I Have Never Been Relieved Nor Do I Desire Release of My Oath to the Constitution

My travels in military service have taken me to far away places in times of need for this republic. I have seen how other countries live and can say with total confidence that the support and defense of the Constitution of the United States of America is not only a supreme law of the land in America but, a guide for other nations to follow.

In combat soldiers, sailors, marines, airman do not takes sides in politics. We are loving tenders and fierce defenders of our way of life, and of the men and women we serve with.

I have never been relieved nor do I desire release of my oath to the Constitution but, sadly I see as we all have a troubling and devastating trend of erosion and usurpation that spans generations.

I have no intention of being silent witness to any attacks upon our republic I have an obligation to my only son – that he may grow up with the knowledge of how things should be, how they are now, and how they used to be.

We all have an immense fight ahead of us. Our country is in dire need of a constitutional revival that will take a united front once again from all of us.

I am honored to stand by you all as I know if you are reading this, something brought you here out of a high order of dedication to freedom, justice, and liberty.

There is a bill S510 which is in the process of being passed,this is being masked as a bill to protect the consumer from tainted or bacteria laden food.In the short this bill will prevent the local farmer or home gardener from selling or bartering his produce to the general public.If this Country is on the verge of collapse this law will help the govt. to have more control over its citizens.By causing them to be even more dependent on Uncle Sam for food in the event of soaring food prices,preventing the average citizen from growing and cultivating his/her own food for providing for his family.In other countries when the govt collapsed one of the major articles of advice given to the next victims was to stock up on non perishable foods or seeds for gardening.This may be a warning for people that the govt forsees something big happening and the more self sufficient we are the harder it will be for them to have us bow down to their socialist/commie agenda of us to become completely dependent on them for everything.This is just the framework for the transformation of The United States of America…..Sorry if posted in wrong section new to this sight.

Oath of Enlistment

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Officers Oath

Site Dedication

This site is dedicated to the memory of John William Adams (1925-2006), Marine and Oath Keeper extraordinaire.

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.

Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.

Founder Stewart Rhodes

He is a former firearms instructor and former member of Rep. Ron Paul’s DC staff.

Stewart previously wrote the monthly Enemy at the Gates column for S.W.A.T. Magazine

Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Miller prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
