I see no conflict with the oath I that was administered and the Oath of the Oath Keepers, nor do I have a problem with the Oath that contains the phrase …”obey the orders of the President of the United States…” for adherence to this part of the Oath would require that the orders be “lawful.”
I know that I am biased about the Oath and do not regret being so, but those of us whom were raised early on having to recite the pledge of allegiance and sing the national anthem and America the beautiful before class began in elementary school
I was proud to get my degrees and support my family by working and not living off the state or federal government. I am proud of my two children who did not join the service, and of my three children who also signed on the dotted line to join the Marines.
I was knocked out of my socks when I first found out about OK. Its a Good thing for this organization to stand up to to the evil that is impossing itself on the American people.
I’ve had the opportunity to read and study the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. I’ve also studied the men who wrote those words. I’ve come to have an even greater respect for the Oath I took after I learned these things.
I took that Oath and Meant it and as far as I am concerned it didn’t expire. I love our Country and Constitution and would do anything to keep our Country Free.
Christmas Day, 1776, was a dismal, freezing day for the troops of the Continental Army serving under General George Washington. The Americans were camped on the banks of the Delaware River in temperatures well below freezing.

It was a cold December morning in my country. I woke up and switched on the black and white television set in my parents living room and began to watch an announcement by my president dressed in a military uniform.
today I had the opportunity to accompany my daughter’s class on a field trip to the National Navy UDT-Seal Museum in Fort Pierce, Florida. This was a wonderful experience.
I took the oath to defend this country and the Constitution on May 6, 1971 when I joined the Navy. I have never relinquished that oath to this day.
As an OIF Veteran, it is distressing for me to see the path that my beloved country is heading down on. It seems that, more and more, our constitutional values are being stripped away from us in the name of the “Greater Good”.
I took the oath in 1967 when I joined the US Navy. I served one year and was released for medical reasons. I love my god and my country.
