I watch daily as more and more of my rights have been lost

ConstitutionDayPicOn March 5th 2001 I graduated the Police Academy and sworn to protect the Constitution of the United States. Since that time I have done my best to do so.

I watch daily as more and more of my rights have been lost due to my job. I will fight to my last breath to uphold what our founding father’s set in place.

    Welcome to OK.

Keep the faith. Our founding fathers never gave up.

The enemies of our Constitutional Republic continue to chip away at our rights. They work 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. They never stop working.

But more and more Americans are seeing the realities and are waking up. It goes from gun confiscation and the negating of the Posse Comitatus Act in New Orleans, to the “invasion” across our southern border, to the gutting of American industry, to the out of control federal government spending and its overriding control of America, to the “800,000 plus” Americans who work for the federal government’s intelligence agencies (most of which is to compile information on American citizens), ad infinitum.

    Best regards.

    DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION

    Good article:

“Have the politicians, journalists and think-tank geniuses who dreamed up these wars suffered ignominy and disgrace?
Not at all. They are debating and devising a new war—with Iran.”

Let the politicians, journalists and think-tank geniuses enlist for the coming(?) war with Iran.

Welcome to Oath Keepers. Every additional peace officer, who stands up for the Constitution, makes unconstitutional orders less likely to be issued.

I highly recommend the following video to all OK.

    C. Cope Says:

CorbinKale, there is more to the constitution than the OK’ers 10 holy writs. To tell anyone, especially a cop, that all they have to do is “obey” the OK’ers 10 holy writs, is a slap in the face of every patriot. While we certainly hope these 5-0’s will take guidance from the 10 writs … we also hope that they will obey the constitution as a whole. That means that they will not get a thrill running down their trigger finger every time some judge says they can violate it so their conscience feels better when they do violate the constitution.

“DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION” in its “entirety.”
    It’s “one” document.

When I swore an oath to defend the US Constitution I agreed to defend the US CONSTITUTION in its “entirety.” The Orders We Will Not Obey are
only a small part of it. I believe that one
cannot be a true OK unless one fully understands and defends the “entire” Constitution. (But I
agree with the 10 Orders We Will Not Obey.)

Best regards to CorbinKale, C. Cope and all
    OK.

    To the Republic!

    C. Cope,

I referenced only the Constitution, but don’t let facts get in the way of your tirade.

    C. Cope Says:

    CorbinKale,

Well good for you! Now, go forth and hold all your member cops accountable to that constitution rather than feeding their pretend-a-patriot egos.

How many cops here are going to stop harassing and arresting citizens for carrying without a permission slip from the government? How many are going to intervene on the behalf a of a citizen who is being harassed and arrested for carrying without a permission slip by a fellow “brother”?

Yea … that is what I thought.

Carry on in defending and upholding your oath to the constitution!

    C. Cope,

We are working on it. Arizona just joined Vermont and Alaska as the States that have decriminalized open and concealed carry without a permit. This situation was many decades in the making, and it won’t be fixed overnight. May I suggest you calm down an bit and stop insulting the people we are trying to reach?

    anonymous Says:

I agree with the point that C. Cope made, but as CorbinKale said, “This situation was many decades in the making, and it won’t be fixed overnight.”
As a “Constitutionalist” my goal is to encourage those who have taken an oath to defend the Constitution to uphold their oath, and to get our government to cease its violation of Constitutional law. The State of Arizona’s immigration law is such a response to the unconstitutional behavior of the federal government, since the Constitution “requires” the federal government to protect the States against invasion.

    To the Republic.
