The Police State Cometh! Those baboons could have done a tiny-bit more intel and would have discovered the perp was not there. They may have already known, but raided anyways to
build stats and see what they could confiscate anyways.

“before it happens to someone ele”…LOL! Wake up!

So the idiots at DEA believe there was “likely cause to search the house”, so the idiots at DEA just bust in on no more basis than that?
One thing is for sure – the DEA’s existence as an organization is not granted in Article 1, Section 8, where the enumerated grants of power are listed.
Does the Federal behemoth need to be trimmed back to its enumerated powers? I’d say so. But that would do away with not only the DEA, but also some other top-heavy bureaucracies, such as the Department of Education etc.
I agree with Aaron @ comment #2 – It’s definitely time for the American people to wake up. The police state has a God-complex, and Oath-breaking idiots at DEA and ATF etc. prove it every day.
SPLC, you may quote me on that.
Salute!

the reporter was mistaken when she said these were not terrorist!! They are the worst kind of terrorist oath breaking government terrorist!!!

I’m with you, Elias. Get rid of the DEA and a number of other Police State agencies whose existences are unConstitutional. Let us return to the days when the Constitution meant something; when honor meant something. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m sick of lying, conspiring, ego-magnifying politicians. Throw 90% of them out onto the street where they belong. America is headed down the toilet, straight into the cesspool of a Police State.

Just so everyone knows that the DEA and other federal agencies, along with state and local enforcers are terrorists, here is the statute that defines and criminalizes their actions. One might also state accurately that the actions of enforcers of all types are acts of war against these united States of America. Anyway, here is the statute:
TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 113B > Sec. 2331.
(5) the term ”domestic terrorism” means activities that –
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B) appear to be intended –
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;

We are talking about supposed “oath takers” not “oath keepers”. ANYBODY, absolutely ANYBODY, can mouth an oath.
It is obvious by their actions that they have absolutely NO regard for the oath that they took to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution.
How many “oath takers” have an understanding of what they swore to uphold and defend, or any intention beyond mouthing the words of honoring their oath?
Our politicians have all taken an oath to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution and the oath means absolutely nothing to them. Why should we expect those in law enforcement to be any different?
In reality is that these individuals never took the oath and are innocent of breaking the oath since they never took it. They lied when they took it.

How can anyone who works for the unconstitutional Drug Enforcement Administration, a component of the U.S. Department of Justice, be a upholder and defender of the united States Constitution? Their very job itself is unconstitutional.
To those who believe in defending and upholding the united States Constitution in the performance of their job,

A little off the subject, but those who love the Federal Reserve should love it. Now I know that there are “gods”, and they reside at the Federal Reserve. No default: Hello Weimar Republic.
CNBC, August 7, 2011:
“Former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan on Sunday ruled out the chance of a US default following S&P’s decision to downgrade America’s credit rating.
“The United States can pay any debt it has because we can always print money to do that. So there is zero probability of default” said Greenspan on NBC’s Meet the Press
