I am a 20 year veteran of the United States Navy Submarine Service. I took pride in taking my oath at 18 years of age in 1974. It was the very tag end of the Vietnam war and being proud of this nation and our way of life was not popular.
I am a female, one of the first classes of which to be allowed in Patriot missile Battalions. I went to Desert Shield, Desert Storm and “Operation Provide Comfort”. I was in a Battalion S2 shop. Intel and Security.
I attended the Tea Party Rally in Madison Wi. on April 15th 2010. Got the reminder that I did take “THE OATH” in 1967 and that it doesn’t have an expiration date!
I am a Law abiding citizen, I am a husband, I am a brother, I am a son, I am a Patriot, I am an Active Duty Military Police Officer, I am a Constitutionalist and by the hand of my God whoever he shall be I will defend my Sovereignty
I’ve spent 31 years combined in the Navy and Coast Guard services as active and reserves to help keep the freedoms we enjoy. Thank GOD there are OATH KEEPERS, and it will be my pleasure to be counted as one.
I do remember the oath I took back in 1980, and again in 1991 when I entered the 188th Fighter Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard. Although I retired in 2000, my ID still states I am Retired Reserve
It’s been 18 years since I took the oath and I’ve “obeyed the orders of the officers appointed over me” ever since. I have a terrible feeling that someday in the very near future I will no longer be able to do that.
When I took my oath there was no ending date. I feel that my oath is still in force. The Constitution is an important part of this country. Many have fought and died to protect this important document.
Our Pastor is a student of history, so he taught us about the founding fathers and about the Constitution and the part the Bible had in the creating of the Constitution and the intent of the our founding fathers
The picture had the sleeve of a GI with a simple patch that stated Oath Keeper. I stared at the picture for a few moments and smiled, a feeling of complete tranquility came over me.
My oath is that I was born in the greatest country in the world, The United States of America. And to watch my government strip us of the rights given to us by the Blood n Lives of bravest warriors on earth, is nothing less than disgraceful & disrespectful
I am a veteran was in the Ga National Guard 108th Armour in the 70’s. I was a police officer and found more money being a chase man for the Bonding Co.
Having risked life and limb along with my partners to protect the freedoms of citizens, I gave an oath to uphold the law. I continue to honor that oath here at Oath Keepers. I will continue to defend our citizens
It has been many years since I left law enforcement to pursue a corporate career which provided a much more secure life for my family. But our great nation and our hard working free people still deserve to be protected
I took my Oath when I was sworn into the Marine Corps. These days, I am no longer a part of that Brotherhood; instead, I’ve been searching for a way to continue serving my country
As one of the original 911 responders and a six year military veteran(Armored Infantry), it gives me great pleasure to be a “Guardian of the Republic,an Oath Keeper”.
My Grandfather served in the Navy in the Pacific during WW2, my Father and his 2 brothers served in the Air Force during Korea. I’d been taught from a young age that this was the greatest country on earth
