(NaturalNews) In response to current efforts by federal occupying powers to scrap the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and eliminate the freedom of Americans to own firearms, the state of Wyoming has introduced new legislation to nullify any and all attempts at a nationwide gun grab. Known as House Bill 0104, or The Firearm Protection Act, the legislation will actually make it a crime for any official to attempt to enforce a federal ban on firearm ownership, with penalties of up to five years in prison of $5,000 in fines for those who might try.
