SET UP: We have access at 0800. Bernie of VA MOD fame runs the set up crew. We have 3 popups for rain or heavy sun, abreast or staggered; and a 3 table front public outreach activity. We expect 3 to 6 thousand visitors.
CWP: VA is an open carry state, & honors CWP of all States that honor theirs. MD is NOT honored.
We already have 40 people RSVP’d for the fairgrounds tables, and 49 for dinner, with 7 states so far represented, with at least 2 Chapter Presidents joining us with Rex McTyeire also attending. Get RSVPS out now to Rex for either, with a total head count, if you have not already RSVP’d on the forum. Bring your own folding chairs and prepare for a good time mixed with some maximum RTI and public outreach. We can take all comers to the Fair, but Dinner seats are limited: email@example.com .
