The Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) will host its second national convention for constitutional training in Las Vegas this September 16-18, 2012.

Sheriff Richard Mack has opened the 2^nd Annual Constitutional Sheriffs And Peace Officers Convention to the general public. Patriots, Activists, Community Leaders may attend. Reservations are recommended. See details here: http://www.cspoa.org/guest_registration.php

All Oath Keepers and Supporters are asked to get behind Sheriff Mack’s remarkable program for Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers as their Association produces its second national Convention. What does it mean that Sheriff Mack endorsed Mitt Romney (who supports assassinating American citizens without charge or trial, and also supports NDAA)?

Throughout my 53 years, I have gotten to know many Police Officers. I have also seen many officers with the GOD image. I understand the adrenaline rush they get at times. How ever many of them feel they are ABOVE the law. Many will not hesitate to disarm any american. Many abuse the system they are sworn to protect. Mostly because they are truly ignorant of the Constitution and the Law. I am PROUD to see some of the Sheriffs of America stand up to be heard as far as keeping their oath to Serve and Protect, and to uphold the Constitution. America would truly appreciate you and your fellow officers if you would also enforce the law against other officers that attempt to be above the law. TEACH them the true nature of the constitution and the laws it embelishes.

This site is dedicated to the memory of John William Adams (1925-2006), Marine and Oath Keeper extraordinaire.

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.

Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.

Founder Stewart Rhodes

He is a former firearms instructor and former member of Rep. Ron Paul’s DC staff.

Stewart previously wrote the monthly Enemy at the Gates column for S.W.A.T. Magazine

Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Miller prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
