Holder Takes Aim At “Homegrown Violent Extremists” Who Have “Domestic Concerns”

This article was written by Eric Blair and originally published at Activist Post

Attorney General Eric Holder appeared on ABC’s This Week to reaffirm that his greatest fear, the one that keeps him up at night, is “lone wolf homegrown violent extremists” who have “domestic concerns”. This is basically code for any citizen who disagrees with the direction the establishment is taking the country.

“These homegrown violent extremists … keep you up late night as well trying to monitor them, anticipate what it is that they are going to do,” Holder said Sunday.

Holder recently revived the DOJ’s domestic terrorism task force to focus on citizens who they allege to be extremists. This is just another sign that the war-on-terror apparatus is being turned inward on the American people.

America has already been declared war zone in the borderless Authorization to Use Military Force in the perpetual “war on terror”, and reaffirmed in the NDAA of 2012 which declared U.S. citizens can be indefinitely detained by armed forces without due process for mere suspicion of ties to terrorism. Even direct murder of Americans overseas is now sanctioned when they are “suspected” of terrorism.

Domestically, black-masked SWAT armies serving warrants to non-violent offenders via no-knock raids with grenades and machine guns is now routine in America.  It is clear that the militarization of local police forces and the rise of DHS’s army of paramilitary agents is already treating the American people as a combative enemy.

And, finally, the glue that completes the growing police state apparatus is the all-encompassing surveillance grid. It’s now clear to everyone that the U.S. government is spying on all citizens’ digital communications, finances, medical records, biometrics, and so much more.

The U.S., by any definition, has become a militarized police state. Americans have few protections left from the government’s protection racket which has become inverted.

The government claims to protect us from people who may spy on us, by spying on us. They claim to protect us from violent thugs with cops that conduct no-knock SWAT raids on peaceful people. They claim to protect us from thieves and financial collapse by stealing from us to give to the thieves. And now they want to declare war on the American people to protect us from those who may declare war on us.

It’s time to wake up and realize that the government is the big fat pink terrorist in the room.

” is “lone wolf homegrown violent extremists” who have “domestic concerns”. This is basically code for any citizen who disagrees with the direction the establishment is taking the country.”

Holder is the terrorist on US soil. As is Obama, and his administration, plus those in the legislative and judicial branches that have not been using their constitutional remedies to stop their treasonous and terrorist activities against the USA and her people.

There’s NO such thing as “emergency powers” that anyone serving or working within either of the state or federal governments in the USA that they can “evoke”, not lawfully though those serving within the government(s) try to use it against Americans. There is no “emergency powers” given within the US Constitution to any or all of the branches of the federal government; or any powers that are not defined and the remedies ALLOWED put forth. Emergency powers are the direct opposite of the US Constitution and our alaws here within the USA. Anything done in the name of “emergency powers” is criminal in action.

Those within the federal or state governments can claim “emergency powers” for anything they want and the ONLY thing they do is make criminals of those who are too ignorant or are domestic enemies of the USA and actually try to enforce these “pretend” “laws” when they should have immediately arrested those who wrote and gave those orders. They fooled the people who never bothered to learn what part they themselves play within our nation, what powers they actually were granted to use, and now the people are paying for it.

As Dr. Edwin Vieira said: “This has nothing to do with personalities or subjective ideas. It’s a matter of what the Constitution provides…

The government of the United States has never violated anyone’s constitutional rights…
The government of the United States will never violate anyone constitutional rights, because it cannot violate anyone’s constitutional rights. The reason for that is: The government of the United States is that set of actions by public officials that are consistent with the Constitution. Outside of its constitutional powers, the government of the United States has no legitimacy. It has no authority; and, it really even has no existence. It is what lawyers call a legal fiction.

… the famous case Norton v. Shelby County… The Court said: “An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties. It is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.”

And that applies to any (and all) governmental action outside of the Constitution…”
What are the defining characteristics of a limited government? They are its disabilities; what it does not have legal authority to do. Look at the First Amendment… What does it do? It guarantees freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of religion. But how does it do that? I quote: “Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press” etcetera. “Congress shall make no law;” that’s a statement of an absence of power. That’s a statement of a disability. (End Dr. Edwin Vieira quote)

Dr. Edwin Vieira, “Americans would have had to understand and enforce their Constitution. You notice I say Americans, not the Congress or the Supreme Court, because who is the final arbiter of this document? [holding a copy of the Constitution] It is not Congress, and it is not the Supreme Court. It is “we the people.” Read the thing. How does it start? “We the people do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States”; not “we the politicians,” not “we the judges.” Those people are the agents of the people. We the people are the principals.

