First Tucson Coverage Photos

First Tucson Coverage Photos

I have received two reports from Tucson, both being TV station website articles and both being very brief.  I would like to start collecting up photos here in this article. I am guessing there will be quite a few. The initial reports I’ve received from Terry Flink and John Mackey indicate that there were approximately 200 marchers. There are no reports of problems.

At the Guerena home the ceremony went well. The Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights were read aloud. Sheriff Mack and Stewart Rhodse both spoke. More details when they come in.

Ah, be advised everybody, it appears there was an attempt early this morning, by what i think is individusls connected back to the PIMA COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPT, to come into this web site, at a time, that it was known that the administraters of this web site were appeaaring in person there in Tuscon and therefore guarding the gates of this web site. These individuals attempted to transmit very unsubstantiated negitive information reguarding Jose’s innocence or guilt. They only worked in one post, the Tuscon Muster post, the one with the photo of Jose’s wife. They have withdrawn now, and i havent found them anywhere else except that one article. But be aware, they were here and may return. Their handls is STEVEN, AND STEVE. 2 seperate handles.

I was typing too fast for my eyes. Nobody connected to this website was present to address this subversion tactic, as they were all there in Tucson. To repeat, individusals i beleive were connected back to the Pima County Sheriffs Dept infiltrated this site this morning and attempted to spread dis-information in a subversion tactic.

Thanks for the update Elias. I had been informed by an Investigative Journalist that shills have joined to try and put a stop to this movement, but as we can plainly see that isn’t going to work.

Only 200 marchers??? Tucson’s a pretty big town. Aren’t the citizens interested in what’s going on?

I did not hear of this event until this evening, on the news.

Thank you, truly, for coming out and doing this for this family. I live near Tucson but I don’t hear of things until after they happen.

The only way we can even attempt to see justice for this family is to continue to have it in the spotlight, to keep demanding answers, to keep pursuing truth and justice.

I truly would have been there, had I known.

I did not even know of the Oath Keepers… I had heard the name, but didn’t know what you were.

I am a young veteran of the U.S. Army, and I will absolutely stand with you!

Again thank you for coming out to do this. I will be in private contact with you to find out what I can do to continue your works here at a local level. Too often everyone, myself included, forget what has happened to these victims. The news quits reporting it, we quit hearing about it, and at BEST, we hope everything worked out, the good guys won, justice was served, etc.

I have yet to hear of a situation where the long arm of the Law was held accountable in the end, and I truly fear that never will hear of it.

    Bless you! Thank you!

I’m a little disappointed to see only 200 show up, but thats probably because not enough people know about this. Or maybe people live too far away (like me) I live in Lubbock, TX and wanted to go but I couldn’t afford the trip unfortunately. Keep it up, don’t let this disappear like the news will, people need to see the police state that is in it’s early stages and that it is already causing unnecessary loss of life. They try to say “he pointed his gun at them” in defense of the swat team, but I’m pretty sure that’s how guns work, you point it towards the possible threat and it doesn’t mean he was trying to shoot them (seems so obvious, but people don’t think). If police break into our homes, we are allowed to point a gun at them (cuz they sure as hell point them at citizens all the time). I feel as though the warrant also violated this mans 4th amendment rights, and their “policy” of shooting “if suspect may be armed” is an attack on everyones 2nd amendment rights. They can now come into our homes if they accuse us of anything and kill us if we have a gun.

    Tyler Says:

please, just don’t let this pass by with time, I’m concerned because I’m a gun owner because I believe in self defense. I don’t want to die because Americans are too apathetic to everything thats going on and no one is doing anything about it except you guys and a few other groups. And I don’t think this mans very unnecessary death should be in vain, what they did was extremely wrong, 60 shots? If I was SWAT and thought I was in danger I would at least aim for the arm and fire a shot, because i’m not a coward who needs to perform overkill to feel cool. But no, they took it A STEP FURTHER, they didn’t ALLOW PARAMEDICS TO GET TO HIM.

I wish there was a better comms network. I could not make it to the Rally because of finances and transportation. Well done to those that have made a showing.

To have been there would have been a special moment in my devotion to the honored Oath Keepers. I am so proud to be a member of this organization as it honors the true heroes of this country. They receive no Oscars nor very little recognition. When they come together in numbers such as these it gives my heart that special feeling of patriotism I so cherish. Someday maybe I will meet John Mackey and Stewart Rhodes to thank them for being able to pay homage to our Sacred Warriors!

In paying respects to the family of a young Marine veteran, shot down in a hail of bullets in his own home, I would like to try to point out what I feel is wrong with the discussions of the incident which took place. Please take a look, if you will, at the reasons SWAT was there to begin with. SWAT, (which is highly trained, and, at times, very useful), is, by its very nature, a confrontational tool of law enforcement. Step back, please, and look at why they were brought in. Was it necessary they be used for this serving of a search warrant? It would have been very possible for the warrant to be served in a less confrontational manner. The authorities could have waited for Jose to come out of his home, for whatever purpose, and approached him in a quiet, peaceful manner. The authorities chose confrontation, in the form of dynamic entry. Why? As I see it, there was no reason for this choice, other than for the authorities to demonstrate their power. I don’t hold the SWAT members, who did the job they are trained to do, as being at fault nearly as much as I do those who insisted on SWAT being used in the first place. Could someone show me why it was necessary for SWAT to have been involved in the serving of this warrant in the first place?
On first hearing of this case. I was reminded of the incident at Waco. A search warrant was to be served on David Koresh. They knew he went jogging every morning with the county Sheriff. How easy would it have been for them to serve it on him as he left for his morning jog, yet the confrontational approach was used. We know the results of that confrontation.
It is the matter of choosing direct confrontation, when there are other choices available, involving less danger, less confrontation, which, in my view, must be looked at. I invite everyone to take an honest look at where this country is headed, if all issues, both great and small, are decided by direct confrontation, rather than good old common sense, where one party says, look, we have a problem here, let’s deal with it in a rational manner.
Today there is a widow with two young children to raise, where there could be a husband and father to love and cherish them. It is not the case. I ask myself why? Why did this mere serving of a search warrant go bad?
