GOP prepares to file lawsuit against Holder

….House Republicans will file suit in an effort to compel [AG Eric] Holder to release documents associated with the failed “Fast and Furious” gun-walking operation.

“We’ll be filing a civil case during the break,” Issa told NBC, “We will expect a day in court before a federal judge, which we have a 100 percent chance that the judge will hold that these documents should be delivered.”

During negotiations between House Republicans and Holder in June, the White House invoked executive privilege on the documents Issa had requested for his investigation. Issa says that a federal judge should find that executive privilege does not apply to the documents he is requesting.

…The House voted on June 28th, 255-67, to hold Holder in contempt of Congress for not turning over documents related to the Fast and Furious operation. During that vote, the vast majority of Democrats walked off the floor of the House in protest of a measure they saw as a political witch hunt.

Soon after the House found Holder in contempt of Congress, the Justice Department penned a letter to House Republicans saying it would not be pursuing the case, stating that “the attorney general’s response to the subpoena issued by the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform does not constitute a crime.”

I would like to post the first comment under this article please.

Here we have an Attorney General who has lied through his teeth, obfuscated, prevaricated, distorted, and outright lied to the Congress of the United States of America while holding a Cabinet-level position in the people’s trust.

While Holder is not the first AG to deceive the public and/or the Congress on serious criminality, he has managed to conceal more than previous AGs. It is public record now, years later, that AG William French Smith (Reagan administration) told the CIA in writing (on US AG letterhead no less) that the CIA did not need to report drug smuggling by employees and non-employees of CIA, Holder has continued the policy of government-sponsored drug smuggling in addition to actually arming the Mexican drug cartels.

Holder was overseer in charge of Operation Fast and Furious which assisted Mexican drug cartels to purchase guns from U.S. gun shops. But Holder also is overseer of the DEA, which has now been caught helping the Mexican drug cartels smuggle the dope across the US/Mexican border.

Let me make this as plain as I can. Holder’s “policy” at the U.S. Department of Justice has found good reason to arm the drug cartels and to assist them in getting the drugs across our border into the American black market. And it goes deeper than just that. When Wachovia Bank was caught laundering $378 billion dollars of Mexican drug cartel money, the U.S. government fined Wachovia one hundred sixty million dollars for Wachovia’s crimes. As quickly as Wachovia paid that huge fine Wachovia was promptly bought out by Wells Fargo, which then received an immediate cash infusion of billions of dollars under the bankers bailout scheme. Launder the money by the billions of dollars, pay a paltry few million when caught, sell the laundering bank to a bigger bank which collects a bonus for having bought out the offending bank – and nobody gets indicted, no body gets charged with a crime, and nobody goes to jail. Neat, eh?

So what we have is a government in WDC which finds reason to smuggle guns into the drug-cartel’s hands, help the cartels get their drugs into America, and looks the other way when the profits for all that criminality are laundered here in America by American banks like Wachovia, Citibank, and Wells Fargo. (If you don’t already know about Citibank’s involvement in drug running and money laundering, stand by, because you’ll discover that right here at Oath Keepers’ national website.)

I bring all this up to expose the dog-and-pony show our idiot “leaders” in WDC are offering the American people with this miserable exercise in selling the people the idea that our government is working to police itself. It is not policing itself, cannot police itself, and has no intention of policing itself. Our central government in WDC is not our government and has not been our government for decades. It is an imposter government which is exactly why it does not honor its founding legal charter. This imposter government has been complicit in the fraud of the Federal Reserve System, Inc., since its inception and every President except JFK has gone along with the deception of the Federal Reserve. When Kennedy decided to take the issuance of our money away from the Fed and put it back into the U.S. Treasury where it belongs, President Kennedy was properly disposed of. The CIA is suspect in that assassination, which followed on the heels of Kennedy’s firing of Allen Dulles, General Cabal, and Richard Bissell. Dulles had helped create the CIA, and had risen to head of CIA (DCI of CIA) under President Eisenhower before Kennedy came to office.) Dulles also sat on the Warren Commission which was to investigate Kennedy’s assassination. Odd that, eh? But I digress.

As I was saying, this government refuses to police itself. Holder is guilty of facilitating the importation of illegal drugs, is guilty of malfeasance in prosecuting money laundering banks when they’re caught, and is guilty of exporting arms illegally into Mexico for the Mexican drug cartels.

And Congress has not once arrested this bastard or charged him with a crime, but instead has settled for playing yo-yo with the damned courts to give the impression that Holder shall meet with justice in the end. He will not meet with justice, for the entire system is stacked against letting the criminal go to prison for his massive crimes. So well aware of this is Holder that he never flinched when lying to Congress or appealing to the White House for protection against an irate and awakening public.

I insist that Holder be arrested and charged with multiple crimes and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law – for illegal gun smuggling; for money laundering; and for illegal drug smuggling. All they’re trying to do to this criminal is charge him with lying to Congress. Sheesh!

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.

Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.