The doctrine is very clear that, being the principals, we are the Constitution’s ultimate interpreters and enforcers. You don’t have to take my word for it. Let’s go back to the Founding Fathers…

The Founding Fathers were profound students of law and political philosophy, their knowledge unequaled by any today. Their mentor in that era was William Blackstone, who wrote Blackstone’s Commentaries, probably the most widely read legal treatise of its time, certainly here in the United States. What did Blackstone write about this subject? He wrote, “Whenever a question arises between the society at large and any magistrate vested with powers originally delegated by that society, it must be decided by the voice of the society itself; there is not upon earth any other tribunal to resort to.” We the people are the Constitution’s ultimate interpreters. (Dr. Edwin Vieira, http://www.constitution.org/mon/vieira_03225.htm )

Notice that it was the Supreme courts “gave” “emergency powers”, though it was not, and still is not, a power granted to them to give or use.

James Madison: “That all power is originally vested in, and consequently derived from the people. That government is instituted and ought to be exercised for the benefit of the people; which consists in the enjoyment of life and liberty and the right of acquiring property, and generally of pursing and obtaining happiness and safety. That the people have an indubitable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to reform or change their government whenever it be found adverse or inadequate to the purpose of its institution.”

    Emergency Powers (http://www.cqpress.com/incontext/constitution/docs/constitutional_powers.html )
In times of crisis presidents often lay claim to extraordinary powers to preserve the nation. Such emergency powers are neither granted expressly to the president nor delegated to Congress by the Constitution. Instead, they are judged to reside purely in the need for leaders to protect national sovereignty and domestic order. The mandate in Article II that the president “preserve, protect and defend” the US Constitution and uphold its provisions is considered (by those who want those powers) to contain implicitly the notion of emergency powers. Yet that cannot be true since they are required to “PRESERVE”, not only “protect and defend” the US Constitution. In actuality all US Presidents are held to a higher standard then everyone else as they are the ones charges with implementing the “laws of the land” – all that are IN Pursuance thereof the US Constitution. The wording of the Presidential Oath was established in the Constitution in Article II, Section 1, Clause 8.

‘Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”’

Notice that the Framers placed the presidential Oath of Office after the beginning clauses which set forth the organization of the executive department, and before the ending clauses that specify the contours of the President’s assigned power. The President is required to take the oath after he assumes the office but before he can lawfully execute it. The location and phrasing of the Oath of Office Clause strongly suggest that it is not empowering, but that it is limiting – the clause limits how the President’s “executive power” is to be exercised.

Both the state and the federal governments get their powers from the people. From those who would know:

Thomas Jefferson: “The government created by this compact (the Constitution) was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself; since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution, the measure of its powers; but that, as in all other cases of compact among powers having no common judge, each party (the people of each state) has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress.”

Alexander Hamilton: “Every act of a delegated authority, contrary to the tenor of the commission under which it is exercised, is void. No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid. To deny this, would be to affirm, that the deputy is greater than his principal; that the servant is above his master; that the representatives of the people are superior to the people themselves; that men acting by virtue of powers, may do not only what their powers do not authorize, but what they forbid.”

James Madison, Federalist 46: “The Foederal and State Governments are in fact but different agents and trustees of the people, instituted with different powers, and designated for different purposes… They must be told that the ultimate authority, wherever the derivative may be found, resides in the people alone; and that it will not depend merely on the comparative ambition or address of the different governments, whether either, or which of them, will be able to enlarge its sphere of jurisdiction at the expence of the other. Truth no less than decency requires, that the event in every case, should be supposed to depend on the sentiments and sanction of their common constituents.”

James Madison: “The ultimate authority resides in the people, and that if the federal government got too powerful and overstepped its authority, then the people would develop plans of resistance and resort to arms.”

Federalist 57, James Madison wrote that Congress “can make no law which will not have its full operation on themselves and their friends, as well as on the great mass of the society.”

Madison, Federalist 39: “Each State, in ratifying the Constitution, is considered as a sovereign body, independent of all others, and only to be bound by its own voluntary act. In this relation, then, the new Constitution will, if established, be a FEDERAL, and not a NATIONAL constitution.”
Alexander Hamilton: “Until the people have, by some solemn and authoritative act, annulled or changed the established form, it is binding upon themselves collectively, as well as individually; and no presumption, or even knowledge, of their sentiments, can warrant their representatives in a departure from it, prior to such an act.”

It is past time for charges to be brought, hopefully arrests made, prosecutions carried out as is OUR law here in the USA; not this secretive, hidden 1st degree murder (assassination), criminal actions, treasonous actions,” police state” created by those domestic enemies and traitors that we trusted in places of higher power with a written contract they were oath-bound to follow.

I may be incorrect, but the terrorists he talks about, happens to be him and all the other cronies in D.C.

    Cal Says:

@ chuck, You are NOT wrong. Holder, and all the other cronies in D.C., are terrorist working against the USA. That means the he, and all the other cronies in D.C. no longer meet the agreements of the contract he/they are under and gave his/their lawfully binding Oath(s) that he/they, would support and defend the US Constitution above and before anything else.

