Thank you for all of your help at the Bundy Ranch. This government has gone nuts with this administration. We cannot continue to go down this road.

The sheriff and the Governor are the cause of all this as they should have stepped up in the beginning and this would never have gotten this far.

Now to get Reid and the Sheriff out also the Governor.

US Citizens have agreed, and some even requested the idea that our Government use his drones to kill everyone at the Bundy Ranch.

    What happened?

Defend the American people? So many of them deserve to be slaves.

Boy I’ll tell you this not something you would ever hear me say up until after 2001, but I haveenever been more proud of law enforcement in my life. We are in a very serious problem with the entire Federal cabal, it is not a real government until they find it necessary. The Republic needs to be reestablished formally and in public the government corporation must be closed and the real Republic established
It’s beyond me how media like Daily KOS or the Poverty Law center can make such unfounded comments ,I guess a prostitute needs a pimp. I hope that is not too strong of an analogy. I went further to learn the foundation to the situation by listening to the 3 videos of Sheriff Nye and the Hage incident. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7dO8nA4kcgU
We can substantiate the complete change by the ABC’S to agency’s who have betrayed the American people and are directly attacking the very people who gave them their ability to provide us protection. The path is clear and uniting the American people to end the tyranny is evident
and once the climate change and genocide spraying is stopped we will begin to regain the momentum.

BTW the these videos make commenting difficult, could you move them down?

It’s Patriots like you, and your actions, that make me still proud to be an American. Our government?? Not so much.

One thing I’ve been extremely curious about is who gave the order to the BLM to conduct this ’seizure’. If you know, and can say, whether publicly or privately, I would greatly appreciate it.

I salute you, hug you and high five you. Y’all kick butt!

Keep your eyes open, no doubt the fed will try and find another way. I believe they are just going to lay low until everyone goes on home and then perform a lightening strike before the people can react quick enough. Stay diligent !!!!!

I’m not an attorney or even a scholar of the Constitution, but is seems fairly clear that the judges and BLM agents in this situation are in violation of their oath of office to support and obey the Constitution. A few excerpts from the Bill of Rights , then comments
    Seventh Amendment
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved…
    Sixth Amandment
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime…
    Fifth Amendment
No person shall be …be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.
Seventh Amendment: I looked up the description of common law and it’s a little vague but seems to separate most law from specialized kinds like maritime law. The Bundy case seems to fit common law. The cattle are certainly worth more than twenty dollars, so the case should be determined by a jury. That hasn’t happened, just some judges ruling.
Sixth Amendment: The jury that should have been provided should be a jury of Nevadan peers. Twenty years later and still holding doesn’t seem speedy and none of the proceeding have been public.
Fifth Amendment: Bundy has certainly been deprived of property without due process.
In the case of Little v. Barreme – 6 U.S. 170 (1804), the Supreme Court ruled that the Captain (Little) of a US warship obeying an unlawful order from the President was personally liable for the resulting monetary damages to a Dutch merchant ship. There have been several more recent cases with similar results. The point being that each individual judge in this case and each individual BLM agent (or other law enforcement officer who has taken the standard oath of office) is individually and personally liable for his decision to perform an unconstitutional act. It’s a fairly onerous responsibility, but it comes with the territory. These judges and BLM agents should be indicted and tried for the consequences of their individual and collective illegal acts.

“…instructions cannot change the nature of the transaction or legalize an act which without those instructions would have been a plain trespass.
