We will never disarm. We will never surrender our military pattern, semi-automatic rifles and the full capacity magazines, parts, and ammunition that go with them. The fundamental purpose of the Second Amendment is to preserve the military power of We the People so we will have effective means to resist tyranny. Regardless of what unholy, unconstitutional filth issues from the mouths of oath breakers in “Mordor on the Potomac” our answer is MOLON LABE.

It is necessary for there to be a visible tip of the “patriot iceberg,” so the domestic enemies know we are serious – to know that we are everywhere, both in the ranks of the current serving and among the population. It is also good to have a large mass under the surface that is harder to quantify and harder to track. That keeps the bad guys awake at night, wondering how big that unseen mass really is, and where it is. It causes strategic uncertainty in their furtive little minds – and that is good.
Whether you choose to be part of that visible tip who sign their full name to the pledges, or part of the relatively anonymous mass under the surface (keep in mind that true privacy is extremely difficult online), it is critical for you to send a message that you are here, you are not afraid, and you will resist. And the most important audience for that message is the American people, so they will know that there are still men and women of honor who will stand tall and meet the test. It also helps each of us to know that we are not alone in this fight. There will be a defender of the Constitution to your right, and to your left, and you should not despair.
Together, we can save what is left of the Republic if we all STAND NOW (or at least assure that it will not fall without a real fight), so let us let go of fear, and step up, shoulder-to-shoulder with all those who are willing to defend our homes and the Bill of Rights, which are worth fighting for, as Marine General Smedley Butler, the warrior’s warrior, urged us. History is watching. Our children are watching.

How long, until there is another mass shooting? How long until they decide that banning the sale of assault rifles and high cap magazines is not enough? How long until they decide that we can no longer be trusted with any weapons? That day is coming. Sooner than you think. Their intentions to completely disarm us, have never been more obvious. They brazenly speak of a “Safer America”, without guns. They label ALL GUNOWNERS and GUN RIGHT SUPPORTERS as stupid, violent, rednecks and flatout terrorists. We point fingers at the Government, The President, and all the Oligarchs, leading in the background. But, I feel we’ve missed a vital part of their communist takeover. The media. The media, for the most part, are as guilty of treason, as any of them. People like Piers Morgan, Chris Matthews, and hundreds of others, have done more to usurp the constitution, than Government ever could.
You are correct, they have acted, brazenly, and in a traitorous fashion. The time for talking has ended. The time for action is upon us. I fear only bloodshed will curtail this tyranny. May God help us. Pray for this nation, and those who stand for freedom. We are being called to stand in the gap, once again. Let’s not feign from this calling, gentlemen. Embrace it, with all your love. There is no greater cause to fight for, freedom. No enemy more worthy of out aggression and sacrifice, tyranny.

I am a civilian Oath Keeper if you will. I have never served in law enforcement, nor in the military. I will stand shoulder to shoulder with any American who promises to defend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights with their life. I know since I have never seen any hit by a bullet, I may not make the best soldier, but damn it, my brothers and sisters did, so I can too. It will be a cold day in hell before I back down from these thugs who try and intimidate us, for I am fighting for my son’s future and will not back down. God Bless America and those who stand against tyranny.

The soldier’s relishing the thought of a violent death is a difficult philosophy to follow, but it is necessary to respect the weapon for what it is- not a phallic accouterment to show your buddies, but a very real, very deadly thing – an object that demands of its users an understanding that they can and may perish while using it for its intended purpose. Relishing any part of a battle rifle, except for the reality it represents, is perverse.
That was the indoctrination I received as a new recruit, and it is from a philosophy of supreme respect for your weapon – central to the discipline of a soldier, or a free citizen.

I have been an Oathkeeper for upwards of two years, I have served in the US Navy, was an Immigration Detention Officer for four years, and currently work as a Correctional Officer going into my twenty seventh year, I know the value of my Oath! The Quislings in Washington have completely sold us out, there is no one fighting for the “average” American, only those who pander to one group or another that has their hands out looking for freebies. Now we have the alleged Senator Feinstein attempting to restrict our 2nd amendment rights, who demands that all magazine fed weapons be rendered illegal, these are indeed trying times. We need to organize, if we don’t we will be of no use to ourselves or others, we need a chain of command, we need logistics, we need to prepare to fight the forces of tyranny, if we fail, not only will the USA go down, ALL freedom loving peoples across the globe will be destroyed. Our nation has been plundered, our jobs given over to slave labor, our morals and standards ridiculed, an avowed communist muslim in the White House and people want us to sign petitions? F*ck petitions, we need to act and soon before the tyranny gets too powerful.
[Note from Elias Alias, editor: Chris, I feel your pain, but Oath Keepers remains a strictly educational organization. We do not organize resistance movements, for obvious reasons. But to honor the gravity in your plea for organization, I'd like to say a couple of things for you here please. First, anyone attempting to organize a resistance with logistics and a chain of command must first establish just who (and how many) "we" are. It's that "WE" word - who are they, how many of them are there, and what communication system could safely be used to organize them into a unified force? It's a pretty tall order, wouldn't you agree?
Secondly, Chris, what we can "organize" is an educational program which will help the countless Americans who are presently waking up to our dire situation for the first time. Millions of Americans are suddenly snapping out of their dream-states and are waking up very frightened and confused, and almost all of them are totally ignorant of the Constitution's provisions for how to lawfully correct the sort of massive errors in which our Federal government is currently mired.

