At The Hotel Arizona you will enjoy speeches by Sheriff Richard Mack, Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes, Oath Keepers Board member and South Carolina chapter President Major (ret.) Rex McTyeire, and other Oath Keepers officers and activists. There will be speeches, journalist interviews, question/answer periods, and networking. It is our understanding that the hotel’s restaurant, The Coyote Café, closes at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, but that hot sandwiches and other food items are available in the hotel’s bar. Also at the Hotel Arizona marchers will be given further announcements regarding other activities and dinner plans.

Oath Keepers sincerely thanks all who are making the trip for this muster, march, memorial service, and rally. God bless the Guerena family and God bless America.

Please note this bank account which has been provided to Oath Keepers by the Guerena family — donations to her family can be wired to this number: Bank of America: 457022390833 That account is an assistance account for Vanessa Guerena and her children. Thank you for being generous.

DIRECTIONS TO MUSTER: Take I-19 South off of I-10; Exit W. Valencia Road. Stay on W. Valencia – it’s a fairly long drive, but keep going west. You will pass the Del Sol Casino, keep going West about two miles past the Del Sol Casino to Wade Road. Upon arrival at the intersection of West Valencia Road and South Wade Road, please park on the South side of Valencia (Your left-hand side). We would like to ask all drivers to park by backing in, instead of parallel parking, so as to reduce the length of parked cars. Thank you for remembering to do that. Note: Oath Keepers has no idea how many or how few people will be driving in for this muster, so arriving early is not a bad idea. Arriving late is a very poor idea.

Directions from Muster area at W. Valencia and Wade Road, to Purple Heart Park.

Take W. Valencia eastbound back to I-19. Cross under I-19, stay on Valencia. Cross under I-10, stay on Valencia.  (I can’t tell the distance on this google map, but it appears that Nexus Rd. is perhaps a couple of miles on your right after passing under I-10 on E. Valencia. Nexus only T’s into Valencia from the Right.) Take a right turn on Nexus, then quickly take a left turn on E. Rita. The park will be on your right just a few blocks from Nexus. So, briefly:

On W. Valencia Rd. at our Muster point, Go east bound on Valencia under I-19, and under I-10.

Continue east bound on Valencia to Nexus;

Turn Right on Nexus, then quick Left (just a few short blocks) onto E. Rita.

Purple Heart Park is a few blocks down on Right. If you get lost, call Elias –  406-285-6597

Safe travels!

Oath Keepers and friends will muster at the intersection of West Valencia Road and South Wade Road. Out of town marchers can take I-10 to I-19 South, and the Valencia Road exit comes up quickly after leaving I-10.  Upon arrival at the intersection of West Valencia Road and South Wade Road, please park on the South side of Valencia. We would like to ask all drivers to park by backing in, instead of parallel parking, so as to reduce the length of parked cars. Thank you for remembering to do that.

All marchers will muster by 8:00 a.m. sharp. Oath Keepers is asking all who can to please bring a rose for Vanessa Guerena. Oath Keepers is asking all marchers to leave any signs in their cars, as this march is not a political march, but a memorial march.  All marchers are encouraged to wear their Oath Keepers gear, shirts/hats/pins/patches etc.  All marchers who do not have Oath Keepers gear are asked to, if possible, wear something appropriate for patriotic emotions, such as American flag –styled shirts, veterans gear, etc.  Marchers may carry flags.

We are expecting considerable media coverage, so please be accommodating for the news crews, camera crews, journalists and reporters. Interview requests should be referred to Stewart Rhodes, Sheriff Mack, and Rex McTyeire.

The march will begin at 8:30 a.m. and will travel just over a half-mile to the Guerena home, where a memorial service will honor U.S. Marine Corps veteran Jose Guerena’s service to America. A plaque will be presented to Mrs. Vanessa Guerena, and everyone who has brought her a rose will present the roses to her. Oath Keepers has purchased a gift for each of Mrs. Guerena’s two boys. There will be a moment of silence during the ceremony, and a few words on behalf of Jose Guerena’s service.

The Military Order of the Purple Heart

At approximately 9:30 a.m. we will march back to our muster point at W. Valencia and S. Wade.  Our next scheduled event will be at 1:00 p.m. in Tucson – see below. But there may be some of our marchers who would like to also show up briefly for another event which begins at 10:00 a.m. not far away. This event is to honor all American veterans who have received Purple Heart awards for being wounded by enemy action in war.  The Tucson Chapter of the Military Order of the Purple Heart supports Oath Keepers and this memorial service, and some of their members will join us for the afternoon speeches at the Hotel Arizona, after their ceremony.
