Testimonial of Joseph Zrnchik

ConstitutionDayPic Not only do I support the Oath Keepers in the “10 Orders I Will Not Obey”, but I will also resist any attempt to institute such orders, assist those who resist such orders, and defend those who are the victims of such orders, even if it means my life.

I have served 28 years in the military. It is my sincere belief that the people who issue orders that contradict the Constitution are the domestic enemies all service members have sworn to defend the Constitution from.

One day the true patriots who opposed tyranny will be remembered and honored for their sacrifice for their country and people.

How about “not” issuing orders that the federal government is “required” to issue: Protecting “OUR” borders.

I can’t stand the One Party, Two Wing Republican and Democratic Party. I get mad when I think what they have done to our country.

I fell for the phony conservatism of the Republican Party all of my life. (I am a slow learner.) The Republican Party controlled the White House(for eight years) and the US Congress (for six years) under the administration of President George Bush. I wouldn’t vote for a Republican if you paid me. And I wouldn’t buy a pack of gum at Walmarts if you gave me $1,000.00
(Believe it or not). China owns us thanks to the cheap Chinese goods that Americans can’t buy fast enough. And they are still buying! We have sold our country for consumer goods and corporate profits and dividends. Our founding fathers must be turning over in their graves.

America is not “just” about the Boston Tea Party: the protest of Britain’s tax on American goods. To too many Americans America is ALL about money, consumer goods, and the most affluent life style.

America is about freedom,liberty, and independence! Patrick Henry didn’t say: “Give me more consumer goods and a more affluent life style.” Amerioa is not just which Wing of the One Party “promises” the lowest taxes,

I couldn’t agree more about these thugs in dc being the ones we swore to defend against.Along with others of their ilk.For instance,how does little timmy geithner serve the gummint AND be on the board of the IMF?There are too many questionable happenings and we ARE at war with this pond scum.

Oath of Enlistment

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Site Dedication

This site is dedicated to the memory of John William Adams (1925-2006), Marine and Oath Keeper extraordinaire.

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.

Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.

Founder Stewart Rhodes

He is a former firearms instructor and former member of Rep. Ron Paul’s DC staff.

Stewart previously wrote the monthly Enemy at the Gates column for S.W.A.T. Magazine

Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Miller prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
