Introducing the Alternative Market Movement
Our nation is at a cross-roads. We know it. Our liberty is under relentless assault, and whether our children and grandchildren enjoy even the eroded liberty we have will depend on what we do NOW. The Constitution truly hangs by a thread.
And one of the greatest threats we face, which could provide a pretext for pulling the plug on the Constitution once and for all, is the ongoing destruction of our economy and the pending collapse of the Federal Reserve orchestrated fiat money system, with the dollar no longer backed by anything of real value. None of us has a crystal ball, so we don’t know exactly when, but at some point it will, sooner or later, come crashing down as all fiat systems do.
We need to face that fact, and deal with it. As Patrick Henry said, it is better to know the worst, and provide for it, than to delude ourselves with false hope.
So, let us accept reality but then also provide for it. That means we need to DO SOMETHING to get ready for what is coming, and we need to work hard now to rebuild the core institutions of a free republic that we have allowed to whither and die. If we restore those institutions, we can weather the storm. If we do not, then we will be weak and desperate in an economic collapse, and it is more likely that our Republic will fall.
So, the fate of this nation is in our hands. And it is especially in the hands of us veterans. If we lead, and get it done, we can save this nation. If we fail to lead, and fail to get it done, then this Republic will eventually fall. If not, us, then who?
in upcoming articles I will be writing about a full spectrum of thing we veterans must do to save this Republic, but right now I want to let you know about a new effort that will go a long way toward correcting one of our greatest weaknesses – our dependence on a fiat dollar who’s days are numbered.
The movement that is going to help do something about that dependency is called the Alternate Market Project. It has just been launched, at my urging, by Brandon Smith, who writes under the pen name “Giordano Bruno” at Neithercorp Press. Oath Keepers will be working closely with Brandon and his new org, as part of our overall mission to restore the Republic, and defend the Constitution. We will of course also be working with Dr. Edwin Vieira, who will serve as an advisor to Oath Keepers on sound money as well as on revitalizing state militias, and the Alternative Market Project will certainly utilize Dr. Vieira’s vast knowledge about constitutional money, and will be advocating his model legislation for use in the states (which has already made considerable headway, with sound money bills based on Dr. Vieira’s research being introduced across the nation), and hopes to spread the message in a very grass-roots way.
There are already many people working on solutions and on restoring the Republic, and we look forward to working with any and all who have the same goals. However, I do think it is important to have a movement that really focuses in on economic independence in all its forms, and at all levels, from the individual on up to the neighborhood, town, county and state, in both the private and public spheres. And that is why I urged Brandon Smith to take the bull by the horns and start his Alternative Market Project. The Alternative Market Project Has Been Launched!

Why choose to participate in a system that doesn’t work? A system that is designed to drain the people of wealth instead of enriching them and their lives? A system that is constructed upon irrational principles, faulty laws, and unstable values? A system on the verge of collapse?
This is the question that the Alternative Market Movement (AMM) poses to the American citizen. Why continue living under an economic structure that is poised to erupt, threatening you, your family, and your ability to provide a meaningful future for them? Would anyone voluntarily choose to live under the barrel of a gun their entire lives?
The only plausible answer is that most people participate in our current destructive financial system because they feel there are no other options. AMM plans to change this by offering a new choice, one which presents a solid foundation, an honest and legitimate sense of community, self sufficiency, and sound trade backed by tangible commodities instead of unsustainable debts. We will work to help each and every individual achieve greater independence and to connect with other like-minded participants in a newer, liberty based market. This market will be facilitated and administrated by communities themselves, away from bureaucracy, corporate influence, and overt regulation. It will serve the interests of the average man and woman, and not the interests of globalism and elitist hierarchy.
We believe wholeheartedly in the framework of Constitutional Law, and that no government or supranational entity has the right to overstep Constitutional boundaries for any reason, regardless of supposed intentions or mandates. We do not recognize the self proclaimed authority of corporately created and managed entities such as the Federal Reserve, the IMF, or the World Bank. We are fully opposed to the practice of fractional reserve banking, fiat currency, central banking, and other fraudulent financial Ponzi schemes. We stand against the forced centralization of countries and cultures and the erasure of national sovereignty. We believe that the first step in defending against such economic and political manipulation is to create an alternative system that safeguards the values of free markets and free peoples. We are a natural extension of the Liberty Movement which is already making great headway in American society today.
Our goal is not to centralize authority in this movement, but to encourage individual awareness, and individual action. We hope to provide the knowledge and tools necessary to make it possible for anyone, from the average working American, to the successful private business owner, to become their own leader, taking actions in their own neighborhoods and towns with the purpose of forming viable trade networks, eventually decoupling and shielding themselves from the diseased economy currently in place.
The root ideology of our mission could be expressed as follows:
Provide for yourself and others those human necessities which the corrupt establishment cannot or will not.
Through this, you make the damaging system unneeded and obsolete. Eventually, the establishment will have to come after you, openly exposing its tyrannical nature, or it will have to conform to you. In either case, you benefit.
To help Americans forward with this strategy of self determinism and economic independence, we are launching the Alt-Market website. We hope it will become a useful medium for the expansion of trade networks as well as a source of in-depth knowledge on numerous practical skills which are valued in a poor economic environment. Ultimately, we plan to move our efforts away from the internet and into cities across the country, where we will hold workshops and conventions designed to give people hands on training, as well as a forum to meet other like-minded free market proponents face to face.

