Richard Mack To Be Featured On Fox Business Channel

Richard Mack

This alert comes from Sheriff Mack and the CSPOA

Look for me on the Fox Business show “Lou Dobbs Tonight” this coming Tuesday, April 1.  No joke!  This could be a big event for raising awareness of the CSPOA.  The program starts at the following times:

7pm Eastern, 6pm Central, 5pm Mountain, 4pm Pacific

Not sure if you get the Fox Business Channel?  Here’s a link to a channel finder that can tell you how to find it in your area:  Fox Business Channel Finder

As you know, the CSPOA uses most of the funds it receives to hold conferences where members of the law enforcement community and those serving in public office can receive free training from some of this nation’s greatest constitutional scholars, lawyers, and fellow sheriffs.  An increase in awareness can only help our membership and donations grow, allowing us to hold conventions more often and in more cities!

Jan 2014 Resolution Update

Have you seen the list of resolution signers lately? It’s currently sitting at 219 names, including 33 sheriffs, 22 others in law enforcement and 29 currently serving in public office, with 10 state reps from Utah and 4 from Washington! Are you among them?  Why not?

It’s only powerful when we are united.

Please follow this link to read the resolution on our web site, where you can see others who have signed and add your name to the list.

Great job, Sheriff Mack! I wasn’t able to watch it “live”, but I did catch the video replay: http://video.foxbusiness.com/v/3419896759001/calls-for-sheriffs-in-vermont-to-ignore-new-gun-measures/?playlist_id=937116489001#sp=show-clips. You made EXCELLENT points! We could REALLY use you here in California – especially in Los Angeles County! We have an upcoming election in November where we can break the 15+ year reign of “anti-CCW issue” Lee Baca with a CONSTITUTIONAL Sheriff if such a candidate exists in Los Angeles County.

Lou Dobbs threw me off when he stated that “I think that everyone has great confidence and faith in their Sheriff and local law enforcement” so it’s obvious he has NO idea what goes on here – and in many other places (Connecticut rings a bell). And from the comments that Mr. Dobbs made throughout the interview leads me to believe he really has NO idea what is going on in the 2A arena & how close we are to losing it. How sad! He needs to read your books: “The County Sheriff-America’s Last Hope” and “The Magic of Gun Control”. The education would do him good.

On another note – anytime the SPLC gets p*ssed off about something, means we did something right! http://www.splcenter.org/blog/2014/04/02/richard-mack-pitches-classic-posse-comitatus-theory-on-foxs-lou-dobbs-tonight/

Finally air time. For what it’s worth, In my digging we have been here before. 787 AD remember 740AD. It is History. Nothing implied telling history.
Charlemagne King of the Franks Holy Roman Empire beheads 5000 unarmed Saxons and takes their God Wotan/Odin forces a change in religion. Now we see it again today around the world. I’m losing my sweet Jesus now, a stolen story from Mythology used to enslave others? I see more on the screen than in church. I questioned these two 40 years ago. Such manipulation. Now the Internet -our communication given away.

Yes Nancy,Sheriff Mack has been an inspiration to me for a long time. His statement that we “Can’t be afraid to get involved anymore” could have been said by Franklin or Jefferson or Madison. I, like you have been frustrated by the “DUH” factor when talking to people, they can be so unaware! I mentioned the YEE case to a fellow last night….Never heard of it…But this same type of disconnect is prevalent even among people like Dobbs, and even among high officials who are charged with important decisions. As an example of this You could take the recent 9th circuit Peruta decision.Yes, it was a victory for us, but the wording of it could twist you out of your chair. It refers to gun ownership as a “Privilege” – Cites our standing army and police as a protective force that makes private gun ownership nearly obsolete, when the threat from a standing army is the primary reason for 2A – and refers to the “Real problem of gun violence” when DOJ figures show that gun violence is at a decades long low point.Does the 9th circuit use Piers Morgan as their source of information? I have to remind myself that our original revolution took years and years to germinate,
and just keep on prosletising…………………IL…..Neil, Los Osos Ca.
