in the park, across the street at the city building, and in town.
Music by: former CO Sen George Rivera and his Fat Chance Blues Band; Normagene Ricci singing the Star Spangled Banner (she is retired Air Force and Secretary of the Pueblo County Republican Party); Michael Hume, retired military, singer and journalist.
Presentation of colors by the Canon City High School Color Guard
Invocation by Paul Palmisano, founder of New Life Academy, a school for high school students and adults, teaching the Constitution and Christian values. Paul was also a first responder at ground zero, as a volunteer firefighter.

Stewart will lead us all in a reaffirmation of our Oaths to the Constitution at the conclusion of the event.
Veteran’s Park is a beautiful park with grass and trees. We are telling attendees to bring their lunch and lawn chairs, and enjoy a wonderful celebration of our nation’s history.
