Air Force A-10 Pilot Speaks For Oath Keepers

Here is a fine Air Force pilot standing tall for America, and for Oath Keepers. Brian Miller flies A-10s for the Air Force Reserves in Arizona. Brian is also the chair of the Pima County GOP. Oath Keepers salutes Brian Miller for his service to America and for honoring his Oath. Enjoy his inspiring presentation at Tucson this past Memorial Day, May 30, 2011, where Oath Keepers mustered for a ceremony to honor Jose Guerena’s service with the U.S. Marine Corps through two tours in Iraq.

Thank you Mr. Miller for standing with Jose Guerena.

As the chair of the Pima County GOP I would encourage you to speak out for the Fourth Amendment rights of all Americans and to take a stand in the fight against TSA pat-downs and its unconstitutional searches of Americans. The Department of Homeland Security and its TSA need to be “reigned in” and need to follow the U.S. Constitution to the “letter”.

I would also encourage my fellow Oath Keepers to support Texas State Senator Dan Patrick’s fight against TSA pat-downs at Texas airports. Texas is leading the way.

As Mr. Miller says:
“INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY”!

It doesn’t matter what a person’s past record is, or whether or not he is a “nice” person.

Mr. Guerena was an innocent man under the law who was “executed” by those who now claim self-defense.

How is it that a S.W.a.T. team can break Mr. Guerena’s door down and rush into his home with guns drawn in full combat gear and claim self-defense? Self-defense? I need a dictionary, or maybe I need to talk to a lawyer.

Major G, apparently the Republican Party there is as bull-headed and dead-set against living up to the Constitution as the RNC is at the national level. The “R”s continue to expose their sick agenda and their desperate clutch for power and their denial of the terrible trouble in which this nation is presently buried. That a central committee can and would attack this man is clear proof that the Republican Party has lost its moral compass. Thanks for posting the story.

So the Republican Party continues to shoot itself in the foot, continues to drive conscientious members out the door in droves, and continues to protect the corrupted “good ol’ boys” network in political circles, and cannot stand it when a patriotic American somehow manages to get into the Party and tries to clean it up and replace corruption with moral values and Constitutional lawfulness. This gentleman is the best hope the Republican Party had, and now they’ve exposed their bias against the very planks they want the public to believe constitute the platform of the Republican Party. I salute Brian Miller, a true American, a man of conscience, and apparently the only sign of patriotism present inside the local Party.

This site is dedicated to the memory of John William Adams (1925-2006), Marine and Oath Keeper extraordinaire.

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.

Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.

Stewart previously wrote the monthly Enemy at the Gates column for S.W.A.T. Magazine

Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Miller prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
