OKLAHOMA CITY, Mar. 4, 2014 – A bill that would nullify Agenda 21 in Oklahoma passed through the state house today

HB2807, the “Oklahoma Community Protection Act,” would prohibit any state agency or political subdivision from adopting or implementing “policy recommendations that deliberately or inadvertently infringe upon or restrict private property rights without due process.” It also would void any previous commitments which may have been made under Agenda 21 or a similar program. It reads, “any debt or commitment to an international or federal entity whereby the citizens did not have the ability to exercise their constitutional rights shall be considered null and void.”

The bill passed by a vote of 66-26.

“This bill protects your private property from being acquired by eminent domain from without a public vote or public hearing,” said bill sponsor, Rep. Lewis Moore.

The United Nations passed Agenda 21 in 1992 at its Conference on Environmental and Development. The global initiative encompasses a wide range of programs meant to promote “sustainability.” It works its way into the U.S. system through a back door strategy, targeting local governments. Objections to Agenda 21 include violations  of personal property rights, the erosion of state and local authority, and  binding of the United States to international agreements contrary to the U.S. Constitution.

HB2805 now moves to the state senate, where it will first need to be passed by a committee before the full senate has an opportunity to concur.

This is great stuff and we need 10x more of it among the States. Here in Ca.,Assemblyman Donnelly’s Liberty Preservation Act is now law, and we are working with the Sheriff in our County to ensure it’s spirit.Aside from 10A, we have Sheriff Mack’s landmark SCOTUS decision as a firm legal basis.

Oklahoma is the first state to wake up to the danger of the draconian agenda 21 system. Hopefully more will follow.

Actually, it’s not. Alabama did it with SB477 in June 2012. A few other states have passed resolutions and some have tried to get it passed, but only got through one of the legislatures or the gov wouldn’t sign it. This also can be fought at local city levels as many (as in Santa Clarita, CA) have signed up against citizen’s wishes.

Oklahoma bound! I’ve been told twice in twenty years to go to OK. Once, to collect my 40 acres and mule since I am part Cherokee, but no, got to do it the hard way. I need to see what they are doing about fluoride (rat poison)anway. Tempting. I went on a site recently and did some research on a cabal, their site on history details. 1200-1300 AD they were removed from England for poisoning the water wells, and more. Same old tricks in the new age.

What’s mind boggling is the fact that 26 voted against the law! Where are their heads?