This film is in my opinion the most important film project of 2013. It is about the Second Amendment, including the part of that Amendment which requires a "well-regulated militia". I am calling on everyone to help fund the completion of this film. Already we have got Ron Paul in the movie, and also our Founder, Stewart Rhodes, and Chuck Baldwin and G. Edward Griffin. We are expecting to interview seven more experts in completing this movie. Okay. Presuming now that you've checked out both the movie and the book, which in my opinion are the two most important tools "we" have today, please consider doing some "boots-on-the-ground" work by telling one other person about these two wonderful tools for liberty. My new project for Veterans is to motivate each Veteran in his own community to get out the front door and go meet someone and talk with them about the principles of Oath Keepers, the movie Molon Labe, and the book,
The Sword and Sovereignty. My marching orders, so to speak, are simple - "Each one teach one."
If each Oath Keeper would commit to teaching at least one more person to understand the Oath, the Constitution, and the proper role of the Militia of the several States as this movie and Dr. Vieira's book provide, and do it again each month while the numbers expand exponentially, we will soon have our Republic back without having to aggress anyone anywhere. I just read an article by an individual named Rita Elaine Elkins from Cornville, Arizona, who appears to suggest “prior restraint” somehow figures into a responsibility to give up our 2nd amendment rights. It is in resonse to the included article by Doug Melton(both are here, Mr. Melton’s and Elaines). Prior restraint is a 1st Amendment issue tough is to be acknowledged by the requirements of the 14th. I really don’t see her connection. Mr. Melton’s remarks about “Little Johnny” are well taken.

The first step (in my humble opinion) is to gather with one unified voice. Expend time and treasure to fight peacefully against the onslaught of violations. If we are not willing to dedicate the time and treasure for the peaceful fight, will we be dedicated to provide the time, treasure and blood when forced? Our forefathers designed a system to push back against tyranny of a central government. It is our state and local folks we need to push first. We need to coordinate with other like-minded organizations to build a strong voice and presence. Of course, knowing our foe’s approach arms us with insight to their approach. Saul Alinsky wrote the book our current president developed his strategy on. Let’s not fall into the very trap “they” are trying to set but use their tactics against them. Stand and present yourself with honor, pride and dignity but also with the resolve that should the day come, we will also dedicate our lives to protect our country and her constitution. Our oponents want us to react in a manner that will drive support from our cause. We must gather support not drive it away. We must fight the good fight AND the smart fight. Should all peaceful attmepts to thwart the onslaught of tyranny fail, I stand ready to give my life just as I swore years ago. God Bless America.

As a veteran who still has many connections serving today, I can assure you the Oath Keepers Pledge is being reviewed and accepted. Working in law enforcement now and it too is discussed but from my guess only about half accept, too many cops that would step on their own mothers throat for a better assignment. All too often this new breed of cop violates the Constitution and the civil rights of the people. From where I see it, from their steroid abuse is obvious and the chain of command not only tolerates this behavior, but they encourage and protect these juice head abusers .

This is not a surprise I’m sure. Last night I watched the history channel about the Men who built America, the elite from JP Morgan,Rockefeller, Carnegie it was very good information on how the elite operated in the later century through their deaths into the 1900’s. They even put down millions of dollars and bought the govenor McKinley who ran for president in 1896. Stating they would buy their president. They also paid out money to the journalist to put false words in the competitors mouth onto paper discouraging his voters. The elite haven’t changed much I’d think. Prescott Bush backs Hitler, his son G. Bush signs us up with the U.N. Agenda 21, giving us away more like it, and his son G. Bush signs us up for the Amero dollars and no borders. I don’t get it, if we all become slaves how do they have a market to make anymore money. Without a free world it comes to a halt for everyone. Worth watching so you know you are not a conspiracy theorist. It is for real, back room deals then and now.