    Can you say T R E A S O N? I can, and do.

28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.

If there were never intended to be action to defend the Constitution from those who are domestically attempting to destroy its power and authority, why would each Oath require it of those who take the Oaths?

–> “A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined; to which end a uniform and well-digested plan is requisite; and their safety and interest require that they should promote such manufactories as tend to render them independent of others for essential, particularly military, supplies.” George Washington

While the word extremest MIGHT be in order, Holder’s resounding words of “HOME GROWN TERRORIST” IS
at best void of substance. It is a smoke screen to put fear in the hearts of the unknowing sheeple who believe the “GOVERNMENT” knows all things. In fact it is the governments way of preparing to invoke Martial Law and put in check those personnel (Veterans) trained and informed, from interfering with their plan to take over this nation while it sleeps (and most citizenry are). This administration has isolated the Active Military personnel with their uncaring policies, relieved or retired those in command staff who they felt they couldn’t trust to do what they say (blindly and without questions), have and continue to murder vets through the VA policies, while militarizing the local law enforcement organizations. TO THE CURRENT ADMIN I SAYS THIS, WE AREN’T BLIND, STUPID, UNEDUCATED SHEEPLE. WE ARE AMERICAN VETS, CONSTITUTIONALIST, WE BELIEVE IN OUR HERITAGE, OUR NATION,OUR FREEDOM ENOUGH TO DEFEND THEM. NO MISSION TO DIFFICULT, NO SACRIFICE TO GREAT, DUTY FIRST. TO ALL———-SEMPER FI————-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Bob Fanning Says:

The Left gamed this whole scenario out years ago – I was involved in a discussion that started on the Huff Post just before the 2008 election about what the Left was going to have to do to reign in resistance from the whole “bitter clinger” crowd … and they all agreed a pandemic would be the perfect tool.

They would release something on the public that they had a cure for. They’d let it spread for a while, kill a bunch of (unimportant for the Left) people and let the media go wild, cause some mass chaos incidents over things like food, water, power, and fuel requiring Homeland Security to step in to regain order and implement some form of Martial Law – rescind our rights.

Then they’d roll out the “cure” via traveling armed paramilitary vaccination units – people would have to allow them to enter their homes and confiscate “contraband” before they’d be allowed the cure – guns, ammo, water and food stocks, inappropriate literature, computers and other non-controlled communication devices. People would be issued government cell phones with monitoring software, a lot of vehicles would be confiscated, many people would be moved to processing centers run by FEMA – especially those living outside cities or those who’d shown disloyalty or disruptive attitudes towards the State.

Society would be reordered and reorganized in a more efficient manner to mitigate the effects of climate change and stop people from wasting resources on frivolous or non-essential activities.

People who refused to comply would be denied treatment – possibly detained or executed for posing a danger to others … all of it under the constant bombardment of propaganda intended to hype the crisis and demonize people who resisted government controls and regulations.

i have been doing a lot of reading on these posts and it seems to be the same over and over. I agree with you whole heartly in regards to our Constitution being ripped apart, our Country being taken over by our own greedy government, the sheepies who follow them and our Military dismantled as to make us weak and displaced. They (FEMA, Homeland security and many other organizations) have been gathering information, weapons, ammunition, sheepies, etc. etc in prepartion for the “big one”…FALSE FLAG…that will send our country into a downward spiral paving the way for Martial Law to be declared.
We all know that bio terroism on our home soil is a very great possiblity and a scary one at that. I just am very frustrated because I want to know why are we not doing anything to stop any of this? What are we waiting for? What is going to be the final straw? I think its so foolish to wait for them (Big Brother and co.) to get all the necessary items that they will need in order to try to bring us down and control us like “sheep”. Why are we waiting for them to get all their ducks in a row, so to speak? This is one thing i have a hard time understanding. My thoughts were that Obama should of been dragged out of the White House long ago seeing as that he does not have the right to even be our President. But, no one does anything…Why?
I am a hardworking single mom who was an Air Force brat. My dad retired as a Major in AF and I was raised with a strong set of beliefs and morals. I may be single and female, but I am not afraid to stand up for what I believe in, no matter what! I would of never gotten as far as I have in life if I were a sheepie. I am an AMerican through and through. I am ready to do what ever it takes to defend our Constitution and our beloved Country. I joined OK because it was so empowering to know that there were other people that felt the same way I do. People that will not stick their heads in the sand and ignore the obvious. People that are not afraid to stand up and fight for what they believe in. I know I have skipped around on the subject at hand and for that I apologize. I guess I just need some answers to some very tough questions. I am for peace and love but that hasn’t gotten us anywhere. I just think its time for a change…..I would like to make some friends as well. It’s just a comfort knowing that someone out there will have my back…Thanks for taking the time to read this.
