I carry a copy of our Constitution, Bill of Rights and the oath I took when I joined the U.S. Army at all times and I make every attempt to share the knowledge I have with others. I write with the hopes of becoming more knowledgeable about the options to spread the word
As a former Petty Officer First Class in the United States Navy and Staff Sergeant in the Illinois Army National Guard, I am honored to pledge my support to Oath Keepers and stand in the ranks with true patriots.
My oath as an officer, when I take it a few years hence, swears me to defend the Constitution against its enemies, both foreign and domestic, and asserts that I will “bear true faith and allegiance to same.”

We are given life with certain unwritten responsibilities to others, and one responsibility is the just and honorable way of life that defends what our culture was founded on and should stand for.
That Oath was not discharged in 1992 when I was, and no man can make me renege or renounce. I will obey no order, law or edict that is contradictory to the clear intent of those Words I have sworn to defend.

Like eagles across the Continental Divide, all of our members on the Oath Keepers national Board of Directors shall fly into Bozeman, Montana for the weekend of July 02-04, 2010. I first took the oath in 1956 when I joined the Navy. Then again in 1963 when I enlisted in the Army volunteering for the newly formed Special Forces.Have eight years of active duty and almost 21 in the active reserve (all Special Forces), retiring in ‘96.
I swore an Oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, and have since refined that Oath. My loyalties, my truest kinship, lies with the good men and women of my country who want only to live in liberty and pursue their happiness.
I along with a few of my friends (I will not disclose the exact number) have been watching your site for a while. We are all veterans made up of Former Army Special Forces, Army Rangers, Navy Seals and Marine Force Recon.
