First off I have to say that I am impressed with this group or otherwise I wouldn’t have signed up. I am a retired USAF Cop with over 22 years of service to my country and feel that just because I retired doesn’t mean that the Oath I swore to protect my Country was terminated with my active duty status.

In 1963 as a sophomore in High School I joined my local volunteer fire departments. After 10 week of training was I admitted on a 6 month probation and provided with a copy of a document that I would sign in front of the Chief and the Assistant chief.

I found oath keepers, read the mission statement and joined | January 2nd, 2010

I first took the oath 30November1977 it was my 17th birthday at the Armed Forces Enlistment Station Dallas, Texas. I proudly went on to serve the next 4 years in the US NAVY and was separated from active duty 11December1981
