Every four years the helm of the USS America is given to the most popular ‘captain’ to navigate our ship to some shore for commerce and prosperity for its crew.
The ’ship’ has been neglected by not following a constitution of remedy and sound practices that would make it safe for passage through many storms. Through the pilfering of its stores and stealing its critical infrastructure or by diverting resources for ill gained profits for a few it is heading for a rocky shore of tragedy.
Each new captain offered to those on board will only move the rudder a small amount to the right or to the left keeping the engine running at breakneck speed as the end of the voyage quickly becomes a destiny of history again, like so many others.
There are those who want to destroy this ship so they can build another, a bigger one this time with the flag of all nations under their bridge. And passage on this new ship will cost you and your children dearly for many many generations.
Perhaps one will throw out the anchor and others make plans for a mutiny.? But hark!
It is the dinner bell and they are serving free lobster and drinks for everyone. One cannot pass up a free meal after all; this is a pleasure cruise isn’t it?

I just signed up for Oath Keepers. I am having second thoughts after seeing them feature the bomb thrower himself Chuck Baldwin. I am NOT a Romney supporter (will vote for him though) but Baldwin is an “absolutist” and it’s his way or the highway. I doubt that he has ever made a mistake (in his own mind). Ron Paul is the same and while some of his positions are great about 25% are off the reservation for instance his position on Islam and that its our fault they are attacking us. He would do well to read what Thomas Jefferson had to say about the Arabs and why they were attacking us back then.

Claude, I know a lot of folks who are resolved to vote for either Ron Paul or Obama. They are telling me that if Ron Paul is not the Republican candidate then they shall vote for Obama. Why? Simple:
If Obama gets back into office, the revolution is sure to hasten into reality and the people shall finally throw off this insane socialist mechanism called the Federal government. These people are telling me that it’s that bad “out there”. I tend to agree. Romney is just another banksters’ bitch. A vote for him is the same as a vote for Obama, because they both work for the same new world order power-elite, same as did Bush 41, Clinton, and Bush 43.
That’s one thing. Another is the fact that any excuse you may harbor mentally about holding your nose and voting for the lesser of two evils is a violation of the sanctity of your soul and your conscience. Better to vote third party, or not vote at all, than to vote for a candidate who does not represent your own personal values. That is the quintessential “wasted vote” – any vote which does not reflect one’s own conscience. Consider: for the past Century Americans have done just what you’re proposing – voting for the lesser of two evils. How has that worked out for America? Looks to me like we’re in deep doo-doo because we’ve played the globalists’ game – the so-called “two party system” or “left-right paradigm”.

I am a proud member of the Oath Keepers and am fully onboard. I have been preparing in most all ways, my question tho is, is there like minded people around Erwin,Tn that when the SHTF I could team up with to gain and help protect not only our freedom but to protect our families too? There are strength in numbers this is a given of course.

Guys If you think that Rand and Ron Paul had not discussed every aspect of Rand’s supporting Romney you are kidding yourselves. This course of action was planned out long ago. Like it or not Ron Paul has been a Politician for 30 + years. He plays the game as well, and sometimes better than any of them. There are no perfect candidates, Jesus is not running for office. Are Paul and his supporters going to be able to push the pile in the right direction at the convention? you bet. As far as we would like? Not by a long way. But we keep working at it Put down the Alex Jones crack pipe, don’t let yourself get sucked down the hate hole. Get involved, do good, we keep hammering away and never quit. Understand the progressive agenda was a 100+ year plan,do we have that kind of fortitude to turn this around? We had better.
