I will stand by ready protect the United States Constitution
I gave my oath for the first time on March 10, 1964 when I volunteered to serve a 6 year hitch in the US Navy. I served in Pensacola Florida and aboard the UWSS Glover out of Newport RI.
Latter in 1969 I again gave my oath as a full time Police Officer in a city in Massachusetts. I am now retired. To this day I stand by my oath to protect the Constitution of the United States. I am also appalled to hear Mr. Obama declare the Constitution a “Flawed document, in need of repair”.
To my way of thinking MR. Obama is not the Commander in Chief. I will stand by ready protect the United States Constitution and Will Never accept an order from anyone that would defy it.

I can assure you that the destruction of our Constitutional Republic didn’t start with President Obama. It started decades ago. President Bush did a great job with the so-called “Patriot” Act, the nullification of the Posse Comitatus Act and gun confiscation in New Orleans, wide open borders to the illegal invasion, the guting of American industry, the $500 billion operating deficit in 2008, lying us into two wars (There is probably no better way to destroy a republic than war.), ad infinitum. I left the Republican branch of The Democrat and Republican Party in 2000, decades too late.

Anon, that is a great post. It illustrates why Oath Keepers HAS to be non partisan, because both parties have been guilty of violating the Constitution.

Chavez is transforming Venezuela;
And now Obama is transforming America;
Let’s do everything we legally can to
make sure Obama is not successful in this.

Don’t forget Lenin! He is typically overlooked, and I don’t know why but I have some guesses. He was there at the “beginning,” and in the opinion of a Soviet foreign minister who served under both Stalin and Lenin Lenin had the colder ice water flowing through his veins. The guys who do the thinking, like Karl Marx, and those who stand behind the scenes are commonly the most evil.
Lenin said the “useful idiots” will do the work and be the cannon fodder.
There is a twenty plus foot high metal statue of Lenin in the center of the Fremont District (where the yuppies and fuzzy thinkers all live) of Seattle, WA. It looks like it must have been brought from the former Soviet Union. Every time I drive by it I get “mad.” The “only” ones who think that Communism is great are those who never lived under it.
I “can’t” stand Obama. But you should take a closer look at Bush and some other Presidents starting with Abraham Lincoln. I know that mentioning Bush and Lincoln might not go over too well with my fellow OK, but so be it. We all have our opinions, i.e. our First Amendment rights, as of now.