We live in an area that has a vibrant barter environment. Many live off the land, growing crops and animals as needed. With new regulation each animal is now taxed and we are told that we can no longer share our crops with neighbors. We are attempting to live away from and without the influence of government. Our intention is not to break laws but to live. Even as rural as we are, the pressure is growing to control every aspect of our living. All water now belongs to the state; the water in the ground, on the ground and falling from the sky is no longer ours to use. Many live off-grid with self-generated power.
What can we do to continue our lives with the constant threat of being “criminals” by our actions? Recently a “fire department” has been granted rights to fine and control our actions. A local was fined for having an open flame ($320) on his 80- acres when he burned some scrap limber. We can no longer burn scrap lumber as it is “toxic’. I may not be sounding coherent because I am overwhelmed with the current state of the government.

This amounts to a resurrection of the old Hooverville system from the Depression ’30s….and it worked then and saved the nation from the Rothschilds and their lap poodle, FDR, probably the single most execrable prez this nation was ever cursed with in its entire history and the emulation of whom seems to have been the chosen career of every one of the endless parade of rogues we have had in what has become the White Brothel ever since.
IMHO there are three things that saved this country (just barely and just long enough to get itself plunged into a global conflict for international banksterism and bolschevism immediately thereafter and they are
I. The institution of the Hooverville (independent commonwealth communities
II. Credit Unions
III Trucking
To this I would be tempted to add that not everybody surrendered their gold as demanded by the Hyde Park Gimp

I’m very pleased that the State Of Utah woke up and has, by legislation, made Gold and Silver leagal as currency for it’s citizens. As well intended as that may be, they need to take it one step further and come up with an alternitive currency source to replace the US Dollar. That’s on the table for legislative action. So far no firm action has been taken.
I’m fortunate to live in a state where many people keep food storage as a means of survival in case of an emergency, be it natural or a collapesing economy. Barter will be a way of life for those that are prepared. Sadley I’m sure many are not.
Be warry of keeping to much of your money in a bank, the feds control all banking. Also be warry of keeping valuables in a safety deposit box. If history should repeat itself (as I surely believe it will) The Gov’t will confiscate gold and silver from those boxes. See the Gold and Silver grab of 1933.

How do we know this will be secure not only from government intervention but any loss of any kind?
When we buy tangible assets we know there secure because we hold them. In this we find security whereas
only theft can result in loss and if one is wise that too can be avoided.

I have a book suggestion.
Patriots – A Novel of Survival in the Coming Collapse. By James Wesley, Rawles
If you have not yet begun preparing for the collapse that this mindless spending spree is designed to bring about, and you don’t know where to start, get this book. It’s written as a novel but is absolutely full of valuable information. What to get. What type to get. Even where to get it. I just finished reading it in a couple days. This is probably the second book I’ve read from start to finish in my 56 years. And I am a very slow reader. The result is that I now have a shoopping list and am half-way through it.

