Below is an urgent alert from the John Birch society regarding Senate Bill 1867, the Defense Authorization Act of 2012, which will give clear congressional support and authorization for indefinite military detention and military trial of American citizens. If passed, this will amount to a declaration of war against the American people, authorizing the Obama Administration and all future administrations to treat Americans the same as citizens of occupied Iraq or Afghanistan, subjecting us all to military jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the international laws of war, rather than our Bill of Rights and our domestic criminal laws, upon the mere say so of Obama or one of his minions.

The spokesman said he did not know if there was any current review of defense exports to Pakistan in light of strained relations with the U.S. “I know that our security assistance program does continue,” Toner said. “You know, it’s an important part of our counterterrorism efforts.”

While there is no reliable evidence that Sen. Feinstein knew she was improperly disclosing data she had been provided, a Senator so active in promulgating new gun laws not knowing existing ones is the most innocuous explanation if she did not. If that’s the case, it strongly implies someone at Justice used the Senator.

I believe in the Constitution, the ideas which led to its inception, and the principles for which it still reminds us to stand today. The Framers of our Republic knew the dangers of a perpetual Warfare State and advocated free trade with all and entanglements with none. They understood that war breaks down the moral fiber of a nation, which has both cultural and economic consequences. The Founding Fathers of our nation envisioned a population that would keep itself educated and vigilant about the danger of government overreach into any and all parts of individuals’ lives and affairs. If you don’t keep your rights secure, don’t be surprised when you no longer have any. Freedom is fragile, and liberty is losable. Passivity, complacency, disinterest, ignorance, and taking the Blessings of Liberty for granted are our enemies and the conditions which will sink any future for American greatness.

An affidavit supporting the search warrant that precipitated the raid describes the department’s suspicions about Guerena in a drug investigation that appeared more focused on his brother, and his brother’s father-in-law. Guerena’s brother does not have a listed number and other family members have ignored written requests from the AP for comment.
Sheriff’s Capt. Chris Nanos, who heads the criminal investigations division and oversaw the Guerena case, said that high-powered rifles and bulletproof vests that were found in Guerena’s home after the shooting back up investigators’ belief that Guerena was involved in drug trafficking. A shotgun found in the home was reported stolen in Tucson in 2008.

And here’s a telling quote: “I had spent a good part of my life enforcing the penal code, but not understanding my oath of office,” Sheriff Dean Wilson of Del Norte (Sacramento) County told the group. “I was ignorant and naive, but now I know of the assault against our people by the federal government,” he said, receiving some of the loudest and longest applause of the gathering.

It was mostly the young people of this nation who elected Obama and the Democratic Congress. You fell for the “Hope and Change” which in reality was nothing but “Hype and Lies.” You have tasted socialism and seen evil face to face, and have found you don’t like it after all. You make a lot of noise, but most are all too interested in their careers or “Climbing the Social Ladder” to be involved in such mundane things as patriotism and voting. Many of those who fell for the “Great Lie” in 2008 are now having buyer’s remorse. With all the education we gave you, you didn’t have sense enough to see through the lies and instead drank the ‘Cool-Aid.’ Now you’re paying the price and complaining about it. No jobs, lost mortgages, higher taxes, and less freedom. This is what you voted for and this is what you got. We entrusted you with the Torch of Liberty and you traded it for a paycheck and a fancy house.

The history of the world’s nations is largely the story of one despot being replaced with another. Throughout the annals of human history, the story of human government is that of the rise and fall of one empire after another; one king or potentate after another; one dictatorship being replaced with another dictatorship; one form of monarchy being replaced with another form of monarchy. Some were kinder than others. Some were benevolent. Some were harsh. And some were downright cruel. But until July 4, 1776, there was no such thing as a nation founded on self-government, federalism, and religious liberty.

In other words, Alinsky taught that taking on a false position of moral righteousness was important in influencing popular support, and, in convincing people to accept criminal methods as long as the end result met some arbitrarily assigned “greater good”. For Alinsky, lying is acceptable, hurting the innocent is acceptable, creating chaos and crisis is acceptable, if his concept of a “better world” is ultimately achieved in the process. If this doesn’t describe the underlying corrupt nature of the SPLC perching on their fabricated moral high horse while casting down judgments designed to manipulate rather than inform, I don’t know what does.

“The Nesting Of Eagles” uses subversion, false association, fear mongering, and blatantly disingenuous accusations in a fashion classic to Alinsky’s strategies. However, its poor composition and remedial narrative give it the tone of a frustrated pre-teen lashing out at what he doesn’t understand.

The war on terror was administratively implemented in three National Security Presidential Directives, NSPDs 7, 8, and 9. All three are classified, and the topics of two of them are unknown. The third, NSPD 9 of October 25, 2001, directed the Secretary of Defense to plan military options against both Taliban and al Qaeda targets in Afghanistan.15

The October date is misleading. A version of the directive calling for covert action in Afghanistan had been approved by principals on September 4, 2001, one week before 9/11.16 An enhanced plan for military action in Afghanistan, had been approved by Bush on September 17; and the same document “directed the Pentagon to begin planning military options for an invasion of Iraq.”17

During Basic Training I fell ill with a temperature of 104 degrees, was put in the hospital for 3 days – my drill sargent came and told be if I missed one more day I would be recycled. I got up from my bed, pulled my IV out – and returned to my unit, and graduated on time.

‘Consequence Management Response Force’ and ‘Non-Traditional Missions’ According to the McAlvany Intelligence Advisor, on July 7, 1994, Larry Pratt, Director of Gun Owners of America, sent the following memo to Don McAlvany: “An actual copy of the questionnaire being administered on a Marine Base in 29 Palms, Ca. has come into our possession. It asks soldiers if they would obey U.N. officers and if they would confiscate firearms from American citizens and shoot those who resist. The latter point is corroborated by several Navy Seals who have personally reported that they have been asked the same questions. Congressman Bob Dornan has been asked to, and is considering launching a full scale investigation into the government using American (or U.N.) troops to disarm civilians.”

The dispensaries singled out by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration were essentially operating under the state’s medical marijuana law to conceal criminal activity, U.S. Attorney Jenny Durkan said in a statement.
