Conservative Action Alerts had reported the dangers relating to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 in the last months of 2011 before it was signed into law by Barack Obama on New Years Eve.

Section 1021 of the NDAA contains language that endangers American citizens by nullifying essential liberties guaranteed by the Constitution — rights to privacy and a fair trial.

HR 3785 — which repeals section 1021 — was introduced by Representative Ron Paul (R-TX) on January 18, 2012. A portion of Rep. Paul’s statement is as follows:
“Section 1021 essentially codifies into law the very dubious claim of presidential authority under the 2001 Authorization for the Use of Military Force to indefinitely detain American citizens without access to legal representation or due process of law. Section 1021 provides for the possibility of the US military acting as a kind of police force on US soil, apprehending terror suspects – including Americans — and whisking them off to an undisclosed location indefinitely. No right to attorney, no right to trial, no day in court.”

HR 3785 reads simply: “Section 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (Public Law 112–81) is hereby repealed.”

NDAA and expatriate acts are acts of desperation by desperate people. The 1% are cowards and they know something we don’t.These acts are preemptive strikes of intimidation and manipulation, two things our corporation driven government is very good at. Reading over a hundred pages of financial news every week for years now, I’ve come up with a theory. All the countries around the globe are witnessing what’s going on with the western countries and their failed fiat currencies, backed with nothing more than the dubious word of their governments. While these countries watch our demise, they are vigorously building their gold supply to back their currencies. They are also rallying around China with their trillions of cash on hand while distancing themselves from western countries saddled with hundreds of trillions of dollars/Euros in debt. With the petro-dollar losing traction, the day of its destruction is drawing very near. Soon, we will need our OWN gold backed currency to trade with the rest of the world. Herein lies the rub. Basing our currency on gold would be a fairly simple matter IF, we had the gold. And the vast consensus of experts believe our 8,000 tons of gold in Fort Knox is no longer there. Were this the case it would force the US into a bank holiday, restructuring the dollar to some lesser form of currency by pennies on the dollar in every account, of every type, everywhere. All the years of retirement gone…savings…gone…pensions…gone. And where would all the people go, all at once to seek retribution for their sudden poverty? I know if this were to happen to me, no amount of laws or intimidation would stop me from confronting the perpa-traitors behind this disgusting and final act of thievery by the 1% on the American people. They’ve waged a financial war opposed to a physical which is not only illegal but unlikely to be supported by the military. While the government is very good at hiding and censoring things from the American public, this is one of those things they simply cannot hide or run away from.

NDAA is treason! The provisions in this bill will only ultimately force patriots into armed conflict. This is what you call “levying war”. According to article 3, Section 3 of the U.S. constitution, this and only this is treason. We have a civil “duty” to defend ourselves against a rogue government. We have a second amendment that states we have the right to bare arms as a last resort to defend ourselves. So why is Newark New Jersey trying to illegalize ammunition? Why can you be called a terrorist threat if you own guns now? Why can you be called a terrorist threat if you speak out against your government? Why is our government stripping away our rights to defend ourselves against them?

416 people throughout congress and the senate, and including our president voted for this obomanation, my fault, abomination. They need to be tried for acts of constitutional treason, I also feel at this point, after writing so many media outlets with no actions about this act of treason, the MSM should be tried for conspiracy to treason [excluding fox surprisingly, their lucky they have freedom watch]. Ill admit im scared to walk in a court house and file these charges by myself. I probably wont make it back out the front door. Yet they say we can do this through petitions, why? Our constitution clearly states: “ No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of “TWO [2]” Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.” This was going on long before Obama was in office though. Not this exact bill, but acts along these lines but not to the same extreme, as of lately. I wanted change over three years ago. I voted for Obama. I am ashamed of myself for voting a traitor into office. A man that later stated “he feels the constitution is an imperfect document“, and a man who has stated “he believes in china’s “one child law””. So I say, treason charges for these 416 people, maybe with the exception of the forty-some that voted for Ron Paul’s legislation to repeal these provisions, but removal of all on the strength that this bill claims the world as a battle zone, and in no way is this a benefit of this country. It only puts us in more peril, and more jeopardy. I also say removal of any persons who voted for the patriot act as well….. F*** it, and the enemy expatriation act that plays off the provisions of the immigration and nationality act. To be honest, im only twenty-five years old, im sure there are more then these bills iv mentioned so far. If anyone in office was in office and voted for the internment camps of ww2, they need to go as well. Anyone who has ever voted for any bill that steps on our rights should go. that’s my opinion