I have considered buying pre-1965 quarters and dimes which are 80% silver in $5000 lots, to be used as barter based on the price of silver, but can’t figure how this would compare to the half-ounce coins of pure silver such as are being used in Colorado, or to buying gold or gold coins.
Any help would be appreciated.

Suggest possible actions to explore: The people of the area, especially of your County should pull together, getting the Sheriff on your side.He is the chief law enforcement officer of the county, and should uphold his oath of office to uphold the Constitution.If he will not, then vote in someone who will.You might also get a friendly lawyer on your side (if you can find one).
Also, you might form, and train a local militia. You might force these perpetrators of tyranny to prove that what they are doing is the “law of the land”. A “regulation” does not sound like a law to me, though I am not a lawyer.All these people who come after the citizens should first get written permission from the Sheriff that their requests are lawful, and are permitted in your county.My best to you, from an old, ww-2 veteran.

The NWO strategy described here is designed to split U.S. military forces between those that back their agent provocateur, BARACK OBAMA, and those who back the CONSTITUTION.
It has been obvious throughout to those few of us who are aware of the elaborate deception carried out by the NWO criminals (who went to the extraordinary length, even for them, of staging the collapse of the Soviet empire) that the installation of BARACK OBAMA as president of the United States was their insidious doing. It is also well known by those in the intelligence community that the ultimate goal of the worldwide NWO revolution (begun by the Freemasons and continued today by the UN and it’s subordinates in capitols throughout the world) is the destruction of the United States militarily, thus making the enslavement of the entire world at the hands of One-Worlders absolutely unstoppable. What has not been definitively known, however, is precisely the strategy they plan to employ in the FINAL PHASE of their plan. Until now.
I have just been in contact with one of the foremost analysts of NWO strategy, a man well connected with high-level sources in Washington, and it has been explained to him and thus to me in no uncertain terms that CIVIL WAR in the United States is in fact the end game that NWO strategists are in the process of implementing.
The information about NWO agent (whether witting or unwitting is irrelevant) Obama’s unquestionably disqualifying citizenship status has been available to be presented in the media, as well as among our nation’s governmental leaders, for three years now, and its suppression (by order of the NWO ELITES) was to be expected (for the obvious purpose of getting him elected). But, there are many in the NWO stable that could have been picked to ascend the highest office in the land in order to continue the globalization process in this country (and indeed Obama is not the first of their agents to be placed there), so the choosing of Obama, a man clearly disqualified from serving, indicated that an extraordinary operation was underway. It indicated, one way or another, that the FINAL PHASE of the THE GLOBALIST PLAN has been launched.
But what exactly is the FINAL PHASE of the GLOBALIST PLAN? The NWO strategists, having such an enormous strategic advantage as well as having (and in part as a result of) arranged the chess board of geo-politics and domestic U.S. conditions as they have, have innumerable options. I have absolute trust in my source, both in his credibility and his judgment, and he has informed me that the U.S. military is to be split into opposing factions over the Obama citizenship issue, and CIVIL WAR which will weaken and ultimately destroy the country will ensue. This is not his opinion, it is not the opinion of his sources. It is, rather, THE PLAN. It is what THE ORDER intends. It is the FINAL PHASE!
The NEW WORLD ORDER ELITES control the issue of OBAMA’s citizenship, and it is their PLAN to either shine a light on it or suppress it, according to their needs. This is the design for our DESTRUCTION.

It appears the mission of Oath keepers is easier then I thought. We simply throw every effort into replacing Obama with someone who is loyal to the US and the constitution. That would indicate a member from the Constitution party.
As far as fiscal responsibility goes, look to the Get Out Of Our House party. The GOOOH intends to vote average citizens into the house of representatives who will exercise sensible fiscal policy. They know you cannot spend more then you owe year after year. And, since spending bills initiate in the house that is where you get control of spending on the national level.
