The essay by financial analyst Giordano Bruno is a brilliant description by analogy of where we are as a nation today. He is right. We are facing our own “High Noon” as a people. Will we run? Will we do nothing? Will we cower in submissiveness, or will we stand? That is the pivotal question.

Nina delivers this weeks headlines, including the team up between the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Department of Homeland Security
Stewart will be there, and he is calling on all Oath Keepers, all who “associate” with us, and on all other organizations that stand for the Constitution and for liberty to be there for a peaceful gathering in support of both the due process rights of the parents (who have a hearing there, on that day), but also to stand in support of the rights of free speech and association, free from persecution, for ALL Americans.
There has been some confusion about this case, leading some commentators to believe that the reference to John Irish’s “association” with Oath Keepers was in some other document, rather than in the affidavit relied on by the Court’s Order. Alex Jones’ site, in an effort to protect the privacy of the family, posted excerpts from two different documents, leading some to question where the reference actually was.
Southern Poverty Law Center is Now Officially Part of DHS. The CEO of SPLC now sits on the DHS “Working Group on Countering Violent Extremism” along with the leaders of other So-called Non Government Organizations (but can we really call them such now that they are part of the government?)
We are doing all we can to confirm and document this. But if is IS accurate, and a newborn child was ripped from her mother’s arms because the parents were “associated” with Oath Keepers by simply being members of our online ning discussion forum, then this is a grave crossing of a very serious line, and is utterly intolerable. It cannot be done. It cannot be allowed to stand.
So that is the mission of my organization. To teach them about the Constitution and make sure they understand that that oath is not just a good idea, it’s not just tradition, it’s required by the Constitution itself by Article VI, where it mandates that every officer of the United States government and the State governments swear an oath to support and defend the Constitution
Well, DO gun rights activists have as much courage as the pot smokers who are now defending state sovereignty by defying unconstitutional federal laws that go far beyond what Madison called the “few and defined” powers of Congress spelled out in Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution? That is a VERY good question.
The government of these United States which includes Cities, Counties (or Parish) States and Federal Government has been slowly and very methodically removing our freedoms one by one until the recent years.
This is not a testimonial per say, I did give birth to a brave man, hero, a u.s.army soldier. I am at awe every time I look at his pictures. He is on his fourth combat tour and will be home Sept. 2011.

Although I am a registered democrat I have to admit that in the past nineteen months this President, his Administration and allies, with the help of the Main Stream Media, have been systematically eroding our Constitutional rights
According to the notes of Dr. James McHenry, one of Maryland’s delegates to the Convention, it was on the last day of deliberation that a lady asked Benjamin Franklin “well Doctor what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?” to which Franklin replied, “a republic, if you can keep it.”

As part of today’s events in DC, retired Chief of Police Celia Hyde, a member of the Oath Keepers Board of Directors, will conduct an oath renewal ceremony, so that the current serving and veteran military, police, and fire-fighters in attendance may renew their oaths to defend the Constitution.
I took the oath in 1976 to DEFEND the CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA against all enemies both foreign and domestic. I still do and always will!!!
