The following video comes from RT.
MI5 whistleblower Annie Machon reveals a truth about fear and freedom. Those who live in fear are easily manipulated by those whose promise safety, regardless whether that safety is ever produced. To think clearly, the element of fear must be removed from the psyche. It is easier than one might think to remove fear from your life. Each new unknown must be looked at, not with fear, but with the thought of adventure. Will you lose your job? Look for something that interests you, not necessarily a job, but a means of survival that excites you, that becomes an adventure. Don’t dwell on the negative, rather, turn the negative into a positive. Look at each new person you meet as someone with something to offer you, and give them something in return. Maybe it is just listening to them; really listening. You may find a benefactor, or maybe just a caring friend.
Living in fear is not helping you. Worrying about that knock on the door that may never come simply drains your energy. Do what you can to prepare for the worst. Make friends. Don’t obsess about what might, or might not, happen.
Something else: Hold firm in your convictions about right and wrong. Don’t waiver. Come judgement day, you will be judged on what you did in your life. – Shorty Dawkins, Associate Editor
