Thanks for joining sir.
And thanks for serving in the U.S. Navy Reserves.
Best regards to all OK.
PS:
Would some OK please tell me why members of the US Congress are supporting House resolution 1553 which supports Israel’s right to “use all means necessary” against any threat posed by Iran, and which expresses the sentiment of 47 Republicans

I am not for “supporting” any war that other countries are “thinking” about waging against
another country. We are just getting out of Iraq, since our leaders “now” think that it is the “politically correct” time to do so. And how soon before our leaders will decide that it is the “politically correct” time to leave Afghanistan? If Israel wants to wage a war against Iran and these Congressmen want to support and join(?) with Israel then they should clearly say it and “debate” it in the US Congress. It is statements like this, foreign entanglements, that our first President warned us against. But I guess our present leaders know better, since they “all” know the “reality” of war like our first President did.
Please also tell me how we will avoid not being drawn into this war if it occurs and what “vital” national interests of the “USA” are at stake?

PS to post no.3:
“…and which expresses the sentiment of 47 Republicans”
If American troops go to Iran, are “these” Congressmen going to enlist and go with them?
When I call my Representatives in Congress I “always” ask them that if “they” support the troops and the war are “they” going? We certainly can elect new Congressmen to replace them.
It’s not so difficult to support a war if you are not fighting. Ask the English nobility if it was hard to send young Irish and Scottish men to war to fight for the British empire. And ask the British nobility if it was hard to “sit” on a hill as the British calvary charged the entrenched Russians with their artillery, as immortalized in Tennyson’s “Charge of the Light Brigade.”

Anon,
Oath Keepers is a very narrowly focused group. We don’t advocate for any particular foreign policy, or consult on war planning. We ONLY advocate that individuals who have taken an Oath to the Constitution, honor that Oath. It isn’t about what we WILL do, it is about the unconstitutional things we will REFUSE TO DO. We operate strictly within the law, and are completely passive in our approach. This enables us to avoid becoming a proscribed group by the DoD and reach our target demographic.
You will have to seek the answers to your hypotheticals, elsewhere.

To my fellow OK,
The Arizona voters just voted for “THE” anti-sovereignty Senator of the US Senate. My question for all OK is: Do we “vote” for Congressmen who uphold and defend the US Constitution? In my opinion ALL OK are sworn to vote for those individuals, and must do so if they truly honor their oath.
If we don’t have sovereignty we don’t have a country. US sovereignty “IS” a Constitutional issue, and that is what OK is all about.
When I sign onto other website blogs I sign on as a OK to help get the word out. I recently viewed another website where an OK had just posted. He mentioned that he was a retired Army sergeant, 1998-2005 and did a tour in Iraq. He also noted that he that was a 3%er and an OK. It really made me feel good.
Regards to all OK,

To my fellow OK,
Check out the newly introduced U.S. Senate bill, S.3081, by the above mentioned US Senator, and read how it will effect your rights as an “American citizen” if it is passed.
First we get the Constitution destroying Patriot(?) Act and now(?) S.3081. These guys “never” stop working, 24 hours/day, to take away our liberties.
SEC. 5. DETENTION WITHOUT TRIAL OF UNPRIVILEGED ENEMY BELLIGERENTS.
An individual, including a citizen of the United States, determined to be an unprivileged enemy belligerent under section 3(c)(2) in a manner which satisfies Article 5 of the Geneva Convention Relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War may be detained without criminal charges and without trial for the duration of hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners in which the individual has engaged, or which the individual has purposely and materially supported, consistent with the law of war and any authorization for the use of military force provided by Congress pertaining to such hostilities.”
The best to all OK.

What is happening concerning the illegal government that is currently ruling in the U.S? Specifically, the non-legal citizenship of our present, so called. President?
We need to clean out the current Cabinet and most of the Congress of this country!!!
Sincerely,

Mr. Mike Beaumont,
Thanks for serving.
I agree with you.
If our current President is in violation of the US Constitution regarding his citizenship he is not the only one of our Presidents who violates and violated the Constitution. Our other Presidents maybe were US citizens, but they spent their terms of office continually violating the Constitution.
The Republican Cabinet and President Bush gave us the Constitutional destroying act called the “USA PATRIOT Act” by claiming that it is a patriotic act. Does anyone really believe that those who authored the act didn’t design the title to come out: “USA PATRIOT Act?” (How much of our freedom are we going to give up in the “war” against terrorism?”)
The title of the Act is a contrived acronym, which stands for Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001.
How much legislation is sold to the American people as “patriotic?” How many actions are sold as “patriotic?” I am personally a little tired of the word being used as casually as it is to justify most any deed.
