To protect my family and my fellow citizens

flag My Allegiance is to the LORD God almighty maker of heaven and earth, the one true GOD, Jesus Christ my LORD!

To protect my family and my fellow citizens, and being a soldier for over 21 years currently serving in the Army as well as over 18 years in civilian Law Enforcement, I do affirm this oath, as many times before, to defend the Constitution of the United States!

There have been less than a few people in history that have had the privilege to defend a constitutional republic such as ours.

Our Constitutional Republic and Constitution is truly worthy of upholding and defending.

Thank God for the founding fathers.

Americans need to start “voting” for those who believe in the Constitution and remember the Constitution “after” they take their oath of office. Barack Obama and George Bush could care less about the Constitution, and they both have NO record of upholding Constitutional government. When you vote for the lesser of two evils, you get evil.

A good example of the double talk of politicians is Senator John McCain. He was the co-sponsor of the McCain-Kennedy Immigration Reform Bill (Citizenship for illegals) John McCain never saw an illegal that he didn’t want to see cross the border. He is now up for reelection and his opponent is tough on the illegal invasion. But guess what, John McCain is now for upholding border sovereignty for the State of Arizona. Hopefully for John McCain the voters of Arizona all have alzheimer’s. He was also an honored guest at the National Council of La Raza (The Race) Annual Convention. (You should check out their motto.) I won’t go into the cutoff of the search for American POW/MIAs of the Vietnam War that John McCain help make happen. My blood pressure couldn’t handle it. I could go on and on about George Bush’s destruction of our Republic but I don’t have the time.

What do the American people expect when they vote for individuals that have NO respect for our Constitution and constitutional government?

Oath of Enlistment

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Site Dedication

This site is dedicated to the memory of John William Adams (1925-2006), Marine and Oath Keeper extraordinaire.

John Adams, at the age of 16, lied about his age to join the Marines so he could fight against Imperial Japan in the Pacific. His enlistment date was December 10, 1941, just three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor (see below). As a Marine rifleman, he fought the Japanese from island to island, across the pacific, including at Iwo Jima. We may have good men, but we never had better.

Until his death in 2006, he was a dedicated patriot who still took his oath to defend the Republic deadly serious. May God grant you the courage to do likewise.

Founder Stewart Rhodes

He is a former firearms instructor and former member of Rep. Ron Paul’s DC staff.

Stewart previously wrote the monthly Enemy at the Gates column for S.W.A.T. Magazine

Stewart graduated from Yale Law School in 2004, where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Miller prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
